I actually work here and I feel well taken care of.... great atmosphere and great team.... the owner is a very nice guy, very thoughtful and considerate when it comes to his staff and customers. He pays for our lunch everyday (the bonus!!!) and wouldnt consider working for anyone else...

Chevy was great, walked us through what was needed ti be done in the car, took the time to make sure we were pleased with the service. The car was done and ready even before expected. Fair prices. My experience was great, customer service with Tom was excellent his crew was pleasant waiting time from start to finish on point 30min. Its really hard to say how I feel about this place.....we are going on day 3 with this place. All to pass a smog test. Guess we will see if they can get it done today without charging my boss anymore.shes already $500 in.I will give them the benefit of the doubt...today we drop off the truck today.

I brought my van in for a checkup after my electrical system started acting weird. They told me I needed a new alternator, new battery, and that my front pads and rotors were “worn to nubs”. As all of those are jobs I’m capable of performing myself I took my van home after letting them do a transmission flush and made a stop for parts on the way.My brakes still have about half of their life left. My alternator is completely fine, and is charging my new battery (the one repair I *did* need*) at 1400, exactly where it’s supposed to be, a fact I discovered when my neighbor kindly let me borrow his tool to test it. Big shoutout to AutoZone’s return policies. Take your money elsewhere; you’ll likely need to bring less of it.

I was purchasing a vehicle from a private party. I requested a mechanical inspection. They said they work next to this business and they can preform a mechanical inspection, and smog. I wasn’t present when the vehicle was dropped off, so I wasn’t able to say if I had concerns or not. It passed mechanical inspection, so I finalized my loan. As soon as we took it, we noticed a grinding noise. We called the business and they told us to bring it back. We did the next day but they got busy, so they asked if we could leave it overnight. We did. They said on the 30th they think it was the wheel hub, after looking closely. It would be 806.07 to replace. I said this should’ve been checked during the mechanical inspection. They said it was and there wasn’t an issue. They said if that wasn’t the problem, it would be 120.00 for diagnostic plus labor if it needs labor, and they’d check the transfer case, differentials, axel etc to find the problem. Me and Chevy went back and forth on why this should’ve been caught and not pass inspection. He disagreed and said there was no way to catch this. At this point I was going back and forth with the seller, trying to figure out who was going to pay for this. Instead of noting my account accurately, he noted I had no concerns and no further inspection was necessary at that time. Noting to cover his butt. I attached docs to show my point, and the fix that was done. I wouldn’t trust these people to change my oil. They have zero integrity and they’re not honest. They say and note things to clear them if any issues arise.

They were great! I had several problems with my car and they found the problems fixed all of them, and had my car running perfect. I will always take my car in to get it fix by Busy Boots. Thanks to Chevy for treating me with respect and being honest.

Great SHOP and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from My guy CHEVY and mechanics that ACTUALLY know what there doing, the SHOP and CHEVY went above and behind to get my truck fixed when i know most shops wouldnt have....its hard to find a good and trustworthy shops in vegas like them but this gotta be the best shop Ive been to in vegas in my opinion and will be the only shop to work on any of my cars in the future.

I went here for a fuel system cleaning service and they were about half the price of anywhere else. I was in and out of there in a half hour.The staff is super friendly and explains everything well before they work on your car. They are happy to answer your questions.The waiting room is very large with lots of seating- it is clean and fully stocked with soda, water, coffee, ice cream, fruit, and they even have food and water for your dogs. They have a charging station for your phones or tablets.

I have to post how disappointed I am with this shop, just last year (2019) they diagnosed a compact kia sedan 2014 (little car) with caliper issues and they went ahead and replaced them as well as the rotors and the brake pads. Now they are claiming that they need to be replaced again because the rotors have hot spots. So I cannot help but wonder did they even replaced the calipers ? How is it possible that new calipers create hot spots if they are in fact hot spots on the new rotors. I am going to attach a photo you be the judge. However I will stay away from this repair shop.

They really took care of my car! I didnt know what was going wrong but something was off one day when I took it out for a drive. The guys at Busy Boots kept my car and test drove it and took a good look at it. Finally they discovered the issue and gave me the bad news. But even though it was bad news for me, I needed the car fixed and they did a great job. Gave me a loaner over Easter, so I could get out. And they gave me a discount too. I was super thankful for that considering what needed to be done. Felt like being in a small town shop just like where I used to live. Made me very comfortable. Also they have an amazing waiting room. Thank you for the ice cream cone!! Id recommend this place because they really seem to care about the customer and the car. Thats rare these days. Spoke to Hamid first who spoke to me like a person not just another paycheck... He helped us out tremendously before I ever brought or vehicle in. He tested it drive it around put a few new little parts in and didnt even charge us for that work or the diagnostic or anything!... Decided to do the work so we were closer to Busy Boots Auto on Flamingo and Durango so he told us to see his rifht hand man, Ali....Alli will say is that they were the nicest, most understanding and patient mechanics Ive ever met hands down! Came for fluid flush, excellent service, showed me under my car, pointing out the good things and the parts that were starting to wear. No pressure for extra work to be done it was very much my choice. Very relaxed atmosphere. Will be bringing my car back.

This shop was great, they were honest with me about what I needed to do to my car to get it back on the road safely. They also let me know of problems that will need to be dealt with in the future. I picked my car up after getting my hubs/ bearings changed and my check engine light started blinking, so I took it back and they did a diagnosis on it and were able to get the misfire fixed and changed a spark plugs for the cost of the part and only an extra $20 for labor. Mind you it was a Saturday after 330 pm. They are awesome and I would highly recommend them. Also they have free ice cream and drinks in the lobby 🍦

So impressed with Busy Boots! Best automotive experience Ive ever had. They were very fast, to the point, and fixed my jeep quickly.They couldve held my jeep over the weekend as I came in only about an hour and a half before closing time on a Friday, but they insisted I had it in time for work on Monday, I had my jeep back within 2 hours. I dont understand their web-site.....sounds wonderful? Says they do all kinds of work, even on your not so new vehicle. My brother drives a 1992 Toyota Paseo that failed the smog test. He found Busy Boots because they are a certified smog repair shop, no appointment necessary, and good (??) reviews. He arrived (Sept 8, 2020) right as they opened after having to drive clear across town. He said no other customer was there, yet the guy didnt even bother to look at the car and said we cant work on it....??????WHAT??????? The guy sent my brother to 5 Star Auto Repair!! 35 yrs in business???? How is that when they turn business away????? My brother is also handicapped and a senior....difficult situation made worse. I would NEVER recommend this place and I am beyond upset!!!! I would give a minus star if I could!!!

So man I was having a rough day during all the holiday chaos I had lost my car registration renewal and found it on the day it was due, but I had to work so my wife went to the dmv to take care of it but of course I forgot to get the smog test too so after work I am gong to the dmv and find the closest smog place there which happened to be Busy Boots and I get there as they are closing up. And I am talking with the person inside and explain my situation and they were very helpful with me and stayed just a little late just to get me out of my jam. I am appreciative of what they do and in the manner in which they do it!

Wasnt sure which mechanic I could trust after recently moving to Las Vegas. Took my car here after failing a smog and wont be taking my vehicles anywhere else while Im here. Been there a few times and theyve always been professional and honest. Two very big things in the automotive field. The bonus is at their Lounge is the most comfortable Lounge that I have been out anywhere in the valley. I cant complain about the snacks either. They get me in and out pretty fast. Trying to find a place to smog my vehicle on a Sunday, nearly impossible.I was driving around to all the places near the Cimarron DMV that I could recall have SMOG advertisement posted.No luck.I happened to pass by Busy Boots Automotive.So glad I stopped in. It only took 5 minutes to complete the smog. I had my children with me and we didnt leave for an additional 15 minutes.The clean & spacious office has a complimentary drink & snack section for their customers.Fresh cookies, ice cream products, beverages & fresh hot coffee. Brought my truck here about few months ago for some major work that was caused by my friend. After spending about almost $2000 it was just halfway fixed. Left the shop without ac working and some stuff not working which was perfectly fine before it was brought to the shop so i had to return for a second time. AC was fixed but only worked for about a month and died again. So brought the truck for the third time to get it diagnosed which when this shop diagnose your car they dont look at the whole car just whatever they think the issue was. So after leaving the shop for the third time I ended up replacing the alternator of my truck because whatever their new mechanic did. And my AC STILL WAS NOT FIXED. Now Ive been driving my truck without an AC for few months now because of this shop. They always blame their customers on why your car is broken. So much for customer service!!. If you like spending your money on a shop without getting your car fixed properly then this is the shop for you.. otherwise i would other shops that really cares about their customer not this shop that will just make money out of you. These people in this shop are scammers..stay away!!!!

We have been coming to Hamid for about 6 or 7 years...We have followed him to 3 different locations (This would be the 3rd). Hes very helpful and always explains things thoroughly. We trust and like him a lot and hes very honest, possibly the most honest mechanic we have known. He goes above and beyond with service. I get my emissions test there every year, fast and cheap. They seem to be under new ownership. The also noticed some issues with my car which they noted on my bill. I was already aware of them, it was a good reminder. They remodeled the customer waiting area. Its comfortable with a TV and refreshments. I would give them repeat business.

Absolutely trust this place. They are very professional will help you understand the root of the problem. I also like that the layout and set up in their waiting area. Free Wi-Fi, food and drinks. They also have a little set up for your dog if you decide to bring your pet. They do not over charge at all. Fantastic shop, Mike and Wen are the best. They fixed my AC, saving me from a very hot 80 mile drive. They explained everything they were doing and took me into the bay to show me the issue. They even offered a rental car if I wanted to go anywhere while they were working on my car.

Mike and Hasia are some of the nicest people we have ever met and they truly care about their clients in every way.Our car broke down on a road trip from Canada just outside of Las Vegas. We brought it into the shop and Mike explained to us in detail what might be wrong with our vehicle and got us in for a diagnostic right away. Without hesitating he offered us a vehicle to use while ours was being worked on and kept us up to date with how things were going. All in all if I lived in Vegas, they would be my go-to mechanic without a doubt! They left us feeling educated about what went wrong, how it was fixed and instilled confidence about our long drive back to Canada. On top of all that, the prices were great too. Busy Boots Automotive is, by far, the most superior and highly appreciated car mechanic here in the Las Vegas valley! I have taken my vehicle there a few times for major repairs and they never disappoint. The shop is very clean and includes free beverages and snacks. Hamid, the owner, is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond on the work he does. The work is the best Ive seen, and their staff go beyond expectations that I would not even think of. Such as a ride home from one of their mechanics when I needed a repair. They understand when people are going through tough times and do their best to help in any way they can.My car would constantly have problems whenever a semester of school starts, bad luck maybe, previous shops would just take it in, tell me what it is, quoted me the price and, if accepted, fix it. Here they will explain you the problem and how they will fix it. I brought in my car for a third time to the shop to investigate an oil leak that was happening for approximately for a week. Michael, one of the mechanics, took the car in, investigated it, and even showed me the problem in full detail. He told me that the rear main seal went bust, explained what that part does, and went into detail on how it gets replaced. He worked on the car and got it fixed on the same day. Michael was very understanding in the situation I was in and offered to repair it for far less than the repair is typically worth. I was speechless, not even a million thank yous can match what he did. He did an exceptional job, was very thoughtful and I highly appreciated it.You guys are amazing! Thank you!

Found them by looking for a place with a good rating and I was not disappointed. They got me right in. Had a comfortable waiting room with free ice cream, cool drinks, and comics! Though the tv was a little boring at least it wasnt sports. Went in for an oil change which they did and told me my brakes were bad. Which I knew needed done so I agreed to get them done too. Brakes still squeak a little but they said thats from rust but they are no where near as bad as when I went in.

I took my Sonoma in for AC work and some minor maintenance issues. As it turned out, my mother had to bring the truck in. The people there treated her well and worked diligently to get the job done. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I choose this shop bc its presentation seemed more approachable.When I go to more common big wig shops I just feel like a number & quite frankly the next victim due to my lack of knowledge when it comes to mechanical issues. But not at busy boots! These guys treated me with respect & were very conscious on whether or not I was comfortable & receptive of the diagnostic & the procedures that my vehicle would undergo in order to get me back on the road safe & effectively . Never bring your car here they steal parts off your car! Remember the name Michael Hussey I dont think he works their anymore but hes a thief & Busy Boots has not reinburst me! My next step is to report this to BBB
