Horrible customer service parts dept. !!!Ordered parts over 5 weeks ago. Fine I understand it must be on backorder. But, paypal and email from dealer says shipped 2 weeks ago. Called to check and waited over 20 minutes on hold with nobody to even pickup and/or say their busy and take message or anything. Called back and left message with receptionist for callback and still after 2 days no return call.
