They finished the work on my vehicle 2 days early, they kept me informed every step of the way. If I ever need body work again I would definitely not hesitate to go back. Great people and great work!

This collision center has been the best I’ve used! They were so efficient and professional. They kept me updated every two days on the progress. I am so happy with the work they did. I was a little disappointed they didn’t do an alignment on my vehicle after being rear ended. They said I didn’t need one, but the shop at GMC said only 30% of my back tires were on the road.. that was disappointing, but everything else was flawless.

My car got hit and I selected Velocity Collision to handle the repairs for my vehicle. I was in no hurry to get my car back, I had a rental and I’m a patient person so it was no biggie when they told me the repairs were more extensive than they expected and they needed to keep my car longer. I received a few updates from Erika on the status of my car and was told my car might be ready a day early and they’d call me to let me know. I didn’t hear anything from them the next day, again no biggie. I received a call the following day to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. I received the call on Friday at 4:30pm. They close at 5pm. I checked GPS and it said that I’d arrive after they close (I’m coming from the other side of town). Erika said they’d wait for me. I received another call from Erika a few moments later asking me if I received a check from the insurance company. I told her no, the insurance company informed me the payment would be sent to them directly. I was busy working at the warehouse and had several employees working. I work 60+ hours, my time is valuable. But, I leave and get all the way to Velocity only for Erika to call me and tell me that because they’re unable to find the check from the insurance company they’re unable to release the car to me. I’m literally down the street from the repair shop. Erika apologizes. I closed up shop, sat in traffic, drove across town, and wasted my gas all for an apology. I called back and asked to speak to the supervisor. Ronnie got on the phone explaining how they tried to contact different adjusters trying to locate the payment but no one was answering their phone. I explained to Ronnie that I didn’t care about the car not being ready, I was concerned about my time that they wasted by having me drive clear across town, wasted my employees time, wasted my gas, and an apology is supposed to make up for all of that? Ronnie offered to discount my deductible. I go to pick up my car on Monday and apparently Ronnie spoke with the owner who refused to discount the deductible and I paid it in full. My issue with the company is not taking their customer’s time into consideration, not owning up to their mistake of telling me to pick up my vehicle before it was actually cleared to be released, and not following through with what they offered. I’m a business owner myself. Accountability is a real thing. Get it together.

Erica and Nicole were so sweet and welcoming ! It was my first accident and was super nervous and they made the process super easy. Only took about a week for the repairs to be done and they kept in contact with me to know what they were doing on the car. It was just an awesome experience! Thank you guys!! 🙃

100% recommend!! I came here because I thought a rock cracked my bumper. Come to find out, thanks to the wonderful people who work here, it was just mud that flung up and adhered to my vehicle. They cleaned it up for me at no charge!! They care about people here!! Hard to find great customer service and this place has the BEST!! So many positive things to say. From start to finish, this shop is amazing. Communication about the status of repairs is Tuesdays and Thursdays. Incredible work. They go over everything that was repaired when you pick up your vehicle. I highly recommend.

I do wish they would have cleaned the car a little better post repair since I am not supposed to wash it for one month after this. My car turned out great and the customer service was awesome.

Long story short, when supplier of the bumper didnt arrive as promised, the team pulled together to find a bumper and get my car to me as promised. Now, this meant the owner, Ron, had to drive to Utah to get it. Like WOW - who does that anymore?!?!?! I went from disappointed to impressed in 0 - 60. My car looks great! I would highly recommend.

My wife dropped off our Dodge here after being side swiped by another car. They took care of everything in a timely matter. Had everything fixed and repainted they even cleaned our car!Customer service was always amazing! Such a nice group of people! They even had my rental car transferred to enterprise after Hertz failed to get my rental car on time. Enterprise was over within 10 mins and I was on my way home.Couldn’t of asked for a better hassle free experience! I will always recommend these guys! 🤗🤗

From start to finish excellent service! Customer service was superb. Time frame for finished work was earlier then expected which was great for us. They do work hand in hand with Geico which we submitted in for our insurance claim. They have Enterprise in house for rentals dont have to drive anywhere and the gentlemen with Enterprise was also efficient and friendly while dealing with the rental.Overall Brian and his crew were top notch and we were 100% pleased from start to finish! Hoping we wont have have to be back for any other incidents but if so Velocity will be our choice.

DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE FOR MECHANICALS JOBSThey charged me $130 for a diagnostic, the problem it was a radiator, and the total charge it was $507 for and after market radiator or $885 for an OEM radiator, of course I didn’t do the job in this place, and guess what? They kept the $130 for the diagnostic 😔😔 be careful out there even with this hard times ( covid-19) people is taken advantage. Too bad.

There is a collision center .2 miles away from my house. I decided to go to Velocity, which is 20 minutes away instead. The first place I called gave me an estimate, then called me back to raise the price $200. Called Velocity and gave me a price way lower. Totally worth it. They are nice and honest, and gave me a free ride when I needed to drop my car off. Would recommend to anyone.

Mr. Wayne Kelly - shop manager with over 20+ years of experience walked my wife through the facilities and the process of dealing with the insurance company. My wife could not have been any happier. She was also greeted by Brian Kelly.. the owner of the Collision Center and made her feel so at ease because they took the time to explain to her the process of what it will take, and how long it will take to repair and return her vehicle. They even helped her get a rental car for only $7 a day.Go see the guys at Velocity Collision Center for any and all of your auto body repair needs...and you will come out with a smile too. I am not the person to complain but this place is bad. Someone hit us from behind. It wasnt really that bad. They used the same bumper, just to give you an idea of the damage. we just got tapped in the back bumper which caused a dent on the bumper and some trimming to pop out a little. So we were given a rental car from the other persons insurance until our car was finished. they called so let us know it was finished 15 minutes before it closed when it was dark. But I could see the dent. he said he couldnt see anything. so I said that I could bring it back anyway if something was wrong. then I noticed that the trimming was still popping out. His response was oh the trimming was riveted in so yeah they tried to do something but they couldnt. I told him am I supposed to drive it like that thats what it is? So that was the finished product. I guess it was satisfactory to their standards. then he said lets see what I can do and he took the car to the back and the glued the trimming to the car. The next day I saw the dent still there and also the top of the bumper it was like it wasnt sanded it was really rough and not smooth really obvious you can see it in the light. so I said you know what Ill bring it back and I wont say anything as long as they fix it. I even spent money out of my own pocket for a rent a car for a week. Just so long as they fix it right. About a week later they said my car was ready. he called me about 15 minutes before they close again to pick my car up when it was dark. the next day when the sun was out I saw the bumper and it was worse. He didnt fix anything everything was the way it was when I dropped it off. But I noticed that there were a lot of dull marks on the car. Like from fine sanding and also notice the paint cracking on the trim that they pushed and glued. at this point Im upset I called to speak to a manager. He seems real friendly on the phone and I went back to the shop to meet with him. It was comforting to know that I wasnt just seeing things or being difficult. The manager pointed out everything that I saw and what was needed to be fixed. I then asked for a Rent-A-Car they couldnt accommodate that for me. So I said Ill drop it on my day off and they were going to get it done in two days. I then got it back. They resprayed the whole bumper. the dent its still visible. when I picked it up it wasnt the manager it was the same guy Ive been dealing with the past three times. I asked him did you spray the other trimming also he said no I said what if it cracks like the other side did he said theyre all going to crack. which is BS. if that was the case all bumpers of be cracking and plastic parts will be cracking. I know all about the flex additive the they put in paints for certain parts like bumpers to prevent the paint from cracking. Thats the one thing I did learn in class. I mean it was just a small piece of trimming on each side of the bumper you did one side why couldnt you just do the other side the insurance is paying for it. and after all of that I never even got an apology. there is some things wrong with my bumper still is not perfect. But I rather just keep it the way it is and not have to deal with them anymore.

Surprised this place has such a high rating. I couldnt even get a simple quote after diligently communicating with their secretary Lilianna both phone and email.

Run away from this place. Left our van there last Monday and was told it would be ready by Thursday. Thursday rolls around well, maybe Friday, Monday at the latest. And we had to call them every time to find out what was going on. Finally it gets finished on Monday but too late to pick it up. So my husband lost over a week of driving (HIS INCOME) for their lack of care and communication and quite frankly lies. Will NEVER do business with them again. And he would have never known it was even done had he not called them, again. Total disappointment.

I would recommend Velocity for any vehicle Repairs,They did a Awesome job on my car repairs,they even Washed & Vacuumed my car,Erika and her Staff treated me with respect and kindness,she promised me my car would be ready for pick-up in 4 days and sure enough it was ready.

Friendly and honest run family business. Velocity collision did a great job with such difficult repairs on my Toyota Camary. I highly recommend them.

Beware.....quoted 4200.00 for my back lift gate replacement and took a total for 20 days. By the time they were done the back chrome piece of the hatch was falling out. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to adjust and still not right. My passenger back door had substances on it. Feels like paint residue which I believe they failed to cover the door before they paint my rear bumper. Long story short, told me it would be 2 weeks and ended up being 20 days. Quoted 4200.00 and ended up b in 8400.00 which I know they over quoted therefore the insurance company refused to pay so they dragged it out longer. So now I know State Farms will jack up my rate to get back their $8400.00. Don’t go here. They are scammers. Wayne is a scam artist. Called me up after 2 weeks and stated that he needed to order a hatch for the door. So I asked him, you stated that the back lift gate is brand new, so why wouldn’t come with a hatch. FISHY FISHY. Do your homework before taking them to Velocity.

I couldnt pick my car up because I have work and i have to return the rental car tomorrow. Instead of leaving me without a car, the owner offered to meet me at the shop on a day they are closed. This definitely made up for my car being ready later than expected.
