Irving did an outstanding job delivering professional and timely service. Needed a crankset installed and back on the road asap. For a reasonable price Irving had me back on the road asap. Im not sure what to say about the DTC, you can get bus passes there, thats where I go to get mine, lots of security there so its safe to go anytime, but alot of homeless people as well, they are always in line to use the restroom, and hang out sitting on the benches, but they dont bother you, security will kick them out, you can get different things at the customer service windows, schedules, buy passes, ask about departure and arrival times, the customer service representative are helpful and friendly, its not a bad place to go.

Shawn took my bike, stripped to the frame, put it back together perfect, cleaned it up, looks brand new, and rides brand new. Thank you for your detail!

Too expensive. Best to You tube it and buy tools. Im spending nearly $100 to change my boys inner tube on two bikes. Fixed one handbrake. IDK why, but they stole my sons quick release screw for his seat. Now I am scrapping around finding a tool, knowing I pulled his seat with that screw

I needed new tubes in two bikes. The service was quick, the conversation was fun, the advice was flawless, and the prices were reasonable. I was impressed.The only downside is parking...however, there is a spot for 15 minute loading and unloading and by golly it didnt take much longer so it all worked out flawlessly.

The guy sold me the wrong tube said it would work and of course it didn’t. So now I have to run around to find a tube that will work FML

Awesome bike shop. Nice owner. Fair prices and does a great job. I waited for my bike to get a tune up and a new back tire and the gears fixed. Carlos got my baby running again after a month of sitting in my house. He charged me for parts and barley for labor. Cant beat that. I will be coming here for now on.

Dropped in today to fix some flat tires on my bike. Logan quickly and professionally fixed both flats. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. RTC Bike Center and Logan are awesome!!!!

John and Jason are both awesome mechanics, I have taken my bike to other bike shops and its leave it for three days even for minor simple repairs.. These guys fixed my bike fast while I waited, my jaw dropped. The shop is clean and well organized. Its my go to place from now on.

I like the RTC bike center, the staff are always friendly and helpful, even though they sometimes have difficult customers to deal with, you can get help with bus info here, and also bus passes. Its usually busy, but be patient, the staff get you out quickly.

I went in to get my spoke replaced. I use my bike as my main mode of transportation so I asked if he could have it done in a few hours. He made no promises, but said he would do his best. I waited at Starbucks and sure enough he was done in about 2 hours. He was super helpful, gave me a map showing all the bike trails in town. I plan on buying my next bike here.

Real answers to pedestrian questions. Good people in there. I live near there but wouldnt go if the service was marginal. All of my bike business goes through them now.

Excellent service and the bike (Specialized) is still getting me from work to home. I still have a credit for a broken pedal that Im sure is still valid. Cant WAIT TO USE IT.

If you go inside the information office they have so you can charge your cell phone they have one charger USB as well its safe

I was happy with my experience hopefully next time i will spend a lill cash with them. The only reason i didnt was because they recomend i upgrade the bike not try and upgrade the parts. And their advice was good according to my research.

Great service just alot of crazy people there I walk there because I live on the wrong side of the tower that cant receive internet signals so Im grateful they allow me to obtain and use there service.

Theres grouchy person like they got drunk the day before now they are experiencing the repercussions of the dehydration of alcohol they lost all their electrolite & money now all their thinking is why I did it probably lost a friend along the way perhaps it wad the first friend he ever had now he looks over his shoulder and sees that he has had a major lost. But who is to blame? how do we justify our actions? how do you proceed?

I am disappointed that the bathroom and shower facilities that i pay for are now however breif open to the public. The cleanliness and apperance of shower and bathroom have been severely compromised.

By far the best bike repair shop in las vegas, john is the best extensive knowledge about bicycles.
