Jay was amazing. I called first because I wanted to know their availability. Jay made me an appointment for 7:30am the next day (very convenient) to drop my car off. I informed Jay, I had to pick up my child before 2:15 and if my car wasnt going to be ready prior to noon, please call me so I can make other arraignments to pick up my child. Jay called prior to noon as promised and stated my car was not going to be ready. I said I could not pick up my car until after 5:15 and he assured me, he would wait for me to pick my car. I pulled up 5:40 and sure enough the employees were still there waiting on me to pick up my car. They are an amazing TEAM. The Team on Washington off of Buffalo next to Winco are great. Shout to JAY and his amazing customer service.

We truly had a 5 star experience with this company. My husband has been having issues with his AC in his 2018 Ram 3500 for a couple months now. He’s been taking it to the Ram dealership and paid to change out parts that were costly, unnecessary and still never fixed the problem. My husband saw a commercial on this company and thought to give them a try. From his initial contact with this company has been all 5 star. Their customer service was awesome, from his very first phone call. Once he scheduled an appointment, he went to drop off the truck and they drove him back to our house. Even when the truck was done, they picked him up again at our home and took him to pick up his truck. He was explained to and physically shown in a very friendly and professionally way on what they discovered and how they fixed the problem. A problem that another automotive repair company (VIP Auto) created. Not much companies are fair priced and honest. This is a company that can be trusted with your vehicles.

The quality of work done here is POOR & IN THE MUD! the guy removed/stole parts from my car and acted as if he did not. When I returned with my concerns he said go to the junk yard and get the parts and I will put them on for you...after paying $4000+. Dishonest, unfriendly, overcharge. I wont recommend.My car runs and drives good but has check engine light on a display. I took it to them they said it needs 02 sensors and leak detection pump. I bought two 02 sensors from Auto Parts and brought to them and had them fixed. They charged me $312 for replacing two 02 sensors ( just a labor), $385 for leak detection pump replacement, plus extra charges of $25 for calling to get a leak detection pump and $5 for small old parts disposal (They didt tell me about these two extra charges). I paid them and took a car home and next they a check engine light came back on then I went back to them they told me the other two more 02 sensors need to be replaced. I didnt believe that all 4 of 02 sensors would go bad at the same time it could be a leak detection pump failed and I asked them to check it for me they said you have to pay $130 for re-diagnostic. I feel like I got scammed by them.

Stole a 17 round 9mm magazine from under the drivers seat when I was in for service. Hope its worth it, I was looking for a new long term mechanic and it definitely wont be this place.Update for reply: Thanks for the homework assignment, but Ill take that time you would like from me to find a new mechanic. Theres a reason they have a very low rating of 3.7....Terrible... Very unfriendly. Charged for work not done. Do not want to honor warranty. After spending over $2000 last year for work and problem still not fixed, they said my car needed a computer at a cost of $2300. Took my car elsewhere and found out parts I was charged for had not been replaced and car did not need computer. I spent $250 elsewhere and my car got fixed. Found out that they had disconnected a wire to make car run very rough and tried to sell me a computer for it....STAY AWAY from there.

I took my truck in for brakes. They worked with me and were able to get the job done in just hours.

I brought my car to get oil changed here a month ago I still have 1000 miles until my new oil change but recently I had to take my car to the dealer due to an diagnostics and come to find out I need an oil change ASAP so I basically paid this place for nothing oil is low and was dirty and not done correctly and it was past due even when I took it I should have known something was off because they turned off my system settings that shows me how long until my next oil change Not worth bringing your car here

I came for a smog check and Ive been waiting for the front desk agent for about 20 min. And the manager is so rude. Last time I was here at 5:30 pm and he told me to come back another day because his workers could do a wacky job in it because they close at 6pm. This messed up my schedule and now they will take another 20 min to get the smog done. 😫

Brought my car in to check the source of leak. They determined the cause and charged to replace a pump and told me to come back in a few weeks to check. I came back and then was told its leaking from somewhere else and its 2k to repair? And its smoking worse than it was before I brought it to them. Why was this not found in the first visit? I could of brought vehicle somewhere else for a proper diagnosis. This was either shady or mechanics here do not know how to properly diagnose a vehicle issue..Either way I would not recommend.

I took my 1966 mustang to get leaks fix, paid over $2400, got it home still leaking, took it back for leaks again, paid another $400, got home still leaking, Not a good place to go to.

I do not recommend this auto shop. They are expensive and their work is questionable. Be careful if you bring your vehicle here.

Got me in that day and threw in more than what I came for. Really really appreciate these guys. Came back a week later with new tires to see if they could mount them for me, and they agreed even though they’re not a tire shop. Came in for oil change they forgot the cap oil was everywhere. After that they replaced it or found it in the shop then they washed the engine off with decreased and water . I drove away and now my starter is coming on in traffic maybe they shouldnt use water instead just rags decreased air and break cleaners to dry it down . Now we are stuck and dont know what going to happen and day has been a mess and a full day was ruined . I want go back unless its resolved right and not a single charge on my side.

I called the day before for details came early the next day. Was the 2nd customer in line opened on time at 8am by 8:50 I was home... cashier was very courteous... mgter/owner(?) Offered us water. Just excellent...

Needed a smog after getting the check engine light reset. It hadnt reset yet and it needed to be driven a certain way to get it to reset. The manager (who is awesome!) told me exactly how to do it. I had to drive almost 100 miles between 50 and 60 MPH (so boring!) The place who reset the light NEVER told me anything about getting it to reset. Everyone at AA auto was so nice and helpful. When you pull up they walk out and greet you. I had to wait in the waiting room for a short time and they were just so great with all of their customers. You could tell they were trying to do the repairs correctly and werent ripping people off. In the couple days I was there there were multiple customers that were regulars. They get you in and out quickly and for a good price. HIGHLY recommend giving them a try.

I love AA AUTO! they have saved me 100s of dollars! I am very picky with who works on my Mercedes. It also gets very expensive going to the dealership.. Thomas and hank went to the ends of the earth to find a PART, that we thought was exclusive to mercedes. they found it MUCH cheaper. and HENRY AND STEPHEN did my service. All of the guys are SO NICE.. and kind of shy. But they KNOW what they are doing!!!! And JOE IN THE OFFICE... what a SWEET GUY. he is so professional and MAKES everyone feel so comfortable while they are waiting for their vehicles. Spoke to Ron about getting my oil changes and trans flushed and filled.Even though the price of the CVT trans fluid is more expensive he honored the price and was able to get the vehicle back in top shape in no time flat.A very personalab person to deal with.Did not try and sell me on unnecessary services or services that my cat does not n÷d, like a timmung belt when I have a timming chain.I will definitely be back for what ever my car needs

I returned here after a good experience with a simple oil change (which took too long but they worked me in at closing). I came back for brakes and had my entire day ruined. I was told 2 hours. I had my 3 year old son and 2 dogs with me but had some errands in the area and thought 2 hours was too long, but ok. It is now 6 hours later!!! I have had to buy multiple meals and arrange for my other children to be picked up from school. And...THEY ARE NOT FINISHED YET!Updated from 1 to 3 stars. “For my inconvenience” they put 4 new rotors on my truck free of charge. However, no amount of free service will make up for the stress caused to my kids. I will still not be returning and advise others to use this place at your own risk.

Great service. I had 2 tires change and front ball point replaced and now my car is driving smooth. And all this time I thought was my brake. They show the damage to the ball joint and it was bad. One of my front tire had a large tear on the inside due to the bad ball joints. Ron wont upsell you, he tells exactly what you need.

I was charged almost $15 for oil and filter change and nothing was ever done as far as oil put in or new filter and they took my money and said that if I can pay him they would keep my vehicle which Im need for work. I would not do business with them ever again.

Brought my car up to AA Auto today, had 3 of my 4 bolts that hold my engine in missing. While I was theyre I also got my breaks done. From past bad personal experiences and being new to Vegas I was a little hesitant, but when I arrived at AA Auto it went away, I was spoken to with respect, they technicians/mechanics were very professional and timely. My breaks are just like new and I feel much safer after the bolts were put in. Waiting in the lobby was great, one of the mechanics pulled me outside to show me how to reattach the bolts of one ever became lose. Coming from someone who was truly hesitant, I can tell you AA Auto Care took very good care of me! Whenever I come across a car issue I will be back at AA that for sure!

I took my vehicle in for an oil change, $40 with tire rotation and top off fluids included, but they did not rotated the tires or checked fluids, instead i received a call from Stephen or Steve and he told me that my brakes were metal to metal, that it was imperative to replace the pads that same day. I took the vehicle to the place where I have life time warranty on the pads, they are at least 60%, not metal to metal. Im not going back to AA auto care at Washington again. This is Purrfect auto all over again!

But still the same google page.This place is a rip off.They will charge you too much and not even show you the old parts. They will tell you theyll be done on a certain time, but when you arrive its not done and theyll rush you out the door.Do not go to this place. Find a better option. Bad bad experience and they will rip you off.

They Aced it! I Couldnt pass this damn smog test for 3 times and after going to 2 different auto shops i heard about AA, decided to give it a shot and in less than an hour my car was fixed and smog free for the year, amazing job guys! thank you very much

This shop is good enough for simple tasks like oil change or maybe brakes, but if you need a diagnostics, they cannot do it most of the time. They will pretend the can, but they cannot. Its really bad, you are much better of going to a dealer.

They had my car for nearly 2 weeks. They couldn’t find the problem & made up a problem that was a “$2000” fix. They didn’t put my car back together after taking something’s apart including the backseat. I got my car fixed now & it was not what they told me it was. Just saying if it do t sound right most likely not. I’ve been having the same problem with my car & I kept going back to them for it that was the problem! They weren’t doing something right.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change and in less than a week later my engine starts to knock and I find out that I need a oil pump all of a sudden. Smh!

The friendliness of the people doesnt make up for the slow service. As I stand looking into the garage I see four vehicles not being worked on and a mechanic chatting in the waiting room. I had to return my vehicle free having it serviced for brakes. Now it is unsafe to drive and I am stuck waiting. Will not be returning.

They told me my front brakes were at less than 25% and that my rotors needed to be machined. Told me it would be close to 500. I changed my brakes yesterday and they were at maybe 50% and my rotors are in great shape.

Please! Don’t go here. Ok on 5/22/19 me and my sister went there just to change the oil. My sister’s car is 6 months old 2019 mazda 3. On the reciept says Recomended services: Brake fluids for $69.99, Fuel Injection cleaning $119.95, Radiator fluid service $89.95, and transmission drain refill for $89.95. So Me and my sister worried so the next 2 days we went to mazda to check on it. The results everything is Ok! So people beware! Get second or even third opion. We will never come back here anymore. What a fraud!

If I could put zero I would. We took my car here yesterday for a simple oil change. As soon as we left we drove up Buffalo to Lakemead and my check engine light came on and my car started running like crap. They couldnt have messed with my car, right? WRONG!! We had to take it to a machanic and one of my transmission sensors was tampered with, a piece of my engine was broken and the oil was still black so they didnt even change the oil. So we call them and the manager laughs and says they dont do that there and that they only changed the oil. Clearly they didnt just change oil and for not doing anything but changing the oil they sure had recommendations for me to take care of. And would only know that by poking around. Well that $15 oil change ended up costing us almost $300 to fix. Just to be clear my car was running perfectly fine. Never had a check engine light on til i left that place. So please beware of this place.

The manager has not experience on diagnosis, it is bery sad that they take advantage of peaple that is traveling.i stop there to check my transmission fluid label because my jeep has not deep stick, and a yung men told me tha he need to change 3 things end up $800. I trast him an spent the money for nothing 1 hour driving i have the same isue with my car went back and he didnt want to take care of it. One of his workers check and drive it for me and his manager got mad of him, because manager didnt want to fix it. I find out hire in indiana the parts they put on was not necessary, hope the owner do some thing.

Will not go back to this place as I found out on my receipt that this place is perfect auto, aa auto care?. I went for a smog check & it took approximately 30 minutes & there was only 1 car in another bay being worked on. I just went for a smog & the technician came back stating that I had some work done on my vehicle & gave me a list of other things that I should have done on my vehicle. I let the technician know that I have a mechanic that is trust worthy & takes care of my vehicle. 2 days later I end up with an oil leak. I took my vehicle to my mechanic & he puts my vehicle on a lift to look for the oil leak & finds out that the screws on my oil pan were very loose. I did not have an oil leak on my vehicle. As I stated in the beginning, I will not go back to this place.

I went into the actual place & there was a heavier set man running the place, I went to get the mechanics name and they not only refused to give me the mechanics name, he refused to give me his name & said he was going to call the POLICE if we didnt leave???????? So we decide to leave and the guy decides to PHYSICALLY ASSAULT my boyfriend!!!!!!!!!!???????? DO NOT EVER EVER EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR OR YOUR TIME!!!! Waited 2 hours one day in their lobby (with no a/c) and no one even looked at my car and it was almost time to close. The front desk worker let me know it may not happen so he apologized and told me about their other locations.

I got a coupon for a Free Visual A/C check. Called ahead and then told no need an appointment. I went there waited over an 1 1/2 then I saw my Mercedes on the lift then I went to ask why its taking so long, then the took my car to another lift and told me it theres a leak and compressor is messed up. So I said Ill have the dealer to take a look. Today I had my car checked at Fletcher Jones Mercedes, it was just the A/C needed to recharge.

FIRST trip for a simple oil change resulted in me waiting for an hour before being told there was no one there to do the oil change!!! (Its an oil change people, not a major repair) After being told to come back and my oil change would be free and I would be seen immediately when I arrived, I decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves. SECOND trip, walked in and was told it would take at least an hour. After reminding them about agreement, was told sorry. I left, deciding to pay someone for doing it over waiting for them for free. What they dont know is that my vehicle is ready for a major tune up and new brakes, all of which if the price was fair, I would have had them do the work. Their poor performance on a simple oil change caused them a fair amount of business from me on the other needs on my car...their loss, wont ever go back personally.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE AND TERRIBLE PLACE!I couldn’t go up my right rear window after washing car, so I drove them have it fixed, but they charged me $375(including motor window fee$243)and spent ten days but they didn’t fix that ! They said switch was bad and wire had problems, later confirmed my switch was ok and wire was fine and said my computer was bad and recommended me to spend almost $1,000 to change it ! I decided that I didn’t want them to fix it . They didn’t refund to me due to my quitting. Then I immediately went to dealer to check, unbelievably dealer said that new motor window was BAD AND RECYCLED AND MORE EXPENSIVE THAN DEALER! After being finished by dealer I went back to let them refund at least part fee. They gave me credit, I couldn’t receive it because I couldn’t thrust them any more! I absolutely couldn’t go back, meanwhile I won’t go to any AA ATUO CARE SHOP ON THIS EARTH AS WELL !Later they promised me to give me a check, one week later I still didn’t get their any check even if I went to THIS PLACE everyday! Later I didn’t longer go back and they never called me although they always said that they would call me if they received mail about my check! I think that so-called mail may be sent out by ANOTHER PLANET!I can’t stand they cheat me over again and again! I had to file a complaint to Attorney General and DMV!I also want everyone to clean their eyes and get a lesson from me !

Worst oil change and tire rotation in my 39 years of driving. Put wrong oil in,not the oil I specified not only that told em to rotate tires which was not even done and to top it of stole something of value from the car.Dont go here different owners. Too bad, was fantastic last visit as PURRFECT auto.
