Carter and Kevin were amazing on our bike tour! They went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. The tweaked the itinerary to fit our groups style. The food was great, the trails were fun, the scenery beautiful and we can’t wait to try out another tour.

We had an outstanding trip with Escape Adventures! My family did the Bryce & Zion Mountain Biking Intro tour. Our guides - Kelsey and Matt - were fabulous, caring and excellent at all their responsibilities whether it was on the trails, cooking or picking a campsite, they were pros. And great people to hang out with for a week. The bikes and camping equipment were top notch and our guides made sure our bikes were perfectly adjusted for each person.All the food they made while camping was amazing - delicious, creative, filling, nutritious and fueling. Matt & Kelsey did an awesome job catering to dietary needs. It was clear that they really cared about getting that right. At times we felt like we were in a gourmet restaurant with beautiful views everywhere.The itinerary had a good variety of terrains. A major highlight was biking the road into Zion - breathtaking! We highly recommend Escape Adventures and cant wait to go on another trip with them in the future.

I had a great experience with Escape Adventures. The entire trip was well planned and our guides were attentive and effective multi-taskers. Kelsy and Will were camp chefs, bike mechanics, companions, story tellers, and also camp moderators. Really, they worked from dawn to well after dusk to ensure their riders had a good experience.I can highly recommend this outfit, and I could not speak more highly of the guides we had.

This is a well organized and well run organization. We did a 5-day private road bike tour with our extended family (teens and adults) in Washington / Oregon in June. Our guides were great at tailoring the daily routes to our diverse abilities. They were safety conscious and professional. The food was fantastic and they did a good job accommodating dietary needs. The bikes we rented were very high quality too. Would definitely book with them again!

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids 12 and 10 from New England who were looking for a Western adventure camp/hike/bike trip in gorgeous outback. I found these guys online and boy, did they exceed all expectations! From Kevin handling questions and finding the right trip to our amazing guides Will and Billy, this co. is top notch. They are experienced, safe, use top notch equipment and bikes, and are great handling kids! Trust me on that last point, as our kids were not always motivated or, let’s say, agreeable.... For reference, we did the Sawtooth multi-day and it was all that and then some! Do yourself and your spouse a big favor and let Escape handle your family’s back country adventure!

Great 6 day trip in the Idaho backcountry! Wonderful food, fun biking, awesome rafting. The biking can be tailored to your ability and even can include e-bikes for those that prefer that option. Great time overall!

Had a fun time doing a half-day mountain bike tour. Was a little late picking me up at New York hotel, but got a call from him saying he was going to be late. Good communication throughout the booking process. The trail head was about a half hour drive from The Strip.Our guide was helpful in giving us options on which trails to take and what was coming up. We took frequent breaks which I needed since I havent been riding in a few months. At one point, I took a different trail while our guide and another biker took a more advanced trail. Our guide was clear to me on where to meet up. I opted for the upgraded bike, which was a Santa Cruz Hightower LT. Only downside was I had flat pedals, which I believe I selected to have SPD pedals installed when I first booked my tour. No big deal though. Still had a lot of fun bombing down the last part of the trail we were on.Would definitely recommend if youre looking to do something outside of Vegas! If youre an avid mountain biker, I would suggest bringing your own clothes, camelbak, shoes and pedals.

Had a great guided tour with Irving. He accommodated a beginner rider in our group while more advanced riders split off on a side trail and he also had extra water in his backpack for everyone. Bikes were in great condition. Great guide and great day on the trails!

We had a fabulous morning cycling around red rock canyon on a self guided tour. We were picked up and dropped off as organised by Irving, who was super friendly and lovely. One of us hadnt ridden a bike for years and she loved it. Highly recommended

Me and my sister had a great time on our mountain bike tour of red rock canyon. We started at about 8am and by the end it was getting quite hot. I wouldnt recommend an afternoon ride in the summer. We did 7 miles total. Because Im an intermediate rider and my sister is a beginner our guide led us through some flowy trails for the most part and occasionally took me on some more rocky technical bits while my sister stayed on the easy trails. I think most people who are in okay shape could do this tour even if you dont have any experience mountain biking.

Escape Adventures White Rim Tour was4 out of 5 on Travel Logistics / Admin - Kevin did a good job providing information on the trip and was fairly responsive to inquiries. Getting closer to my travel date, there was some delay in follow-up eMail inquires.4 out of 5 on Rentals (Camping, Bike) - it was convenient having a 2020 Levo SL available for hire, but expensive at $125 per day. Camping gear was modern, newish, clean, and having a cot was a back saver after a long days ride.5 out of 5 Food and prep - food was plentiful, good, and healthy. Our guides prepared and served 3 meals a day. However, we did run out of LeCroix (water) on the 3rd day, which was frustrating given the extreme riding temperatures we were exposed to in the Utah desert.4 out of 5 Guides - both guides worked very hard, but Id would have to receive more detailed trail information biking perspective, distance, elevation, anticipated weather, wind, and heat conditions to prepare for the day.Overall good trip, I would book another trip with Escape Adventures and recommend them to my friends.

I booked a mountain bike tour with Escape Adventures for my trip in Vegas. Chris and Christian were awesome tour guides who took us through some fun trails. They were also very knowledgeable about the terrain and it’s history. Escape Adventures provided full suspension bikes that were perfect for the trails we covered that day. The tour included helmets and water as well. If you’re a beginner rider I recommend to work on your cardio before the tour date.

Christian provided a very nice tour of Red Rock Canyon and guided us on a hike of the Tanks. We really enjoyed the nice view of Las Vegas from the top. Christian was very personable and was fun to talk to and hike with.

First rate operation! Awesome experience. I did the Red Rock Canyon road bike loop. The Escape Adventures employee Irwin was so helpful and super friendly. I needed different pedals and he was quick to find a solution. He did an outstanding job setting the stage for the day and was a pleasure to talk with. Book with these guys they have an great bike shop and operation.

Great experience on this ride! To be able to see and enjoy Red Rocks the way we did was amazing. Our guide made it all possible from the moment he picked us up to the time we were dropped off he was amazing. We came out for a business conference and stayed a day later to see the sights and we were rewarded with a great time. Highlight of our whole trip!!!

My family and I did the half-day Mustang Trail Loop with Scott. We had a great time. Scott was punctual, professional, fun and knowledgable. He was able to work and encourage the novice side of the family and also keep the experienced riders happy. The bike setups were fantastic. We will definitely be back next time we are in town, and most certainly ask for Scott!

Amazing trip in Southern Utah with Will and Carter as our guides. Perfect Family vacation with active pre-teens and would highly recommend.

I was in town for CES and hooked up for a ride with Escape adventures, turned out that it was just me and Irving the guide. Everything was perfect, the riding was fabulous, I had never ridden the desert so out there I felt like I was Clint Eastwood riding my horse in a western. Irving is a top notch rider so you learn things. Trails are a blast, most fun I have had since Whistler. Rental bike was a new SC Tallboy, that bike felt like I owned it for years and it was flawless out there. Communication and transport was clear and coordinated. This run is one thing in Vegas worth the money, maybe Ill come back for the Hardware show so I can ride again!! Do it.

Irving was great! Knew the trails well and provided us trail options throughout our ride for beginner to intermediate riders. Provided us with water and carried extra bottles for us in a backpack throughout the ride. Bikes were in great shape! I would definitely recommend Escape Adventures to any of my friends coming to Vegas!

Great ride in Red Rock! Irving was a fantastic guide. Our group had four people with very different levels of experience. He made sure everyone had fun and stayed safe. I had an excellent time, and plan on doing it again!

Great Road Bike Multi Sport Tour in Wyoming.We did a family vacation out of Jackson, WY and into Yellowstone and the Grand Teton National Park.It was 5 nights and 6 days that included road biking, water rafting, hiking and rock climbing. We were afraid that due to Covid the experience was going to be sub par but it was great.Merrick and Carter were great hosts. The selected hotels were really good and due to limited services our guides cooked for us delicious meals.Jackson and Grand Teton are very bike friendly with lots of roads dedicated to bikes and away from the cars. Yellowstone is more crowded but we still had a couple of good rides there.We are a family of four with very different skill levels for riding but Merrick and Carter kept all of us engaged with different routes and distances.The water rafting and rock climbing excursions they chose for us were really good. The hikes they selected always included getting to a body of water as my daughter likes to swim every time she has a chance. Even on the day we only planned rock climbing they offered to go on a bike ride with me so we climbed Signal Mountain and it was the best ride of the vacation.I will be looking for another opportunity to take another vacation with Escape Adventures. Highly recommended

Took the half day mountain bike tour. It was a blast. Irving is a great guild and the entire trip was well organized. Will do again next time I am in Vegas. Great way to escape the strip for a day. Highly recommend.

We did a half-day mountain biking trip in Red Rock Canyon. We were picked up on the Strip on time and were riding high-quality mountain bikes within half an hour. Our guide Irving was excellent and chose trails of appropriate challenge and distance for our skill level. He also taught us about some of the plants in the area. We had a great time. Considering you get transport to the trails, a good bike, and a guide, I found the price to be fair.

10/2/19 Signed up with one other rider. We had a great ride with Irving. We rode 10 plus miles on a half day trip. The weather was amazing! The trails were a mix of flow with some technical also had some technical rocky sections. A little warm by the end of the ride but no humidity! The views are amazing..If I had to critique anything, the bike was not really set up for me but we made a few suspension adjustments and it worked fine.Irving our guide was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Agreay deal for something to do in Vegas.

I love this place. Always great customer service. Just got both my bikes tuned up and ready for great ride to good health. Please visit this store and trust me you won’t be disappointed. I bought my first Canondale at this place and they were so helpful. They were located at the Charleston area back then. I live about 20 miles from this store but when you get great service It’s worth the drive. I tried to buy a bike once at another store and I asked for a test ride. The person there said absolutely not. I guess they felt I was going to steal it. I bought 2 bikes so far from Escape Adventures and I will continue to give them my business because they don’t look at me as a thief instead they treat me as a customer. Thank you guys.

The staff were very helpful and friendly in helping me choose the right bike and explaining to me the pros and cons of the general specs. I was able to test drive a couple of bikes and they were very helpful in recommending accessories for my type of riding. The store has a great variety of bikes and accessories to choose from for all types of bicycles.

The staff at the shop and store are real people that ride bikes and talk to you like a real person about your riding interests and needs. This personal connection allows them to offer a level of service that you dont get when people just treat you as another customer. Having them post on Facebook and respond to a direct message on Facebook messenger was icing on the convenience cake for my recent purchase experience.

I have worked with a couple of the sales guys, a couple techs, and also the GM. They are all very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I bought a Specialized for my daughter and will be back to buy one for me very soon.Thanks guys....keep up the good work!

I brought my bike in because it wasn’t shifting very smooth. I expected to have to leave my bike with them and pick it up later but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a service technician that asked what the problem was. He stopped what he was doing and immediately put my bike in the stand and began working on it. Within 20-30min he had fixed the issue, test rode the bike and explained to me what had caused the problem. I was ready to hit the trails again. I appreciated being greeted and the prompt service.

The tour guide was great. Safety was kept in mind but I was free to climb to my ability and enjoyed the awesome views from the top of Red Rock Canyon back to Vegas. Had a great day out of the city and would highly recommend. Patrick

This company set-up right next to us at Gooseberry mesa - Literary right on the side of our camp. Up until 1am both nights creating noise fire and trash - they left early because of rain so we cleaned up their trash. I am not sure who the guide was but it made your company look very foolish on the Mesa - We heard comments from almost everyone a this specific campsite complaining about noise and desert etiquette of your company Escape Adventures - Thank God they were only there 2 days. Please in the future realize people come to the desert for enjoyment not a bon-fire forced rock concert.I will not be recommending any of your services to any of my clients.

Great staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Zabi made sure I knew exactly what theyd be tuning or replacing and made sure I was ok before I left. Bruce made sure I had cleats in a neutral position on my new shoes before I left and took the time to call me the next day to offer me a store credit or credit my card when he figured out he double charged me for an item.

Our guide, Irving, was very accommodating for our group : picking a hike that satisfied all of us, pointing out natural flora/ fauna, and keeping it fun! I am definitely calling Escapes Adventures when I return next year for more hiking!

To maximize comfort and performance on the bike, proper fit is essential - even more important than frame materials and components. Bikes have different sizes with different categories, and are designed to give maximum comfort while cycling. Thats why frame size should be big enough to give rider proper position between the seat and handlebars, yet not too tall or it will be an uncomfortable ride.My bike seat was way too tall for my height, and it made for a very uncomfortable ride. I have a 28 inseam, and I am 5’2. I should have had a 15’ bike seat!! When youre pedaling and your leg is all the way down your knee should be slightly bent. If your leg is straight (knee locked), your seat is too high. I could only touch the ground very lightly with my top toes. It felt like I was going to fall every time I got on the seat. I called and told them about it, and Eric made it seem like I was wrong! How can they contradict actual facts that are given for how u should feel on a bike? Height is not debatable! Do NOT trust the company unless ur sure of ur actual bike size, not just giving them ur height. I gave them and the company that I booked through my height of 5’2. They were completely off and then told me I was wrong. Eric was a jerk, but I do have to say my guide Irvine was nice. Just a bad experience, and they wouldn’t do anything about it, but tell me I was incorrect. Good luck and be careful.
