I wanted to get back into biking after a long, long, long time away. Steve was very helpful in getting me setup with an appropriate sized bike and with all the necessary gear to get me started. He was very friendly and walked me through all the issues I should be aware of. I highly recommend Las Vegas Cyclery.

My pops and I have been in several times since buying his Specialized Stumpjumper 29 the whole squad has been more then enough help every time. The process of buying the bike was phenomenal and my dad is super happy with his purchase. Today we went in to get him so more protective gear and kevin was a great help! Best thing to do in Las Vegas if you are a nature junkie. My wife and I loved the views of the Red Rock mountains and the E-bikes are so much fun to ride up and down the slopes. Money well spent. Julio is a great guide, he picked us up as well as dropped us back off at our hotel.

I just got into Mountain Biking and needed a new bike chain after buying a used bike. Went in to purchase the chain and I was helped by Bruce. After asking a few questions and despite them being busy with other repairs, he offered to install the chain and adjusting the derailleur, putting a pause to his other repairs. He was very friendly, helpful and gave me tips for maintenance and care of my bike. I’ll definitely be back to get a full tune up and other items needed for my newly acquired hobby.

Absolute best place to come to after finishing a trip!! Extremely friendly staff who are really easy and fun to talk to and awesome bike wash station out back!! We contacted them 3 weeks ago to see if we could purchase some cardboard bike boxes from them for our tandem for our flight home and they were totally cool with it and made sure we got them when we came in!! Great people and cool story behind the bike shop business and the owner’s own passion for bikes!

I rented a Specialized Roubaix here during a vacation and rode up Mt. Charleston. The folks at Las Vegas Cyclery were super friendly, accommodating and professional, and handled my unreasonable last minute bike rental change requests due to changing weather. I had an excellent experience and will definitely rent from them again in the future.Note: someone in the reviews below said that they were not aware of the credit card hold. I booked this bike through the website and the notice was very clear. In addition, this seems like standard operating procedure for any sort of bike rental Ive done across the country, since there needs to be some way to prevent people from just renting and stealing bikes.Be sure to check out their massive innertube rubber ball outside. The shop also looks beautiful and they stock a lot of items and bikes! I will be back in the future!

First, this place is huge! Im sure Im biased, coming from SF, but I havent been in a bike shop this big in years! Great selection of bikes and gear, including a solid selection of womens gear. I also love seeing the extra work theyre doing for the community, and the community space out back. This shows what a shop can be - so much more than just a place to buy a bike!

I recently bought a Specialized Rockhopper from Las Vegas Cyclery. The staff was helpful, and I left the store with the bike that was right for me, with a fresh setup from the service area before I left. They have a nice selection of tires and accessories, but the tires I wanted were in stock at another shop. After buying them there, I tried to mount one and ran into some trouble, so I brought them to Las Vegas Cyclery. They mounted them while I waited for a reasonable fee. Good service and good shop.

Had a free day while visiting Las Vegas, so rented a bike and took a bike ride on near by trails. Staff was great had bike ready when I arrived. Good experience.

My friend recommended this place. I came in for a broken chain repair. They recommended a replacement since the chain cant be repaired. Prices were reasonable for both the part and installation. Store was not crowded even on a Saturday morning. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Employees were knowledgeable and helpful. Store has both sales and service.

I Love this bike shop! When I needed help with a gift for my brother, Randy and Eric went out of their way to help me out! They were fast, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the new wahoo element bolt. They were so helpful and I would highly recommend this bike shop!

Don’t bring your bike if yours is not made from major bike brands. They don’t work for those bikes. I brought my bike to fix a simple thing but they just refused because mine is not a major brand bike.

Well done front to back tour. Guide was very knowledgeable. Well equipped for outsiders not knowing to pack more water. Well timed stops so everybody at all levels are having fun. Guide knew how to stack the crew so everyone got to enjoy the runs at their pace. All in all, will do again in 3 days. Ha

I always saw that exotic windmill from the road, so ..when we wanted to rent bikes we just went there. We had a technical difficulty with the bike, but they were so super good about it we both got new shoes there,..and new tires for my old Giant. A solid 5 stars for this cool bike shop, plus its only a minute away from the summerlin bike trail we use all the time.

These guys were very accommodating regarding a fit issue I had with a new bike purchase. Their store has everything you would need (bike related). Very good experience with them.

Awesome place! I was surprised to find a bike in my size during this bike shortage. Kevin took his time to help me with my new road bike/pedals/shoes purchase. Helped me with the initial adjustment to get me going and made the process smooth. They do a bike fitting that’s included with a new bike purchase, and that includes setting you up on a trainer and watching/measuring your pedal stroke. They then make adjustments based on what they see and your feedback. The whole thing was a very tailored experience. Very professional!

Picked up my bike. I had had it serviced. They did a great job. Cleaned the drive train that was crusted with dirt. Looks good. Rides nice

We came in store about 2 weeks ago about a Bronson in the yellow color-way in medium and they said that they only had a moss green in stock at the time. We left our contact information to one of the people working the front desk as he said that they had one in the size and color that we wanted scheduled to arrive on July 2nd. We called 2 days prior to confirm that it was still on track to arrive and they said yes. We called this morning to see what time we could swing by to pick it up and they said that they had already sold it. They said that they received a Bronson in the yellow color-way but it was in large. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible Communication and customer service.

In town for work for 3 weeks so I brought my bike but not all of my tools. Of course I broke my chain riding red rock canyon on day one! LV Cyclery hooked me up with a new chain and saved the rest of my trip. Thanks Bruce!

Worse experience I have ever had at a bicycle shop. I have been in the industry for over 12 years, numerous trips across country riding. We placed an order for two rentals for the day, paid for the rental in advanced, and had emails and confirmation for the rental. We show up to pick up the bikes, and we’re told we needed to give a credit card for $5200 hold.. they seriously wanted to place a 10 day hold on a credit card to cover the amount of the bikes. NO WHERE does this company tell you this prior to renting. We have planned this trip around our mountain bike trip, and have been totally taken back from this. The customer service on this issue was also appalling... handed back our cards and said “yea, we don’t know you that well, so take your business elsewhere” ... horrible experience, and absolutely NEVER would recommend this shop to anyone. Take your business down the street to Mc Aggie’s ski and bike. They took us in without a reservation and got us ready to ride ASAP. Once again, worst experience Iv ever had.

Liars and very unprofessional staffWere extremely disappointed to know that this place got money hungry and didnt care about a preorder and ended up selling to someone else.We came to these store to look at bikes, they didnt have what I wanted so we asked if there was any more of those bikes coming, the guy that was helping said we have one getting delivered July 2nd, I offered to pay for the bike $5900.00 plus tax or leave a deposit he said no it is not necessary but I insisted and his answer was we do not know for sure if its coming that day but it is the one youre looking for, same specifications and size so we left contact number and called him last Wednesday to confirm arrival in which he looked and said it is coming because there is no changes so we call back today asking to see what time will the bike be ready for pick up and theyre response was we dont have one in stock this bike sold today! What kind of business does this? Stay away, not professional at all the only thing they care is money and not customers.

9 miles by bike from Red Rock Canyon and they have rentals! My wife and I did a half day bike rental and its about 32 miles round trip out to and around the canyon. Very helpful staff and the Tarmac rode perfect.

Love Las Vegas Cyclery. Brought my Cannondale in, from out of state, that no one could get me a part for. They diagnosed the problem, got my part 13 days before estimate, and fixed it that day. Bike shifts perfectly. Friendly customer service, professional technicians, fair pricing. I will need an e bike next year and I will come here to purchase as well as bringing my bikes here for service. You want great service, this is the place!

While or a four day riding trip from WA, I stopped by with what i thought was a derailleur battery issue. It turned out to be a messed up derailleur. They took my bike right in, spent close to an hour diagnosing the issue and downloading firmware, multiple times. Since these types of derailleurs are not stocked, they took one off a boxed new bike and put on mine. They did not even charge for all the time they spent diagnosing. I am back on my riding schedule without missing a beat. WHAT SERVICE!!!Thank You!

I fell in love on my first date with Las Vegas Cyclery. I’ve been coming to Las Vegas for work for four years and never thought about mountain biking options. I had the afternoon off yesterday and researched a number of rental outfits in the city. I ended up renting a mountain bike from Las Vegas Cyclery, with little knowledge on where to go, nor the skill levels of nearby trails.My bike was ready when I got there, it fit perfect, and never launched me over the handlebars. Chris (I think was his name) gave a nice orientation to the bike and how to get to Bears Best trails, a very short and easy ride from the shop. As an old, intermediate rider, I was challenged by the trails, but it was very rideable. It was definitely the most fun I’ve had in Vegas. I’ll definitely rent from them again. If I lived in Las Vegas, it would definitely be my bike shop .

I have been to Las Vegas Cyclery twice and I will never go back. They are not very friendly and they try to up sell you and charge for more expensive items. I had to return for my second visit to follow up on something they had done. They did not really explain the details and just said that will be $24.95. I said I don’t want it and I left the place. The employees really are not friendly and they seem put out if you ask simple questions. They need to be nice and friendly. The Bicycle industry is seeing a major boom because of Covid-19. This does not mean that because you have all of the business you can treat customer bad.

I have been to many bike shops all over the country and this is my favorite by far. They are premium in quality and service but not stuck up. They will even treat you with respect if you show up trying to fix up a bike from 2002.

This bike shop is THE place to go for Specialized bicycles. I bought my Allez from them a few years ago, and I love it. I am about to order a new Allez Elite to upgrade, and this is the place I would always go to for bike advice and shopping. They are always busy though, so try to come at a time where people are low.

Las Vegas Cyclery is the best shop Ive ever been in my life! The customer service is far and above the Call of Duty. Whenever I walk in the door someone or more than one Tech always says hello to me and how am I doing. Rented a Stumpjumper one day and a couple days later rented a Roubaix. Impressed with them being able to set up a Garmin mount for me since I forgot mine and included tools for fixing a flat....which was needed!

Amazing bike shop. Came from out of town and needed a bike that I transported to be fixed last minute, and they fixed it all up in under 30 minutes. Ed was so nice to tell me a little bit about the area and bike rentals that they offer. The mechanic was amazing and I’ve never ridden a bike with a better calibrated derailleur in my life. Amazing job, amazing shop. I will definitely return before the end of the trip to test out one of their fantastic bikes as well as to support such a great local business. I stop by after work to purchase a product that I saw online and wanted to ask someone at the shop more questions about nutrition products. I always receive premium service and highly knowledgeable advice from the positive individuals that work at Las Vegas Cyclery. To be honest... I really enjoy going to my local bike shop and absorbing the wealth of knowledge!

This shop is currently backlogged with many orders, please be patient with them.Irving is a stellar mechanic, your patience will bear fruit. If problems arise, they come thru. Prices are reasonable. The downtown RTC shop has been my go to for bike repairs since 2015. I currently have a frankensteined Mongoose and its in the best shape ever after 2 visits. Put at least 30 miles on it in past few days and happy as a clam!

I brought in a full-suspension Specialized Mountain bike with a super nice rigid travel box for boxing. The bike shop in Europe that rebuilt the bike for me was not very impressed with the way the bike was boxed. The frame tubes were not padded. They didn’t even use a disc brake caliper plastic spacer, (which any bike shop will have in abundance) instead, they shoved in a piece of paper to “separate” the brake calipers. Being that currently I’m handicapped, for $50, they could have attached the wheels on the bike box so it didn’t have to be dragged through the airport, because they were sitting inside the box. Good thing the CO2 cartridge left inside the bike box didn’t explode during the flight. Straps inside the bike box designed to secure the bike most appropriately were completely ignored, not utilized, leaving the bike even more vulnerable to damage. It appeared that a complete newb was told to do it, and not even ever shown how.

Steve (originally from Belgium he told me), was awesome. He hooked me up me with the right bike, fit me for the bike, tuned up the suspension and provided me with amenities such as pump, extra tube and even water.He also gave me great advice on the trail I was going to, and how to get to it. He warned me that the 4hrs was plenty of time to run the trail. I was glad he did because after 2.5 I was spent.Great service and a fun time.

My husband and I had Erving as our guide. He is a Knowledge and friendly, caring guide. I dropped my inhaler on an uphill and he backtracked and found it. He gave us options on trails (I took an easier route and my husband the more advanced route). The specialized bikes for equipment were top notch. I highly recommend this guided tour and you will have a fab time with Erving as your guide!

Good price. I rented an electric bike to ride into red rock canyon and did the loop. I rode 45 miles round trip from the bike shop and the battery lasted the whole time. I rented the bike at 10am and they just wanted it back by 6pm. I would do this again.

Vegas is a city build on customer service....this place is Vegas! Only the best equipment and fantastic service....i live in southern California but ride trails all over nevada...my only Vegas spot for cyclery, worth trips across state lines and trips across town for greatness

Rented bikes from this location and they charged my card $3,000, not a hold, but they charged it $3k as a deposit. Then they were unable to prove that they gave me my money back after the bikes were returned. Oh trust us was about all i could get.Also, please realize they are storing your ID on their computers keeping electronic copies forever. Will try to find another place to rent bikes from the next time i am vacationing there.I rented an exotic car and got less charged to my credit card while i was out and about!!!!

One of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had with this staff in comparison to McGhies (which i will never go back to).I came inro pro cyclery with questions about a tool that cost a coulpe hundred dollars and the mechanic was kind enough to show me a hack to make it myself due to their backed up availability to do service on my bike. This is not the first grade encounter I had at this store and I will continue to give my business.

Rented a mountain bike here. Very helpful staff. Fixed a minor mechanical issue I had with the bike quickly. Excellent trail recommendations. Looked like a huge shop selection-wise. My only issue was with the non-tubeless setup on rental bikes. Had more flats/slow leaks in two days than Ive had in the last few years. The bike already had tubeless ready tires and rim tape - wouldnt be too hard to change over.

I did work for the owners and they are the best people you could ever meet. The facility is awesome and so are the people/employees. A huge selection of all kinds of bikes and running attire. They even have a shower for after your run or biking trip.

Just wanted to voice my experience at this bike shop. First, know that I am from out of state and was just looking for a fun way to spend one of my vacation days.Filled out an online form to rent a mountain bike and when I got to the shop, the bike they were renting me was very different than the image on the website. Went there to rent a mountain bike (expensive if you ask me) and was not treated well by the workers. Not to mention they MUST charge you a security deposit if $3,000 on rentals.Not happy, will not go back.

Adam directed us toward an excellent ride. He knows the area really well and had lots of local info. The rest of the staff seemed really friendly and helpful as well.The shop is beautiful and seems well organized. You can tell these guys work hard and try to do things right.

Great service and experience. Irving did an awesome job as driver and guide. It made my first experience cycling at elevation and in the desert a positive experience. Summerlin area offer a nice diversion from the Strip or downtown old Vegas. Planning on using the shop again on my next trip

This past week I had the opportunity to fly out to Vegas and get away from the New England cold and snow. I researched my trip extensively and part of that research brought me to Las Vegas Cyclery. Part of the allure on paper was the shops location to several of the trailheads I scoped out for riding. The moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed as I was greeted by several friendly staff members. The next four days I experienced incredible riding. Brian, one of the mechanics/staff member was super cool as he gave me pointers no where to ride and what the riding was like. He was spot on! The other gentlemen, for which I forgot his name, set me up nicely with my Santa Cruz Hightower. It proved to be a perfect bike for the terrain. All in all I couldnt have asked for a better experience. This bike shop is top notch and the energy there is fantastic. I highly recommend to anyone.Jason FitzgeraldBoston

I never leave feedback on Google, but this store definitely deserves it. I contacted the store last minute because I was on a cross country bike tour when riding through Vegas. My knee had been giving me problems, so I decided to give it a shot and get a proper bike fit. Steve fitted the bike perfectly so that I could continue my ride pain free, and they fixed my derailleur so that the shifters would work better. All of that last minute and with a smile on their face. What a great store, if I lived in the U.S. permanently, I would not hesitate and get a bike there.

How many employees have to look at you standing at the register? Don’t know. Lost count. How long do you have to stand at a cash register before being checked out? Don’t know. Didn’t wait that long. One employee actually came behind the register, said nothing. I asked if this is where I check out. She said somebody will be right with you. I left all my purchases on the counter and left.I vote with my wallet. I won’t be shopping here again. Was thinking of buying some bikes for the kids there. Not now.

Your bike boxing service was all very good, however the quality of the box we have received was questionable. As far as I am concern we paid $50 for boxing a bike that would come in a box that is not already torn. We had to travel through 3 airports to get back home and a torn box wasnt helping along with stuff like Touch and die!! written on the box when you are doing international travel through some sensitive border checks.

I have complete trust in the Las Vegas Cyclery. Instead of telling me what they want to do, they always provide good options and the reasoning behind the recommendation. I recently needed a large-scale component replacement, and they got the work done when promised and I didnt miss any training time. The atmosphere in the shop is friendly and accommodating---a place where you can hang out, look around, and not feel pressured into buying something. No shop Ive ever been in does it better.

Went in to inquire about purchasing a new bike. The kid at the front counter did assist me but was not really interested in helping me out. It was in the morning and all I got from the repair guy there was a hey. Their customer service could be much better. I did buy some biking gloves and a chain guard for my old bike. I felt discouraged and think I will not shop there again.
