1st time in.They fixed a flat and my brakes and had me in and out in under 30 minutes.Not only that, but they showed me how to do the repairs and educated on my bike.Super awesome guys, super awesome place.Was recommended this originally, and will also recommended this to anyone else.

I tried to support a local bike shop, but my local bike shop did not want to support me. I was in today with no Hello or can I help with you with anything. I had intentions of spending around $350, after 40 minutes in the store and only one interaction trying to buy some mountain bike shoes, two tires, and a pair of gloves, I ended up just leaving and purchasing online. Seemed to busy for my money. This is my second time over the last year at this shop and I had a similar experience last time. I will never go back. I suggest just about any other bike shop in Las Vegas.

Needed to rent a reliable quality road bike to do distance mountain range riding. Due to pandemic my usual shop could not accommodate me. Southwest Bikes got me hooked up nicely. The technician aptly fitted the bike to my needs. Southwest Bikes will now be my go to shop whenever Im in town.

I bought a Fuji Traverse 1.5 from Southwest Bike and got a free tune up out of the purchase. I went to get a tune up after 500 miles, and the technician tells me they dont do tune up and recommended I bring the bike back to them only when I have issues with it. I took it back because of this clicking sound when I am paddling the bike. It an annoying clicking sound. There is no sound if I have no hands or one hand on the handle bars when paddling the bike. I told them that it is in the handle bars because I had them put an extension for me when I bought the bike.hey did some work on the paddles and gears, but the sound continued. I took it back today and the technician said it is an internal mechanism caused by the cables and they cannot do anything about that. I mentioned that his was not my first bike and I never had any annoying sound like that in any of them. They wouldnt take the handles apart to check it out. They just said it is a common problem. The bikes I have and other friends who have bikes dont have that problem. I asked if they would do a trade in because it is so annoying to ride with a clicking sound everytime you paddle the bike. Their refusal to do anything further suggest this business lacks in customer service or confidence in the products they sell. If you bought a bike from them or they did work for you on your bike and had no problem, good for you. The technician attitude really smacked.

Rented snowshoes from Southwest Bikes and we had a blast! They have great equipment! Definitely recommend while theres still plenty of snow up in the mountains. Awesome customer service!

Got our daughter an entry level road bike (300 dollars) because 1, she is growing and 2, we dont know how serious she is about riding. Their shop was unwilling to put it together for us. The owner stated that if the bike broke, it would look bad for them. Apparently, not spending 1000 on your daughters bike, means youre not good enough...

I cant raise enough praises for this bike shop, and for Pat, who helped me through my mechanical issue today (10/09/2020). Ive been to SWB a few times before to browse and buy a few minor items, and was always impressed with the vibe. Today, I needed a derailleur adjustment. Pat is the ABSOLUTE best. He took me under his wing and spent so much time with my concern, and solved my problem promptly and thoroughly. Pat, thank you so much! My bike rides great again! And thank you to who I thought was the manager (Im sorry I didnt introduce myself, Sir, I didnt catch your name. I’ve been into Southwest Bikes a few times to get help with either a flat, drivetrain adjustments or other needs. Every time, a bike mechanic helps me right away and has my bike ready to ride while I wait! The staff are as friendly as can be, I won’t take my bike anywhere else!

This is the shop Ive been looking for since my LBS in Henderson mysteriously closed. I have stopped at some of the BIG name spots and smaller ones too but it has been a busy summer and there was no love. AT SOUTHWEST BIKES I was immediately welcomed despite bringing in an unusual design bike and problem. They (Pat, Monkey and one more) immediately understood the mechanical issues and were able to adjust it on the spot. I felt very welcomed by the crew and was advised of a few mech tips that would help with ride quality. I WILL travel across the valley to do business here. Very satisfied! ***** (5-star)

I live in Michigan and during the time of quarantine I was unable to get the bike that I had been searching for. The staff at Southwest spoke to me at length and discussed every aspect of the bike with me. I ended up ordering a bike and it was shipped timely. I had a warranty issue that they helped me to correct without delay. Great place! I wish they were closer! I would use them for all of my cycling needs.

My neighbor referred me to Southwest bikes. I had mountain bike tires and I needed tires for riding on the street/road and a tune up. I took my bike to the shop on a Friday and picked it up the next Friday. The bike looked like new. I also asked them to help adjust the seat and handle bars to the right height of my body and he did. I asked the associate if he could assist with putting my bike on the car bike rack because I had a sore back and could not lift. He did and I truly appreciated it. The workers were professional and social distancing and masks were worn by all.

As a 10+ year patron to this bike shop, their customer service, quality, and all around expertise is why I keep coming back. I started cycling and going in my teens, and now being 30 years old, I can say this bike shop will always have my support. Rocky is a great guy and always takes care of the customers. Bought a bike thru amazon, needed lots of adjustments, Pat Sablan from Southwest Bikes adjusted the brakes, the forks, made the wheels true, tighten the bolts where needed, and fill up the air in the tires while I waited. You would think that would be it of the low price for the adjustment, he also attached a bottle holder and bike lock holder I bought for no additional price. Pat and all the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, so impressed that I am writing this right after coming home from Southwest Bikes, Thanks again Pat

Quick and efficient and reasonable prices for services. I appreciated that they asked if I was first responder, medical or military. Though I am not, it’s nice they would offer a discount during the pandemic.

Ok so Ive been a customer of southwest bike for about 3 years. Ive been looking for se bikes since April 2020, they didnt have any so I asked well are you getting any they said yes we are I said can I buy one and when you get I get it. They told me no cuz if someone offers more for the bike thats who get its. Now does that seem like a honest retailer. If the bike is 800 dollars but I come an offer you 900 then the consumer with the most money wins. Think about it. Not a very reliable store to me. More like an auction to me.

My wife and I had a great experience when we bought our new bikes at Southwest Bikes. We worked mainly with Ted, but also worked with a number of other employees. We found all of them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. We never felt any pressure to buy. We have the highest regard for everyone at Southwest Bikes and strongly recommend them. I wish there were more businesses as good to work with as these guys!

So helpful! Under these unusual circumstances, the staff went above and beyond to find the shoes I needed - they brought multiple sizes out to me under their tent in front of their store. They installed new cleats, too. On top of all this, they had competitive pricing for what I needed.

Great walk in experience. Was immediately greeted and helped. I came in looking for a strider balance bike for my son and they had several in stock. My son was quickly fitted for the right size and the shop took off the pedal kit in the color strider that he wanted. Also, another great reason to come back here, the store offers a kids buy back program, which is perfect for when my kiddo inevitably outgrows his strider. Overall great experience. My wife and I found ourselves in Las Vegas during the covid-19 shelter in place. We went to the shop to buy bikes for exercise, and the staff was amazing. We were able to test ride a few bikes and settled on two Salsa mountain bikes. Great service at the store.

Bought a bike a for my son with the intention of using their kids buy back program. I went in today to utilize the program and I wasnt in their system so they wouldnt accept my sons bike. Lost this family as a customer.

I’ve been wanting to buy a bike since Spring & it has been the hardest journey to do so. I initially ordered/paid for a bike from McGhee’s because they didn’t have any in stock & they told me that it would arrive in a month. I waited patiently & when the month passed by, I called to see the status of my order & was told that they didn’t even order my bike in the first place. I went to multiple bike shops after & was greeted with rude employees every single time. I thought that I would never be able to get a bike until my friend told me to go to Southwest Bikes. I was immediately greeted by Ted & walked out with a bike the same day. I can’t emphasize this enough, EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE THERE IS SO NICE. I have already been there multiple times to get accessories/get a repair on my boyfriend’s bike & it doesn’t fail that that they’re so nice/helpful every time. This is the best bike shop in Las Vegas, don’t waste your time by going anywhere else.

Even though customers could not go inside the store, the service was excellent. Just went there to get a flat tire fixed and I was met at the curb by a friendly worker. They were bringing bikes outside for other customers to view and test ride, and were super helpful and professional. One of the owners actually fixed my flat and made adjusted my front brakes. I will definitely be back for any future purchases or service.

I had a tune up done on my Trek Emonda. They were upfront and honest with all the procedures and charges. The work was finished early and when i went to pick up the bike they had it ready to go.I asked them if they could replace both tires with a pair that i bought and they said yes. They changed them right then and there!!!The changing of the tires without an appointment or any notification is what will keep me coming back.

Every employee we have met here has been very friendly and hard working. They give the impression that they are dropping whatever theyre doing to help you out. Often they will knock out your repair/work while you wait/same day versus sending you away with a 5-day+ wait. Also, their shop prices are great.

Bought a hard to find mens bike on line because all bikes in stores and shops are gone.Brought pedal assist bike in to Southwest Bikes in a big boxPicked it up all ready to go. So appreciate them. And they gave my womens bike a once over.Definitely recommend. They are busy, so be oatient. Worth the wait.

I was very impressed with the quality and condition of their road-bike fleet. I had a great time (okay, intense suffering, but it was worth it..) riding the Charleston Loop up Lees Canyon way high into the mountains - the views were incredible and it was one of the most unique rides Ive done. I will definitely be returning to Southwest Bikes when I next visit Las Vegas. And I hope to get out on one of their Salsa gravel rigs someday too - they have a great bikepacking selection!

Just got back from SW Bikes to solve a problem that their online chat suggested I come in for. The owner waited me and helped me with my bike service issue, allowing one of his techs to remove an broken axle I was afraid of making worse if I tried. I asked what I owed him. As he walked away from me, he said come back when I want to buy something. I replied, Well, I am looking for a new ebike fo..... but he continued walking away, no longer interested in my needs. Even though Ive been in this shop several times for bike repairs and tune-ups, all three times Ive dealt with the owner, Ive felt like I was clearly wasting his time.I do need a new ebike and am prepared to spend about what I spent for my previous purchase 2 years ago, $7k (another shop.) But the shop you purchase a bicycle from is as important as the bike you select. And knowing where to take your business is as important as know where to not take your business.A bike shop in Boulder City as so helpful when I came in 10 minutes before closing (we were headed somewhere else and saw the shop for the first time.) They didnt seem to care that they were going to close. So, even though we had not intended to buy anything, just look at what the shop had for the last 10 minutes they were open, they helped us make a $200+ decision. This BC bike shop is farther from my home than I like for a regular bike shop home, but a good bike shop is worth traveling for. Ill go see what they have. There is lots of competition in LV!Every person I saw in the store, 3 in front section including the owner, looked like a store employee.

Rented a gravel bike from them in early March for a week. The bike was in great shape, equip with spare tire/CO2 cartridges, and the shop mechanics set it up with spd pedals as requested. The bike was perfect for a week of riding in Death Valley. After I returned home to the east coast, I realize that I left my Garmin cadence and speed sensors on the bike. Called them and offered to pay for shipping, they said that there would be no charge for the shipping. This shop provided a great bike and great service. I highly recommend them.

I was at Findlay Honda today to drop off my car, there were no available loner cars available. I figure I can walk down the street and get a Lyft after getting a burrito at Roberto’s. As I’m walking I see this nice little bike shop. I figure I’d walk in and check it out. An hour later, I’m riding home on the 2019 Scott Aspect 950 Size Medium in Black and Bronze with a big grin on my face for 9 miles all the way home. Though I’m heavily tattooed and don’t look like I ride bikes, you’re absolutely right! I don’t ride bikes, I’m more of a motorcycle guy. As of today, I ride bikes. I don’t think anyone considered I’d just come in and actually leave with a bike but I’m happy and feel good! This is a lifestyle choice and I’m glad I made it. Ted helped me and was very helpful. The reservation process was easy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I loved the bike I rented. Everything was in excellent condition. Overall Im glad I chose Southwest for our mountain biking trip to Zion, it was a great value (three days for the price of two)! I will be back.

Weve only been here a few times, but every time weve received great service, info and theyve always had what we needed.

The worst shop I’ve dealt with, I called for over an hour and no one picked. Was promised a part would be delivered on a certain day and when I went in two days after they told me that it wasn’t there and they had shipping problems. Waited a week and still wasn’t there. You can’t get ahold of anyone and they are so chaotic you can’t get anything you want. Their customer services is horrible, I will be going to another bike shop even if it’s 30 mins away, be a lot easier then dealing with this shop.

Had southwest rebuild rear axle on a 1989 ibis mountain bike. They did a great job, very personable, helpful, I would highly recommend !

I brought my bike into the shop Tuesday before they closed to have a new dropper post remote and cable installed. They had completed the work and had my bike ready to go by mid morning Wednesday. It was such a fast turn around and the price was great. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of repairs.

I’m always treated very well at this place. I get my bike tune up here at least twice a year. My bike comes back very clean and everything is tight and working properly. I would recommend this place to all my friends who needs anything for their cycling needs.

They have everything a rider could need. My normal route takes me right by it too so the location is super convenient the crew is friendly and helpful and want to teach. They want you to love riding as much as its obvious that they do. Pricing is fair, and they offer full mechanical service.
