They might be a great place to get parts, but the counter guys were slooooow. So much so that I walked out. One guy was helping a customer the other finished with his customer and just left us waiting in line while he went to look at parts. I get that he had something to do, but he could have helped the two customers waiting in line first. Disappointed. I’ll go buy the parts online ...

Gotta love a company that wont pay for damages that their employee did to my car, after he drove into it at high speeds. Love the fact that its captured on camera, and we have multiple witnesses, but its our fault according to NAPA. Best company in the world.
