The Pedego Summerlin Team are great folks! Special thanks to Jordon and Angie for your patience and allowing us to test ride a bike. We literally visited the store to “look” for a bike for me (girly bike) and walked out with a mountain bike for my husband. Once we got home, we both couldn’t wait to ride it more. The Ridge bike is solid, comfortable and fast! The next day, we were back in the store to buy my bike! I wanted a specific look and Jordon made it happen! We love our Pedego bikes and very appreciative of the great customer service!

We had the pleasure of renting bikes from this beautiful, newer store in Summerlin on our recent visit to Las Vegas (Sept. 18). Im shorter (51) so the 24 Boomerang bike was perfect for me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his 26 Interceptor. I had spoken to Jordan (store owner) prior to trip and he was very helpful, interested and eager to help arrange our rental. All of the employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but Angie was outstanding! In addition to her wonderful personality and smile, she was thorough and very helpful in insuring we were ready for our outing. We appreciated Angie telling us about the I-215 shared bike/pedestrian route which was extremely easy to use and away from heavy traffic. Gorgeous views of the Red Rock Mountains also! Weve rented Pedego bikes at many locations and we really appreciated both the quality of bikes and the wonderful service we received from this location.

Angie was terrific making sure were knew hot to operate the bikes. She even led us all the way out to the nearest bike trail (about 10 min bike ride away). Excellent customer service! Great fun bike ride. Next time I’d ask Pedego to meet us at Red Rock with the bikes, though. Much more scenic than the side-of-highway bike trail by Lone Rock.We will DEFINITELY use this place again when guests come. Thank you, Angie!

This store had a good inventory. I was able to test drive the bike I was interested in. They are bringing some accessories from their other store for me to look at. Everyone was very nice, professional, and made me feel like they valued me as a customer.

We were very impressed with this Summerlin location, Jordan was very knowledgeable in his E-Bikes. After so much time & patience shopping for e bikes we felt comfortable finally finding the perfect one with the help from Jordan. The best selling point is that we can have our bikes serviced and they come to our home. Also we were so happy when Jordan told us they will assemble the bikes and deliver to our home! Working with Angie at Pedego Summerlin couldn’t have been better! They were out of 24” bikes for my wife, so she converted a new one from their sale stock for rental use. Delivered to and picked up from our hotel and answered all our questions. Bikes performed flawlessly during our 5 days of local riding and were the envy of others in our group riding non-ebikes (especially up hills). Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again should the opportunity present itself.

Jordan, the owner, was fabulous. He was so kind and friendly. He took time to talk with us and answered any questions we had. The store was clean and organized and stocked full with bikes. His staff was also so friendly!! It’s nice to feel welcome in a bike shop and not feel intimidated. We drove 30 miles and will absolutely be making this drive often. Totally worth it!!

Under NEW MANAGEMENT! I wanted to write an updated review for future customers because I had a great experience at Pedego Summerlin! Pedego has a great reputation for being a high quality bike but I was a little skeptical about getting one because at 56 I have a bum knee. I wanted to make sure my investment was worth it and that I would be able to ride for years to come. Well! let me tell you riding these bikes are so much fun! The throttle helps me accelerate from a stopped position at busy intersections and I can now keep up with my husband -the true athlete! It is still a great workout meaning I can push my knee to its limits and then use the pedal assist when I start feeling my older joints acting up. The new store owner Jordan couldnt have been nicer and his staff Dennis and Isaac are also friendly and knowledgeable. They have such a great selection of bikes (and accessories) that there seems to be something for everyone. Check them out for sure!

Considering an e-bike? You have found the right place! Pedego Sumerlin is the place to buy and the Pedego bike is the best bike to own. Jordan, Dennis and Isaac are fantastic to work with and have provided exception service since taking over management of the store. They even loaned me a bike rack to use until the one I ordered came in! Exceptional service and great people!

This is a review of the store itself rather than the products sold. After my interaction with the store owner Jordan today I cannot recommend any customer visit this location. I originally purchased a Pedego Element from this location in late June. After spending over $2k dollars the rear tire was flat within 1 week and less than 100 total miles ridden (purely on neighborhood streets). After paying another $50 to get this flat replaced, the same rear tire was flat again within another 1 week and less than 2 miles ridden.While this certainly could have been just a case of bad luck, when I went to pick up my bike again today I was treated by the owner extremely rudely and unprofessionally, as if I was simply trying to scam them out of getting my tire fixed again. All I wanted to know was what work had actually been done on the bike, if there was any cause for the flats found in the tire itself, and if the problem was not resolved and another flat did occur, what would the next steps be. Instead I was talked down to, cut off in the middle of my explanation of events, and told to take my bike and leave. Despite never even arguing against the price or demanding any sort of restitution, the owner Jordan was inexcusably rude and hostile. If you want to be treated as a valued customer for a purchase worth multiple thousands of dollars, please consider another store to purchase from.

Brought in two Pedigo RidgeRiders that I had purchased years ago at a different Pedigo dealer that needed to be serviced. Jordan, the new owner of this store is extremely customer service oriented, knowledgeable and friendly. Isaac the ebike technician is amazing. Even though the bikes were purchased years ago they were able to get needed parts under warranty and I only needed to pay for the time to repair. This is a great place to buy an ebike if you are looking for a quality bike and extraordinary customer service.

Has been a wonderful buying experience of my new electric bike. The few times I brought it in for service they have been very helpful with long-term Solutions.

I loved the selection of bikes in this store! I ended up purchasing the Boomerang bike that I use everyday, especially now during COVID where being outdoor and exercise is needed. The staff was really helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy for me. They also had great prices. I have sent a couple of my friends here too and they have had the same experience. If you need a bike, look no further this is your place!

Pedego is awesome. Me and my wife were looking for e-bikes and could hardly find any in the Valley, but then we found Pedego and they have SO many bikes. Issac the new mechanic got us set up and ready to go. Dennis and Jordan were so helpful in making sure we found the right bike for us.

I love the rental program. My husband & I rented a couple bikes and used the kid wagon to go on a family ride. It was tons of fun and my son took a great nap in the kid wagon.

After many months of looking into electric bikes, I decided to take a look at the Pedego store in Sun City Summerlin. The new owner was there to greet me and my wife. He talked about the bikes he had and the history he has as a five year owner of one. He also stated he attended a course in CA regarding maintenance and repairs for Pedego bikes along with discussing their warranty program. He and his associate also had me try a couple of bikes outside to see how I felt riding them. There was no pressure to buy as we decided the bike along with the friendly atmosphere of this store made our sale an easy one! The owner, Jordan even transported the bike to our home. We also ordered an accessory that his associate, Dennis brought to our house the next day. I would recommend this store if you are interested in an electric bike!

My wife and I were curious about ebikes and visited Pedego. Jordan, the owner was incredibly helpful and answered our numerous questions. If there was anything he didnt know, he immediately asked his mechanic. We ended up renting two ebikes and had a wonderful time.

We have been shopping for e-bikes for a couple of month ! most places just told u they couldn’t help us and directed us to the internet ! not at pedego summerlin,, they actually talked to us and educated us on all the bikes !! jordon clark and his staff were 5 star service all around !! they explained all the bikes and let us test drive them. !! all the education let us decide on which bike was meant for us . it was such a enjoyable visit that we bought 2 bikes !!!!! then to top it off, jordon delivered them to our house !! what ???thanks again !! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

If you decide to buy a Pedego Bicycle from this place take it to a reputable Bicycle shop in Las Vegas and make sure it is assembled correctly. It is my opinion in my dealings with them certain persons working here have issues with integrity and their Bicycle mechanics leave something to be desired relative to quality of performance. I bought a Bicycle from the Sun City store and four times went back with concerns relative to clattering when applying the front brakes and an unusual scrapping sound in the rear wheel area. Three times they looked at it. First time the guy that originally assembled it said he could find nothing wrong with the front brake and could hear nothing from the rear wheel area. Had it taken to the Henderson store where supposedly the Lead Mechanic looked at it. Got it back. Called him to ask what the problem was. He advised me the front end was assembled loose and the rear wheel when installed had a washer incorrectly installed. I would add here he apparently denies to his coworkers ever talking to me. Integrity issue?????? Rode the bike. Front brake still clattered when applied and still heard scraping in rear wheel assemble. Also the rear brake now howled and screamed when applied. Went to Henderson and talked to the owner. Asked if the sounds I was hearing were normal. He said no. Said he would have the Bicycle picked up at the Sun City store and delivered to the Henderson store to reevaluate. Said they would call me when that would occur so I could bring the Bicycle to the Sun City store. Waited 2 weeks for the call. No call to do the reevaluation. Integrity issue????? I then read articles and watched numerous You Tube videos on bicycle hydraulic brakes. I concluded the Lead Mechanic or some one else had seriously contaminated the rear brake pads thus the howling/screaming. Took the bicycle back to the Sun City store. Had a new young mechanic look at it. Said it needed new brake pads. This with but 200 miles on them. They told me brake pads were back ordered and not available.. A simple online search by me revealed a replacement shoe that was compatible. An online search something this local company apparently did not think about doing. Had them show me the worn brake pads. When doing so the original assembler handled them without wearing nitrile gloves. I commented he should be wearing gloves. He said he did not know that. That perhaps then explained the howling/screaming from contamination. If he did not know then, perhaps, the Lead Mechanic did not know. Next day the original assembler denied saying he did not know gloves should be worn. Integrity issue???? Resulting from my voiced displeasure with their lack of integrity and service they reinstalled my old brake pads on my bike and sent me on my way. When reinstalling the front brake pad they did so in such a way that the front rotor rubbed continuously against the front tire fork. The rear inside brake pad rubbed against the back rotor. Took the bike to a reputable Bicycle shop and had new brake pads installed and the bicycle properly assembled correcting historic assembly and maintenance issues. Now no more clattering of the front brakes when applied and no scraping sound in the rear wheel area. My story for your consideration.There is even more but I think the above adequately expresses my dissatisfaction and my reasons.

Just arrived in Summerlin from Seattle only to find my new bike got all bent out of shape during the move (my fault). The gears were bent and the derailleur got pushed back into the spokes. I tried to get it back into position but the bike would not hold 7th gear and the whole drive train was clearly bent and damaged.The guys at Pedigo Summerlin put my bike up on the rack and Isaac, their resident genius bike mechanic, worked his magic going through and methodically straightening out each gear, completely realigning and tuning.I really appreciate their dedication to getting it fixed and keeping me posted at each step ensuring that I understood the approach and any risk.My new bike is now better than new and rides and shifts much better than it did on the first ride.Thank you Pedigo Summerlin team for getting me back out on the trail!Frank DodrillSun City Summerlin
