I was greeted immediately and promptly help by my service advisor Ken. We went over what I needed - which was just a oil change and tire rotation. But while waiting in the comfortable lounge they showed me the bald inner part of my front tires. Luckily they a special sale on tires and I got 4 new excellent tires. They were very courteous and helpful.

We bought a used car from Infiniti of Las Vegas. In the weird world of the car market today, we felt the price was a little higher then the cars value, because used car prices are so over-inflated currently. The dealership was straight forward, they negotiated with me and agreed to the price I felt was fair for the condition of the car. The only issue was the time it took to go into the finance person. Just short of two hours. It was ridiculous. Once we got in there, it was fast and we were on our way. They even used the sales person and a lot porter to help us take the car home. If they get that time line fixed, that would be helpful. At least they were fair and properly priced the car.

They ruined my car and they tell me it was like that when I brought it in. Bad work and the indecency and disrespect of saying that I am lying. For trust, I had given them a good review before picking up the car, and they do a bad work and hit the car, and they say it was like that. Ive been in this car drama for over two weeks. Disrespectful! Tip: before leaving the car in their hands, take photos, videos and leave the date and time clear. Also let them know that you did it.

Although my Q50 was out of commission for awhile, Ken took very good care of us. Thanks to Ken there wasnt a hassle while all the repairs were made. The vehicle rides like a beauty but we shall see on our journey back to Reno. This is one of the reasons why Ive been with Infiniti for all these years since my 99 J30. Great Customer service indeed!

Walked away and they got 3 more things done my hood was slamming they fixed that🥰 asked if they could check my air conditioning blowing hot air fixed that and my windshield wipers needed replacing fixed that as well some on warranty and some werent BUT ITS DONE..Kudos to the mechanics and Pedro who took my car in and fixed my air conditioner in a heart beat 10 min and I was out the door. I was probably in and out within 1 hour or so. I was quoted 2 1/2 hours but they worked quick. I had brought my wife’s car to get the oil changed. The service manager Marc is passionate about his work and knows his customers with a good memory of past issues, we had some things to work out but we are straight now. He is a nice guy. My service advisor Ken was nice and courteous recommended services that are due. I will be back to get some things done. Thank you for your professionalism Marc and Ken!

This is why I LOVE Infinity. I was having a minor car issue due to my lack of knowledge with my new Infinity. Out of pure desperation I drove straight to the Service department, totally unaware of not booking an appointment like I was supposed to do. There was no one waiting to assist me. And out of no where came MR. MARC LUSTIG, He happily greeted me and even though I knew he was on his way to take care of some business, he stopped right in his TRACKS! and Happily assisted me with my car issue. MR. MARC LUSTIG Professionally handled my situation as if I had an appointment with him . He personally took care of me and fix my my issue. In 2021 that was UNBELIEVABLE to me! Let me start by saying GREAT EXPERIENCE! Dealership visits can most of the time be stressful of course with repair times taking longer then initially quoted or lack of communication from your advisor but at Infiniti of Las Vegas this is not the case. My advisor Erika was very communicative as well as thorough and knowledgeable. Upon arriving the drive was busy, it was a Monday morning so there were many appointments. Even so I was greeted quickly. My service took a reasonable amount of time, they quoted me an hour and I was out within and hour and a half paperwork and all. I was very satisfied with the quality and experience. The toughest part would have been that I went in as a waiter with my 4 month old baby, they understood the urgency and accommodated me accordingly. Also the waiting area is very nice, luxurious and they offer free coffee and water. I loved the fact that they offered hot water as well so I was able to warm a baby bottle.

Everything had went just as the female Erica had advised me the day before I was suppose to be going in for the car maintenance at the dealership. The Mechanic that I was supposed to speak to showed up as she suggested. Had a great experience at Infiniti Las Vegas service center, Tim was so helpful, kept me informed via text and phone calls, he even provided me with loaner QX50 which I enjoyed the two days I had it. The employees there are wonderful, knowledgeable and get your car done in a reasonable time frame, work hard to resolve your mechanical issues. I will be going there for my car maintenance for now on..Just moved to the area 6 months ago, we don’t know anyone here, no family/friends, I have an 8 year old so when he told me my car would take a few days I explained my situation, he kindly gave me a loaner, I don’t know what I would done w/ no car . Great service, reasonable prices and an awesome text messaging system for vehicle status updates.I was told by 2 different shops that my AC compressor was busted, and that it would cost $1,800 - $2,200 to fix. I took it to Infiniti and the compressor was fine, there were just a couple of leaks elsewhere that were fixed for $623! Wow what a price / diagnosis difference! I’ll take it to the dealership first from now on!! My service advisor “Kevin” is a really nice guy and has been great to work with over the years!

Always have a good experience with the service advisor. But had a bad experience with the service ladies that answer the phone. Felt that I was ignored. Called 3 times to get an update of my vehicle and I felt that they didn’t care. Got an explanation why I was treated that way. Guess it wasn’t intentional. But still felt bad.

She is very thorough in making sure the customer is informed of the car maintenance status and any additional findings/fix required in the course of maintenance. Pulling up to the service valet I sat in my car for a solid two minutes before seeing the service valet attendant just stand behind their stand and stare at me instead of greeting me. After getting out they didnt move or greet me. I had to go up to them to be helped. I only bring this up because Pedro ALWAYS comes to my door as Im pulling in the valet area with the biggest most heartwarming welcome. Its gotten me accustomed to this little detail that was missed in the name of what customer service should be.Erika King was the service consultant that took care of me. Im pretty mechanically inclined so most of the smaller work is done by myself or taken to a reputable shop to avoid the dealer mark-up fees since the car is out of warranty. Erika King showed such an amazing service that it makes me want to pay the dealer markups for any car work. It was the first time since owning the vehicle that it felt like the service consultant really stuck her neck out for me and really vouched for me. The service manager Marc Lusting chimed in at some point and all I felt was a huge lack of care. I felt as if I was being told to kick rocks by him. The way she advocated for me and my vehicle surpassed my expectations of what could have been done. Being a nurse advocating for patients is the name nature of what we do. Erika King really stepped up to the plate and showed me what the Infinity brand is about. I left the dealership proud to own an Infinity, and even though I wasnt planning on it, she made me want to buy another Infinity just because I know that there are people with such a great heart like her and Pedro willing to go above and beyond to defend the brand and what it should be.

I was having car trouble and drove in with no appointment. Pedro greeted me right away and let meknow that they were busy and had no open appointments for a couple of day but told me that someone would be with me shortly to see what they could do. Erika came over and checked me in. I explained to her my problem with my car. She told me she would contact me once they’ve had a chance to check it out. I love that Mark keeps me informed of what’s going on with my car. Mark remembered to buff my headlights, because they were so badly marked up, it was hard to see at night. I was out of there at the estimated time. The Waiting room is very comfortable and quiet. The right people at the right time and place makes for great experiences. I am most thankful for meeting Erika, Pedro, and Leo yesterday when I was in significant distress. My rear rotors and pads were at a point of catastrophic failure and I had a 541 mile trip back to the Bay Area. Not knowing the areas mechanics or shops I opted for Infiniti. Erika was very knowledgeable about cars and professional, she made room to fit me in on very a busy Saturday, Pedro gave me some life, travel, and auto hacks, and Leo was just a pleasant individual to interact with while a million concerns ran through my mind. Without their genuine care, time, and understanding, I dont know where Id be today literally. Thats an understatement considering the possibilities of my wheels popping off, a breakdown, or crash in fire valley or at any point on the way home. There are times when the right mix of people can make a person either regret or love their experience and this is one where I feel Ive made friends, sensed that I was being taken care of, that the conversations were coming from a genuine place - not just a transactional process which makes me a fan of this dealership. I have an Infiniti dealership 6 miles from my house in San Jose, but because theyve done me wrong on a myriad of things from 2010-2016, Ive no hesitation when I think about driving 8 hrs to Vegas next time to get my car serviced by these individuals. They and this dealership have earned my trust and business, possibly saved my life. That above anything is significant. I didnt come to Vegas for shows, girls, excess spending and gorging that people generally come here for. I came to relive a trip I took 5 years ago to check out what draws people to this place. Today I leave this place with friends in my heart, people who made a difference and Infiniti of Las Vegas should be proud of the work they do.

I brought my car ( Infiniti G35X) in to the dealership because I wanted my car fixed by Folks who knew what they were doing, HOWEVER a older gentleman named Tim reccomended I take my car somewhere else because he didnt wanna work with my aftermarket warranty!! I was very disappointed and confused being that I always take my car to the dealership for repair ( because Im all about quality) and this was the first time Ive ever been turned away! I didnt understand how u can turn me away after knowing I needed a transmission and other work done, I thought the goal for any Service Shop was to make money not turn it away! I wish Tim wouldve just said no on the phone instead of letting me Tow my car all the way down there and then denying me service leaving me to make other arrangements and then having to Tow my AGAIN to another shop!! I dont know if he was discriminating against me (Im a Black man) or my aftermarket warranty either way Infiniti Of Las-Vegas failed me!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

The advisor, Tim Curtis was good at explaining the process and giving me the progress of my car repair. In addition, they provided me a courtesy car. My truck was delivered at the promised date. They are very honest and do not give you the run around or try to get you to do unnecessary work on your vehicle. Came in cause my car was overheating, they diagnosed and fixed the problem pretty quick, however did have an incident where my tie rod ended up getting bent by the tow truck driver unbeknownst to me by improperly strapping down the car by the tie rod, I thought the dealership was at fault but after they investigated my incident the way the tie rod was bent it was due to the tow truck driver towing the car and strapping it down improperly by the inner tie rod. Mark called me and explained the situation and even offered a free alignment for the inconvenience once I replaced the tie rod which I was able to do myself at home, I really appreciated that.

We relocated to LV in 2020 and have had several interactions with this dealership. They do not return phone calls, require you to wait even if you have an appointment, and bounce you from one department to another to avoid taking ownership of the customer experience. This is the worst customer service I have experienced at ANY car dealership. I would avoid buying a car here.

Been in the Infiniti family for a while now and I love this location in Vegas they always take good care of me especially service side. My lease was coming up soon, I love my car and decided to keep it. Denise our sales person reached out to me through email and text. We did everything through text to get everything situated. She went over different options over the phone it was an easy and fast process. Will recommend Infiniti to friends and family!

Took my Q60 in for some scheduled maintenance. I was assigned a new consultant Erika King, she was very professional and made sure I was involved during every step and kept me informed. I am always impressed by the great service that I receive at Infiniti of Las Vegas.

I serviced my infiniti at this business and had excellent service from the time I stepped out my vehicle to picking up my vehicle three hours later. Workers were friendly, very helpful and ensured me that my vehicle will be fine. My vehicle was not held hostage for 5 hours as what I normally would have experienced. I would surely be back for my next service and would tell all my friends.

I took my 2012 Nissan Altima to get body work done, radiator support and two hoses along with coolant topped off and it was by far the WORST service I have ever had. I will NEVER go back there again! It took 3 weeks and 2 days for them to finish the job. Dan was the person assisting me and Jason was the mechanic, they where nice but the service overall was HORRIBLE. Some how I ended up needing a new radiator which I believe was something that was messed up on there end because when my car went in, it was perfectly fine with NO leaks. I felt like they should’ve taken accountability for that! They did not! I ended up paying to get one replaced along with the items I listed above and when I went to pick up my car it was not drivable. The reason I was given was because my battery was dead. I had the car towed to Nissan but before we left Infiniti the tow truck driver let me know the hood would not come up and of course the people at Infiniti denied any knowledge of knowing about the issue. Once it got to Nissan I found out that it was completely Infiniti’s fault. I felt like I payed more then enough money and was played because I’m a female in the end. Even though Infiniti covered the expenses after going back and forth with them while my car was at Nissan. I did not like the feeling of being taken advantage of.

There were too many employees not wearing their masks appropriately. I did not feel safe in the building. The service was relatively quick and efficient. I enjoyed the no contact pay system through text message.

I made a offer to them for a q60 which they have met at 30gs from 33gs which was cool but then I told them about q70 that they had which is a cheaper model but thank good I didnt buy it. They were playing games too and I told them Im buying in cash. THEY DIDNT WANT TO SELL THEY LOST A CASH SALE. LOL
