I had a good experience with this shop. They are very straight forward about what is wrong without making stuff up or charging you for repairs that you dont need. This is especially easy to do with brakes.As mentioned in other reviews, the repairs can take longer than the quoted time, but in my opinion getting it fixed correctly and honestly is worth more than having to bring it back if it is done quickly and incorrectly. I am very pleased with my experience.

I’ve worked with Jeremy for several big repairs and I never once felt like he took advantage, he runs his shop with integrity which is rare :) Mariah is awesome too, she helped me out a lot!

I went with this shop as someone whos shop has permanently closed. They were close in distance. Nice people but terrible service. They sent pictures of my ball joints and replaced the control arms. Not the ball joints!!So I brought it back and they did the work they should have done the first time!! Today I opened the hood and found a zip tied rag by my cold air induction!! Real quality 👌wonder if they did anything properly 1300 dollars later!!! Hundred thousand mile check up and only 95 on the odometer!!!!SCAM ARTIST!!!!I will pay a lawyer!!!!LAWYER, SOON!!!

The staff is very friendly and they are up front on any repairs. Mariah is soo nice. The only ding I have is that it took longer to repair than they estimated (not horrible) and one item I asked to fix was skipped, but it was minor and I didnt state it when I first dropped off the car. I will definitely use them again and can confidently recommend them to all I know. Great job guys!

My car was making a funny sound when breaking. I came in on a Tuesday about 45 min before they closed. Mariah was friendly and explained there was an internet outage and it was almost closing time so they would not have time for me to have my car looked at as a walk in that night. I left my car with them and spoke with Mariah a few times on Wednesday. They got my car on a lift Thursday assessed my issues and ordered the needed parts. By Friday they had the work completed. Mariah and Jeremy were incredible friendly, communicative and had phenomenal customer service! They gave me an estimate for additional work that will need to be taken care of in the future. I would highly recommend, and will go back when I need more work. They were honest, trustworthy and fairly priced.

Jeremy at Auto Xperts is great. They really try to give you the best customer service. They do get very busy but that is something that you should expect from a really good business.

I had a decent experience prior with this shop, so didnt read other reviews. (A lot of the five stars here are short with faceless profiles....just saying). Had I read the reviews I wouldve realized just how unoriginal I was being. My complaints about them not even setting up their voicemail originated in 2019. Two full years later, still not set up. Not that it matters,. They arent going to return your call anyway. Complaints about blown time tables, they go back even further. And no they dont care that its fully a week later and your car is still not done. Wait theres more. Ordered the wrong part. That seems to be a recurring issue as well. So after a week my AC still isnt fixed, the compressor they ordered was the wrong one. When I go get it to take it elsewhere, the check engine light is on (it wasnt before). Its making a squeaking noise that it hadnt made before. And the AC that took forever to get cold (like 15 min) when I took it in, doesnt get cold at all now. My current income is derived from rideshare. So not only was I out of a car for a week, I still cant work because no AC in Vegas is impossible. My favorite part though is hk unapologetic they are about it. The owner wasnt in the day I picked it up. I asked the receptionist to have him call me. Nothing. I left a similarly worded review on that other site. Nada. Im going to take it back and make them fix that damn squeak though ....oh wait, can we also talk about the false advertising? Free shuttle service ?!? What a joke. Open until 6:00pm? Not even close!

After doing the analysis on my car Jeremy called to let me know what the problem was, the cost, and when the car would be ready. When the car was ready Jeremy called to let be know. Had high expectations due to the great reviews to this place but I was highly mistaken and these reviews are obviously from relatives of the workers. I took the car in Saturday but Jeremy had me schedule to bring it back in on Tuesday at 8:30am. Understandable.Tuesday 8:30am comes around and we were told the inspection will take 1-2 hours by the lady Mariah. No Problem. 4pm comes around and nothing, not even an update saying what was talking so long, and to make matters worse they wouldnt answer our call either.Now, because its getting close to their closing time. It was obvious that the car was not going to be worked on and it would have to stay over night. Which I could not have. We went down to go recieve the car and they were trying to argue with us about getting the car back? Are you kidding me? Ontop of lying to us saying it would take 1-2 hours, 8 hours later without hearing anything from them, let alone not answering our phone calls and then they want to fight with us over getting our property back? Very unprofessional, I will not be back. Auto Xperts are frauds.

Called in earlier this afternoon to see how much it would cost for a full fluid flush on my vehicle. (Basic fluids, oil change, coolant, etc;) A lady answered the phone, she got the year, make and model of my vehicle and stated she or someone else will call me back in 5 minutes (don’t know why). I NEVER got a call back at all!! I guess these guys don’t care about making money or gaining a new persons business at all. Went to jiffy lube and got everything taken care of quick! Will never look into Auto Xperts for my vehicle ever.To the manager, you need a more knowledgeable person who answers the phone. I shouldn’t have to wait for a call back to know how much an oil change would cost.

I had an appointment at 10 am today. I thought everything was fine until they couldnt provide the shuttle service that is prominently advertised to bring me back to the shop - forcing me to walk about a mile with traffic whizzing by - and then they told me (30 minutes before they closed for the day) that they hadnt even started on the repairs yet. I will never use this company for ANY repairs on ANY of my familys vehicles. Outrageous.

I wasn’t going to leave a negative review but since my truck is still leaking oil I feel I have no choice. I used these guys before when my truck was hesitating and almost stalling out. Brought my truck in at 8am and took it home at 4:30pm only to have the same problem. Took it back the next day and took 3 more hours to get the air sensor replaced. That was the problem the entire time.This weekend took it back for rear main seal to be replaced, again all day Friday but not finished, I had to go back Saturday and finally it was done at 2pm thankfully because they close at 3pm.Now the truck is in my driveway and guess what? Oil is still dripping from the rear main seal.No way can I take my truck back there. Two full days and still leaking oil.

Its been difficult finding a trusted mechanic since I moved here from another state. The guys here are professional and friendly. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and was happy to see that it was less expensive compared to other places Ive brought it to over the years. They also pointed out a couple issues with the car that I was already aware of because other mechanics pointed them out to me before. Best part is, Auto Xperts quote to fix these issues was lower compared to those other mechanics. Ill be having that work done by them once my wife and I finish moving into our new home.

Took my car in to fix my driver side window. First off i had the passanger side fixed at another place a few years back same issue. nearly 140 dollars cheaper then the other place. Second friendly staff got it done quick. Third they tightend up everything on the door even the rubbed seals that were loose. Never asked them to. Good shop will use again and will recommend to others!

These guys are the best! I don’t know much about cars, but Jeremy didn’t make me feel stupid, he just helped me fix the problem. They didn’t try to take advantage of my ignorance by up selling me services my car didn’t need. They stuck to the facts and were extremely honest. These guys even fixed an error left behind by Purrfect Auto that caused my car to shut off while driving. My car runs perfectly fine now! Auto Xperts is officially my new car place! Thanks guys! Jeremy diagnosed my vehicle when I arrived not being like other repair facilities that I have gone to, that have you drop your car off then notify you if they remember to about your vehicle. Not only did his guys fix my vehicle for what it was brought in for but discovered something else was damaged on my car and fixed it. Whereas other facilities that I have dealt with would find something else and not fix it. My car runs perfectly! Thank you guys.

These guys are good! They diagnosed an electrical issue with my 2007 suburban and took care of it and got us home safely. Jeremy kept the line of communication open and he’s very knowledgeable. Definitely recommended these guys.

Eeek, my radiator went out of course untimely and unexpected before Thanksgiving. They were great to get me in right away, full diagnostic, explained the repair and got my car back in 36 hours. Just in time to say thanks on the week of gratitude.

Went here for an oil change and had a good experience, so when my battery died and I was told I needed a new alternator, too, I came back to these guys for a second opinion. Turns out, I only needed a battery afterall. So nice to be so well taken care of. Ill gladly come back and give these guys my business any time. Highly recommend.

The gentleman working inside was very professional and helpful the reason for my low rating is I took my SUV in, the mechanic looked at it for 30-40 minutes, took it for a test drive 3 times I went with him twice he said he couldn’t find what was wrong with it and that he suggests I don’t drive with my hand on gear stick when He asked me if I do I told him I DO NOT drive with my hand on the gear stick, and Mechanic Tech told me he couldn’t find what was wrong with my SUV and told me if anything happens call them, well the next day (it was a Sunday evening) my SUV didn’t start at all so Monday morning I called SUN Auto scheduled a service within 15 minutes SUN Auto found out my SUV needed a new Alternator, Fuel Pump and Battery was fried...I don’t know why the Tech at Auto Xperts kept telling me he couldn’t find anything wrong with my SUV though

My AC started blowing warm and cold air. Even when on full blast it was not getting cold enough. Took it over to the guys here. Jeremy was very nice, and you can just tell an honest individual. He gave me a quote for a new compressor with labor.. and their prices are I’m sure a lot better than most. The labor price alone was extremely reasonable. I drop my car off and within hours it was done. 4 hours total. Brand new compressor. Turned my car on, it’s 104 outside. My AC got cold within a Second. WOW. Very impressed, that it warranted me to do a review as soon as I got home. I literally just got my car back right now, and I’m really happy with the results. Jeremy you’re awesome.

Some of the best work and customer service I’ve experienced. Love the fact that their work comes with a year warranty. Got my 02 sensor fixed when everyone said it was a catalytic converter. This was the only place that knew what was exactly wrong. Received my car back within 2 days (they were busy) .

It is 115 outside and the a/c went out in my truck.They got me out the next day with a great price.I called around and had got some quotes, but stopped by here because it is close to my house. I got a good/honest vibe and they said they would check run the diagnostic. The price was less than what I was quoted at other shops and the a/c runs cold.

I had a low tire pressure indication on my dashboard and took it into Auto Experts. I talked to Jeremy, who is the manager and he checked all 4 tires, inflated them and told me which tire was low. When I offered to pay,, he said it was free of charge. Jeremy was Professional with a Positive Attitude. I recommend Auto Experts!

I dealt with Jeremy for my 2012 Chevy Malibu. Each time service was efficient & knowledgeable! Even decided to go here for my engine replacement and he found me a great priced replacement engine with great customer service even while i was out of town, during some time after my car 🚗 was towed there for repairs. My car still runs great with The engine replacement. I’m an Lyft/uber Driver And they even make sure they keep me up to date with what i actually need; NOT EXCESSIVE UNNECESSARY REPAIRS LIKE MEINEKE where i NO LONGER GO ANYMORE. Needed an oil change, I looked it up on Yelp and came accross Auto Xperts. They have a good review so I went to have an oil change. Service was great, the manager, Jeremy was owesome. Might come back for my next service.

I had a great experience at Auto XPerts. Jeremy took a look at my car for free when most places were charging $50-$100 diagnostic fee. He took me in the back and explained everything to me. I usually feel like I get taken advantage by every mechanic, but Auto Xperts walked me through everything and didnt take advantage of me when the easily could have. I would definitely recommend this place.

Completely honest about their prices, and do an amazing job getting the service done well, and quickly. I called 4 other local competitors, as well as the dealership and they are always the most consistent to match the lowest prices.

I brought my car in needing an alignment. Auto Xperts informed me that there was 2-bent control arms and that I needed an entire steering column for $3700+ labor. I brought it to another service center where they informed me that nothing was bent and that all I needed was an alignment service. The other service center fixed my problem beautifully for $89.

Payed more than $1600 to repair AC in mu Toyota Prius. It worked couple of weeks but then it burned new ac compressor. Payed $1000 more to find out that the wiring was faulty.If you dont know how to repair Toyota prius dont do it!The owner is irresposible and he wasted my time. If he tells you that you can pick up your car the same day, DONT trust him.Total waste of money, very unprofessional, and will damage your car more.

Took my 1999 Toyota Avalon XLS to get inspected. Jeremy and his team were very professional and honest. They noticed some leakage under my car and let me personally see the leakage and informed me of how I could fix the leakage and how it affects my car. You can ask them any questions and they will answer you. Highly recommend them for your car repair needs!

Unfortunately I was diagnosed wrong and quoted way highly. The people are really nice here thou and this is the only bad experience thou. But I found out what was really wrong (and was shocked utterly) and fixed it for 100 bucks. When they said otherwise like a book of stuff and add almost 400(they wanted almost500) to how much it really costed me 100 :(

My vehicle was is major disrepair and they requested that I take it in the dealership since it was still under warranty. It was out of my radius when my vehicle was towed. They showed me what the problem was and guided me on who to call to rectify it to no cost to me. My dealership did not afix the oil tray back on the bottom of the car. That drained all the oil and damaged the engine. They explained everything to me and gave me copies of the data that they gathered. They are what 5 star service looks like.
