Well everyone was so friendly when we walked in to lease a car, although we felt forced to get an 2013 as is pathfinder. My husband as good credit and we had $1500 to put down. They claimed that is what he would qualify for. Because we desperately need a vehicle having a newborn in the NICU and traveling every day we needed a car that was reliable. So we settled. After completing our documentations and the process, we were told that we had to put an extra $800 down within two weeks. At that point we felt that we had already completed the process, so let’s just do it. To make a long story short now they we’re having plenty of issues with this vehicle we just get the runaround we call everybody’s always in training, we leave a messages no one calls back it’s just a horrible experience while going through this difficult time with our baby being in the hospital. We even had to contact the bank to help us with this issue. I wish I could have based our experience on only initial service that we got while leasing our car, but for now I would not recommend this place to anyone avoid the headache.

I had a great years of service with my service adviser before the pandemic came. So sad to learn during that time he left. After which I tried to go to couple of different advisers although bias trying to feel how I felt as a valued customer like how I was treated with that former service adviser. Sad to say it was hell during my visits, none of my visits felt great or even good. Im sorry to say customer service went from 10 to nothing. Cant wait to sell or trade in my vehicle so that I wont come to this place anymore. I really wanted to stay but its about time to move on

Horrible customer service. Came in a for a recall on my nissan murano. I was told it was going to take days. They didnt even bother checking the system. I was just told that they didnt know anything and would have to order parts. I then went over to another location and I was in and out in less than 5 mins and my car would be done by end of day.

Much better than planet nissan, so far. The mechanic that I spoke to seemed to be more knowledgeable than the people I spoke to at the other Nissan dealer planet Nissan. Not only did planet Nissan misdiagnose the problem with my vehicle, they refuse to fix it.

Dylan, the representative who helped me, was really genuine and efficient. The process was simple, quick and something I wont be dreading when I have to go back. I dont like wasting my time and I dont like dealing with disingenuous people, but my time was respected and Dylan was honest and diligent throughout his portion of the work. I cannot comment on much else because he was the only person I really dealt with. The setup for the service center is kind of cool. The agents name is on the desk so it makes it easy for you to find the person with whom youve got an appointment. The sitting area outside is simple, but I feel like in winter itd be too cold unless they heat it somehow. Overall it was a great experience.

Parts Center - extremely knowledgeable & willing to actually answer questions. Last name Williams, really patient & understanding. Observed him assist a disgruntled customer, obviously in the wrong area for what they needed, as he patiently treated the elderly customer with dignity & respect... 2 thumbs up.

A great place to take your car to have it serviced I took my 370Z there for oil change I was in and out within an hour couldnt ask for a better person at the service desk his name was Chuck. I will be going back whenever my Nissan need service

These people took my appointment online which I stated that my car was a hybrid and when I got there they said that theres no mechanic that can work on hybrid cars until the following week. Just like that, with no compassion what I had to do to find a ride and get time off from work. No customer care what so ever.

This was a return trip for my wife and I. We bought her an 2018 Rogue. The staff was great Steve and Manny treated us very well. Im glad that the great service we received from Omar, in the service department, was an indication of the service we would receive with the rest of the dealership. Very glad we went to Nissan to purchase our vehicle. 👍👍I definitely recommend.It has been 6 months since I posted last, and I can say that the service is still top notch! Wido and Chris, in the service department, have shown again why I will be coming back for my vehicle needs. Superior service! If you like being treated great and in a timely manner, this is the dealership to go to!

Took my car in to get the a.c. fixed under warranty and they refused to admit my ac compressor was going out, charged me $153 for an ac recharge I didnt approve and my ac works worse than it did before. Terrible people here

Took my xterra for service on April. Stared my car was fine that it was the battery. Car wasnt turning on today. After only a few months of purched. Upon arriving one of the representatives told me I had warranty. To come back in 1 hr. Came back after 1 hr and half and Chris gave me a 3 hrs window... so i had to stay for another 1 and half. He wasnt very nice either. I paid for my services... not my fault they gave me a defective battery.

Yes. I know, I know. Why would you go to the dealership? You know theyre going to gouge you for money! BUT you are GUARANTEED to get the correct work done for your vehicle AND all parts and any work have GUARANTEES. After getting a diagnosis, you can make the choice to seek alternative help, but you must make sure you have recourse in case your parts and labor fail.I took my van to AutoNation Nissan 3 times and each time was a pleasant experience (although the last time resulted in expensive bad news). I was given options, I was given a significant amount of time to make a decision and the price of the diagnostic was not that much more than what I would have paid for a diagnostic at a different mechanic. If you have a Nissan, definitely bring it in and at least let them do a diagnostic before you make other decisions. You cant lose.

Horrible. I purchased a Car as I drove it home the transmission failed I phoned the salesman advised I have a unsafe vehicle. It was towed that night back to the car lot. Next day I cancelled my sale. I went to Towbin Chevrolet in Henderson and got a better vehicle better deal with excellent service!Be aware of Autonation Mechanical Reports are not accurate

I got there late I didnt get my car service, on thats days, service clerk told me if I leave my car there they will take a look for you, he said I came in the wrong time, he said now is closed to lunch time, there are no technician at this times. He told me to came back at 2pm, which is only 11:00am.
