Great customer service. Services explained in detail. It was my first time here and I will definitely go back for any vehicle service needed in the future.

We all had covid issues and some business needed to change prices to make up for the dramatic lost. I’ve paid bank for smogs in the BayArea. So yea currently they have changed smog prices from 8.99 to 14.99. My smog was done fast under 15 min; And is still the cheapest in town, and the staff is very knowledgeable, as expected found car guy friends here. Yes I will come back for regular service, when I don’t have the time or don’t want to work in the heat. Awesome staff and awesome service. Car Guy Approved.

They told me I needed radiator, a/c flush, thermostat,,and coolant flush after I clearly said its blowing hot out 2 of vent and cold out of other 2 vent..car not running hot or anything..any mechanic knows that is the actuator and blend door..not to mention they never even did thermostat nor flush nor recharge ac..like they put on recept ..they are ripping people off. My car is a 2015 rs camaro 78k miles

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!I have never been treated so badly by a repair shop I was todayLast year when Mexicans were here they treated me very nicely. These guys attitude SUCKS. I was always able to stay in my truck to have SMOG TEST done but they made me get out. I am handicapped too.I will never come back. I’ve been going thru enough stress this week I did not need this too

I mean they did the oil change. Took 1 1/2 hrs even though they said less than a hour. All employees seem to take a break at the same time to eat cake (and get mad at another customer) as I watched my car sit there for 30mins. All they did was shut my hood and back it up when they were finished with the cake. Definitely will not go back there again. I gave it 2 stars because they actually managed to get my oil done.

Best place for car to be fix. They are honest and friendly. I wont go anywhere else cuz they do everything with a reasonable price. I give them 10 stars.

The service is great. They have the best deals in town for most car services. I go to VIP Auto service for all my synthetic oil changes and they just did my 30k miles maintenance on my car. The price was lower than anywhere else that I got a quote from. They have great customer service reps and are very personable. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!

This shop ripped me off. The pump they fixed still making noise. I was billed for stuff like 120 for a hose that costs 8 bucks, only reason I agreed was cause my kid couldnt stand this heat. They appved me for$1000 bucks financed, guess what, the repairs they did cost 200. Dont come here people they gonna get over on you and act like they your friend. Zero stars, Im disappointed.

This shop is very unfair they r charging me a lot of money for my truck that i didnt authorized. they give me a lot of wrong stuff that is wrong n then charge me for there mistakes . please do not used the shop .

Labor and service on my actual oil change were great. I was not fond of the customer service and lack of emotional regulation shown to my partner by the front desk staff. If a person works in an industry that requires interpersonal skills, my suggestion is they first learn how to multi-task or politely communicate their needs. Being overwhelmed by customers and phone calls at the same time, then proceeding to yell at a customer is not a good look for any company. It doesnt matter much to me if you apologized or not (after the fact), it was still unprofessional. I actually teach skills like this to a target population and would not mind doing a one on one session if you are interested (seriously). I am always interested to see how companies correct their mistakes when offenses are made before I completely decide to patronize them or not, however I will say this was our first and possibly last time visiting. -Sincerely the pregnant couple you completely spazzed out on.

One of the few honest mechanics in Las Vegas!I went in with a Groupon for an oil change so I pretty much expected to be ripped off with upcharges but VIP proved me wrong.While is was there I asked for a quote for front breaks, a tune-up, a serpentine belt and a drip pan. Not only was I given a great rate but I was offered FINANCING!!! you read that right, FINANCING! ALL of the work was done at a great price and I have a year to pay it off (100 days same as cash) Good deal!!!

I came in early.waited for hours without even being serviced.i kept on seeing other cars being serviced even when i came first. I dont understand how their queuing works that I waited and left because of disgust wasting time waiting. I surmise they service first that have faster returns.

I thought I was having an A/C problem - but these guys helped me out and showed me that I was actually on the verge of overheating! It was making my A/C go in/out. They hooked me up with a brand new radiator and they recharged my A/C and gave me a coolant flush with the new radiator and hoses --- all good so far! Thanks guys!

Ive waited long enough to give my final thoughts and after about a month since I received my service from this shop the issues I had originally brought my car in for are still the problem I deal with after spending $2300 of money I did not have or plan to spend to fix a simple issue that originally was only going to cost $300 I should have taken my car then and forgot about them however decided I did have work I really needed to get done so I bit the bullet and got all the rest of the work done now here I am months later with the original issue still wrong and the other work I had done All though it was needed it was not needed to keep me on the road this shop going down With the rest of them dont spend your hard earned money here and do not trust the work from this place .
