This place treated me first with professionalism, and then like family. I had my car towed from a nearby place to replace the alternator. A recent repair ripped me off and I was scared to go to another mechanic and have that happen again. Sergio and the team were super helpful and honest and the rates were good. After that repair I came back for an oil change and now he is my go-to mechanic. They are amazing and efficient, definitely recommend.

I took my car here two days ago. I have a 2006 Range Rover Supercharged ( full size ). The tech that rode with me was Sam. So this was on Monday and he listened to my clunking noise in my right front wheel-well. He did not charge me anything to ride with me and listen to my problem. We agreed I would come back on Wednesday morning. On Wednesday morning I got there at 8 am, they open at 8:30. Sam showed up at 8:57am and when he asked for my keys, said : “so you are going to leave it with me “, I said yes, but I would like to wait for it, he immediately became nasty and unprofessional by saying just forget it then, I don’t have time for this. I said nothing and walked off and left.People, if a mechanic wants to keep your car for several days, charge $120./ hr but never say how long he plans on keeping it or if he plans on keeping it at all, run. These guys all say I have to look at it, which I understand. But if you agreed on that day you would try to find the problem and then get mad because I want my car back that day, you are trying to run a huge bill on me. Very unprofessional. I sat in the waiting room and there was cat hair all over the seats and floor. Bring seat covers as it will be all on you and in your car. This is how you treat a new customer....sad is all I can say. You have been warned, find yourself a much cleaner place and one with ample space so in case you do have to leave it for a day or two, it’s not parked 2 inches from the next car and then when you get it back, they don’t know how that huge dent got in your door. Absolutely sucks, I would give it no stars if I could. I wonder how you stay in business.

Came in one day quoted $1,300paid the money. Followed up the next day was told I need another $1,300?? Sam the Owner has left the businessn during talkingthis short time, without mentioning a word. Now talking to Sergio new owner?? about Sams estimate. Forty five years in Vegas very dissapointed in how this transaction was handled. Found another place to complete repairs $400 less by the way.

These guys are great. Did an excellent job fixing a spark plug issue on my 06 Mini Cooper. Friendly guys, and tried their best to do the fix the most affordable way. Ended up being a little more than originally quoted, but it was to be expected. Called every day and kept me in the loop or if they had options, they let me decide. Would definitely recommend.

I initially contacted this shop for them to look at my Infiniti G35 for a check engine light regarding the transmission. The transmission had been acting unusually for a few days. They quoted me a price and I made an appointment for the next day. That night, my car would not even go into gear. So, I had it towed to the shop.The shop looked it over. The transmission was fried, which I figured it was. I asked for a quote for the labor and the new transmission, which they gave me. They talked with me and informed me that it might not be cost effective to do the work--based on the cost of the repair, the other problems the car was having, and the value of the car. I appreciated their honesty--this came from the owner.He could have sold me a new transmission, but he is an honest person and was straight with me. His bill for looking over my car was more than fair. It was far less than he quoted me when I called him for an estimate to look it over.

I have never been so well taken care of not just by a mechanic, but in any business experience in my life. On the drive up to Vegas from San Francisco, my VW Westafalia started making some horrible noises. It turns out that one of the rear axles was completely worn out and needed to be replaced. They were able to order the parts in a very expedient fashion and repair the vehicle at a reasonable price. What really blew me away about the service was how transparent and honest they were about the whole process. The van is old and the nuts holding the axle in place had basically fused into the casing but they were very resourceful and figured out how to drill into the nut heads and loosen them with a set of special tools. I got to see the whole process which was explained to me by Sam, the owner, through every step they took. I felt very helpless and desperate to be stranded in the middle of a place I wasnt familiar with and at the mercy of mechanics I didnt know but I was so well taken care of that I left feeling very grateful and happy that I now have mechanics who I can trust whenever I go to Las Vegas. Sam, the owner, even gave me a ride back to where I needed to be while my van was getting fixed. I was completely caught off guard and shocked by the level of service and care that I received. Its good to know that there are people who put so much care and effort into their job!

A few years back when I moved to Las Vegas I took my Audi TT to get my fender repaired after someone back into me (small car). All Imports Auto Service assisted me in the proper channels to make sure I didnt have to buy a new fender, they fixed the one I had, making it more cost efficient. I went last week to get my Mercedes SL500 serviced and it was definitely cheaper than the dealer. This week I plan on taking my wifes BMW X5 to get serviced just because of the price and quality of work. I will continue to take my vehicles there.

I went to Bmw Las Vegas to see what was wrong with my car, they told me I had to pay $3800 to fix a crankshaft position sensor and they charged me $300 for scaning and installing a turn signal. Afterwards I went to All Imports and the gentlemen there fixed the issue within 2 hours for $400! Bmw dealerships are shameless and will charge you way too much. Get your european car worked at here for affordable reliable work.

The guy running this place isnt the friendliest or most talkative but hes definitely more than fair with the prices and the work is solid. I know where Im bringing my volvo if I ever have any problems with it again.

All Imports Auto Service is the a life saver. My VW Jetta started smoking as I was pulling off the freeway. I know nothing about cars and did not have a regular mechanic in Vegas. Called triple A, recommended I take it here because they had only heard good things about them. They were absolutely right. Had to spend a couple hours, but it was completely worth it. They found the problem, fixed it, and made sure everything was working. The people were all super nice and friendly! It has been a couple weeks since my car was fixed and I have not had anymore problems! If I have any problems with my Jetta, I will be taking it to All Imports Auto Service from now on.

I just got home with my recently worked on Jaguar Xk8 these guys are simply amazing.. Its nice how honest & polite these guys are they fixed the car it was done for a extremely cheap price i had to give a tip i wish I could give more because they did such high quality work i plan on getting alot more done to this jag and All Imports Auto Service is were it will be done they in my opinon are the best better than the dealership and way cheaper.. I had a coolant flush thermostat replacement belt area cleaned plastic coolant parts changed to metal screeching problem fixed sounds way better.. Thanks again All Imports Auto Service.

I was not OK with the diagnose Sam gave me. It didnt feel right, like he was telling me he was ablsolutely sure but his voice sounded very unsure. So I went elsewhere for a second opinion and he was wrong. I am sure glad I listened to my gut and went elsewhere.
