I just went in to get my oil changed, nothing serious or life altering but as usual I was treated as if I went in there every week and spent hundreds of dollars! Now Im just a little old lady who knows absolutely nothing about cars except where to put the gas, lol, however...my husband does and so does my son they just cant come with me so I KNOW these guys arent taking me and my ignorance for a very expensive ride when we go in and its SO nice to have someplace I can go where I can TRUST that Im not going to be ripped off even if I havent first consulted my guys! The fact that Im treated decently whether Im spending $10 or $100 is also worth its weight in gold but you dont have to take my word for it. Check them out yourselves. Nobodys going to tie you down with contracts to make you come back if you dont want to. Its worth a look-see. You might find something you like. I did.

Im concern that everytime I take my car there its different mechanics. High turnover rate makes me feel uneasy about continuing to take my business there.

I went in for a simple, easy oil change. While being serviced the owner did a visual walk around to inspect a variety of things that could be seen and possible problems. He noticed that I needed rear brake pads as they were worn to the extreme. Long story short, I just had a full brake pad replacement done in Reno (for WAY more money than it would have cost me here) and the rear pads did not appear to have been replaced at that time. He also noted a leak in my rear shocks; when he got the brake pads off, it was even worse... the rotors were scored. All in all, he went through the entire car, gave me EXCELLENT service, GREAT price, and HONEST repairs. I have found a new home for my car needs with the full confidence that it will be done right and the price will be right, as well.

Its a clean shop and the people there are nice and helpful. I needed a ride home so the manager Charles asked one of his worker name Luis to give me a ride home. The job is not done yet but I am confident it will be good. The shop has 4.7 out of 97 reviews so they do a good job.

I brought in oil and oil filter and they changed my oil as well as a diagnostic check because of a check engine light. Everything was done to my satisfaction except for the wait.

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.Ive been to this location before and I was helped out just great, got a good deal on smog and oil change. Old manager Charles took care of me. I come back and now NEW manager Mitch is in charge. LONG STORY SHORT, he told me his team found that my fuel pump FAILED. That sounded very strange for what my vehicle was doing. So I went to Ericks Auto Garage and got a 2nd opinion. The mechanic there showed me to my face that the area where the fuel pump is located looks untouched and that it is A PERFECTLY fine pump after testing it. Mitch and his team lied to me and covered up for what the real problem was. I am so glad I followed my gut instinct. I would no longer recommend coming to this place. A bunch of liar and thieves.

I went in for an oil change and left with my height seat latch broken…. Said they would fix it but haven’t heard from them in 2 weeks. Called several times just to be told the manager would call back and when I finally did talk to the manager he told me to wait for the district manager to call. Still hasn’t happened…..

Friendly, courteous, respectful and instead of telling you the problem they show you and teach you what can happen if you dont and what other options you have, I admit that I havent gotten the work done but so far they talk a good game! So I will rate the customer service experience for now!

In August 2019, I had oil change, smog check, and engine repairs (replace electronic sensors). USA Auto had excellent service, same day repair, and good price. Didnt try to upsell for repairs I didnt need. Check for coupons for oil change: $7.77 - &9.99 for standard oil change. Definitely will be returning again.

Horrible. I brought it in for a smog and he failed me. Then high hit me with high pressure to do the diagnosis there when I told him my mechanic is across the street. He wanted to charge as much as the Xhrysler dealer for diagnosis.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They ripped off my daughter who just went in for an oil change. Claimed she needed a ton of work, we said okay, talked to other people who said we were being ripped off, called to cancel job 45 minutes later, they said the job was already complete. How do you do a $1700 job in 45 minutes? These people are awful.

They did me good man, fair prices for what I got done, just be weary, google says its opened on sundays, but that is not the case.

My husband is a disable veteran and we thought we were dealing with people that have honor and integrity, I am not sure the manager knows what that means.We brought our infiniti in to check the radiator fluid and after a diagnostic was told that the alternator and battery need to be replaced and they would adjust the radiator fluid. Then we got a phone call that the radiator was bad oh and the water pump. The only thing not needed was a new engine.Then we find out the mechanic we made ALL our arrangements with was let go and now they are talking about putting a lien on our vehicle. He told us we could make partial payments due to us being on a fixed income. Apparently this was lies and we must suffer God forbid the manger honor what we agreed to and were told.I initially thought this place would be different than the rest but I have no idea if all the repairs where truly needed to a tune of over $3000 (ironicaly the quote given on repairs that should get done but not needed at this time.)
