He also has this huge patient as he never get annoyed with my many questions about my Tacoma truck that is being serviced.He and your auto service technician Tio are a perfect team. I went today looking for a Corolla and afterI spent almost 3 hours I was literally kick out and with no explanation from the sales manager or someone above the salesperson. I understand that not everyone its well qualified but I previously purchase and Lease 4 vehicles in the past. Now times are tough but theres always an option and I definitely not get any from this guys. At least Im happy to take my business somewhere else. Shame on you guys.!

Failed on sevice and fall flat in service they worded before taking my keys. Tgeir lame reasons, system down where maintenance ppl where unable to comminicate within and since I was running out of time(4 hours of waiting) they suggested me to simply replace the part and charge me extra. Would only wish the management good luck for such business policy. Hope to see your business hurt because of your own unfaithful behaviour.

After buying a new truck 2 months ago, I came in for an oil change. Pulled up and told the young man what I needed. Went in with my 2 kids on my only day off to wait. Over an hour and a half later checked on the progress. No work done. Unbeknownst to me it was all my fault for not also telling someone else what I needed. Left without service. Obviously spending the extra money for an extended warranty was a complete waste of money. Get to come in and try again next week. Chris Lowrey.

We live in Illinois, and our daughter and son-in-law live in Las Vegas. We wanted to buy them a car and surprise them. We put many emails (feelers) out, and after much research we decided on the 2016 Toyota Corolla. We sent request out to several dealerships during our research, with many different experiences. This was going to be a long distance, cash deal, and we needed to be able to work with someone we could trust, and we felt were being honest. Many added additional charges, and nonsense charges, or didnt respond for days.Darren responded to every email, was courteous, kind, and understood what we wanted, and was very helpful. We felt, from the very first email that he was an honest person. During his absence, Reggie jumped in and answered, even what was probably silly questions. They were both very patient, and answered emails very promptly.We were very comfortable with the whole experience, and felt we got an honest deal. We would not hesitate to go to this dealership again, or recommend it, especially if they could work with these two gentlemen.

Jim was very professional and knowledgeable. I went looking for a Highlander as my first choice but out a quick observation Jim immediately new that was not the car for me. Long story short I ended up getting what was the right choice for me a RAV4 which I love. Thank you Jim for all your great help. Great experience! I knew exactly what I wanted, a Prius C 2 in Sparkling Sea Metallic. I did not want to go to dealerships and sit in an office passing a piece of paper back and forth. Their coffee machines used to be great, with a broad selection of drinks. Now you pay through the nose to have your car serviced and only get Seattles Best caff or decaff. They can afford to treat their customers better than junk coffee and forcing them to watch Ellen.

I get my free coffee and water and do my studies while waiting in a very pleasant atmosphere. I cant think of anything they could do better. Love my new car and loved working with Gustavo in the sales department. He was very friendly, low pressure, and worked with me on the price of the car. He also worked around my busy schedule. Finance department wasnt as great an experience. I worked with Jason Brewis. While nice and knowledgable, hes too high pressure and no isnt an option for him. There were several packages I was mislead into buying without truthfully needing them. Thankfully I was able to cancel them. Jason was also unresponsive to emails later on. Overall, wouldnt work with him again.

Jose was courteous and answered all my questions. The service was completed on time. The rental cost was eliminated which was great considering my repairs were over $500. I did have to ask for a car wash and I think this should be automatic when the bill is over $100.

My experience with Hugo Martinez was excellent. He helped my daughter and I get a rent a car really fast knowing that I would of been stuck there for hours with a two year old. The next day when I picked up my truck he helped us out again, he put her car seat in so I didnt have to worry about my daughter running out in front of cars. The service was fast and easy and I would most likely come to this Toyota again.

The end of my lease was coming up in a couple of months and I was unsure and dreading on trying to figure out what I had to do when my lease came up. I receive a phone call from Eugene Lewis Jr. letting me know of my situation and asks what Id like to do. We went in and he lets me know of my options and we end up purchasing the newer model of my car.When I get home, I realize I hate the color and just cant get over it. I let Eugene know right away and just in a day he finds the exact car I want in the exact color I wanted. I am not the type to do things as petty as returning a car because of the color and I felt awful doing this, but Eugene certainly went above and beyond to make this happen.They didnt even have the color of car I wanted in their inventory just a couple of days ago. So whatever he did to make it happen, I certainly appreciate it!Thanks Eugene!Also, Carlos in finance is amazing and friendly. Ken (I think that was his name) he was the second finance guy helping us and he was fantastic as well. This was my first experience with AutoNation and my first service on my new Sienna XLE Limited. Appointment was easy to arrange and only a 2 day wait for an appointment where I was able to wait for the service to be done. From the arrival to the drive-away was only one hour and the courtesy and professionalism was a refreshing experience. Also...the coffee bar and lounge made the hour go very fast. They have won me as a faithful customer.

- Received excellent service from service representative Michelle Mcateer.- Easy online reservation process for service. I like that you can choose who your service rep will be. I alsolike that the online form allows you to inform them if you will be waiting while service is completed, orif you would like shuttle service home or to your work place.- Quick and easy procedure at the service department. As soon as I pulled in a service rep met me anddirected me to my prearranged service rep who then confirmed what service was being done. Then Iwaited comfortably in their spacious and pleasant customer waiting area - coffee is available and alarge screen TV.- Best of all everything was completed within an hour and a half, my freshly washed car was immediatelypulled up for me, keys in the ignition, and I was on my way.

WORST SERVICE BY TEAM MEMBER DAVID!! I just got home from taking my Corolla in for service... without my car!! I scheduled an appointment with David at 2:30pm. I arrived early, and he said it will be a couple of hours, we will call you when its ready. Well, I never received a call!! I went back to the dealership at 4:30pm, we were sitting there waiting for our car. Others around us got theirs, we even asked about ours and they said we would receive news shortly. Fast forward to 7pm, we find out service had closed at 6! No body told us our car would have to stay in til Monday!!! Serouisly?! I am beyond upset! A call to notify us would have been appreciated! And after making EYE CONTACT with us (several times!!) David should have told us to just go home! My husband had a MUCH BETTER experience with Ford, where they offered him a free rental car while his got serviced. We really need that car for work on Monday. Now Im going to have to pay Uber til God-knows-when I get my car back. They have ZERO communication with their customers. I doubt I will be servicing my car here EVER again after their irresponsibility and lack of ethics.

It was fast and friendly. I was given a quote for the estimated cost for the work asked to be done on the car. After they acutely went in and looked at my car they called me right away to let me know what else was wrong and to see if I wanted to proceed and the cost if I did proceeded. The also was willing to comp me for the extra days I needed to keep the rental.

Mr Jose Jimenez made my visit to get my Tacoma truck serviced a breeze. He also helped me get my passenger side sun visor fixed, which was under warranty, but the part would have to be ordered, he double checked and found the part so I would not have to bring my truck back another day. He also had my truck washed, which was a pleasant surprise. I like the new waiting area and big screen TVs and comfortable seating. Everyone there was very pleasant and friendly.

The only issue i had was the car that I first bought ended up having the check engine light on while driving home that day i bought it (it was a 2017), however, I contacted Leo and they replaced my car with a fast transaction. Paulo Bautista was so helpful in getting my purchase order paperwork squared away for me at the conclusion of my lease term. I came in and met with him and a finance manager to sign paperwork, and I was basically in and out! Best customer service hands down that I received throughout this process, as I was in a couple of different peoples hands. Mechanic, Erick, identified needed repairs missed by another dealer @ a scheduled oil change. These were the type of repairs that if not done, would (1) compromise my familys safety, & (2) very quickly lead to much more costly repairs & a road side breakdown. I had no choice but to make the repairs, but Ivan found multiple ways to discount repairs where he could. These gentlemen secured my confidence & respect, Im happy to give them 5 stars!

The best part of my experience was the shuttle driver. He was personable and very nice. I really enjoyed talking to him. As far as the customer service at the dealership; they have work to do. Hector was my contact person, I didnt expect my oil change to be free, but it was so that was a fantastic thing. Im sure he is a nice guy, but he was not personable as he barely addressed me. The check in process was fairly quick. When I returned for my car, Hector was not there, I assumed he went on a quick servicing run. The problem is the person right next to him, did his best not look at me or acknowledge me. He was not servicing anyone. To me that was very unprofessional. He could have said hello Maam, Hector will be back shortly he went to service another customer. Anything would have sufficed; but to be ignored just made that few minutes awkward. Hector did return to his desk and said you can go to the cashier to pay. He told me nothing about my car. Not even a quick all is well with your car or any recommended servicing. That was my experience in a nutshell.

We had a great experience with Kevin Skipper at Autonation Toyota. We got great information from him and the whole buying experience was one of the best we have ever had when buying the Toyota corolla for our daughter. Kevin got us a great price at the tent sale at the Orleans hotel and he really treated us like family. His insight and knowledge regarding the vehicle we found and bought was what sold us on the purchase. Bought a new 2016 Scion Frs on memorial day this year, got a call from Autonation 2 weeks about my 3 month service appointment, they left a voice mail, I called back a week later and when they picked up the phone they knew who I was and what I was calling about, anyway I thought that was real customer service, cool service they have. I took my car in, the guy at the desk was super nice, he took my keys and told me it would taker an hour and that was on a Saturday morning, an hour later he called, my car was ready, I went to the cashier, it was free because its a new car. when I picked up my car, it was super clean, vacuumed and washed,5 star service, not only was it ready when he said it would be ready but it was super clean! Thank you AutoNation!!!! love my car and your customer service.I also wanted to include Rocky in my review, he sold me the car, he was very friendly, informative...great salesman!!! Thank you Rocky!

Had an appointment with Manny Mendoza at 10 am on Tuesday Sept 6, 2016. My father and I have always gone to him. The last time I got my car maintenance, my father took my car for me since I had class. My father is a retired mechanic for the Navy so he knows little tricks to ensure that he is getting the service he pays for. When my father got the car back, he saw that the numbers on the tires (to make sure they rotate them) were still the same. And he noticed a fairly deep dent on the back bumper. When brought to the attention of Manny, he brushed my father off like it was at our discretion to get our car serviced by Toyota. He brought this to his superiors and they rectified the damage. A few days ago my car was due for another maintenance. I decided to give Manny the benefit of the doubt and booked an appointment with him, thinking that it was a fluke in service. Wrong choice on my part. Manny was initially friendly, then I noticed that he recognized the other name on my service contract as my father and remembered the incident. His demeanor didnt change much, he even asked if I wanted a car wash & I said, sure.. why not, since the sign said it only took an additional 30 minutes.I decided to wait for my car maintenance. Took A LOT longer than usual. Ended up staying a little after 2 pm. After 4 hours of waiting, Manny finally called my name and apologized for the wait. Good thing I brought a book with me, otherwise I would have been annoyed. When I saw my car pull up, it wasnt even washed. First red flag. I checked if my car tires have been rotated and they had, but they didnt check the tire pressure, as I had my low tire pressure warning come on the next day. Second red flag. What EXACTLY did they service for 4 hours? Next time, I will choose another mechanic to service my car. I thought he would be professional about the matter, apparently not the case.

Customer Service people are very friendly, and appear knowledgeable and helpful. Service facility is clean and modern.Thats the good news. The concern I have is that it takes nearly three (3) hours (8:45am appt until 11:35) to have my vehicle returned! I understand the Service Dept is busy. However, perhaps additional people should be hired to expedite a simple service appt to include an oil change.

Even though the auto buyer experience has improved through the years. And I walked out with a car at this location. It never seems to fail that if you dont buy something from the finance manager that he offers you on top of the car they tend to get frustrated or mad because they didnt make any more money off of you than the car itself which tends to be, very frustrating to the customer and I just dont get it I still bought a car and he wasnt happy.
