I have had my car here twice . They are the best !!! They guarantee their work for life. That is important to me. A few weeks ago I was having a problem replacing my headlight. I had had my car there two or three years ago for them to repair somebody had backed into my car and they replaced the headlight and repaired the bumper. My light went out and I couldnt get the cover off to replace the light bulb. I took my car there and they got it off for me they had a hard time also. But they got it off and I got my bulb replaced. I would recommend them to anyone they have excellent customer service.

Highly recommend this shop. I took my 2017 Dodge Challenger for repairs to the front end from an accident. They kept me updated during the 2 weeks they had the car. When I picked up the car I noticed a few minor issues, they made me an appointment to bring it back in a couple of days. When I brought it back, they were very accommodating giving me a rental car considering that is my only vehicle. They even bluffed out a section of my hood that wasnt covered by my insurance as a courtesy. I got the car back in 1 day and it looked great. Stephanie and general manager John is absolutely professional and cares about my satisfaction. Very satisfied with the overall experience. They went above and beyond. Received a quote of these guys for $750 to replace a bumper for a small puncture area. I went to Professional Auto Body 2454 Losee Road and Pablo fixed the area for me making it look better than new for $150. I recommend looking into pro auto body, they did an awesome job! For a fraction of the price!
I would give them 5 stars but, ICalled their call center to see if appointment was required and was told no, they take walk ins. When I got to the office I was told nobody was available till the next day early in the morning which wasnt good for me. The next available time was after the weekend. Frustrating but John Krass came to the rescue and said he could do it after finishing up with his present customer in about 15 minutes. He really stepped up and was fast, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He discussed options and gave me a couple of ways to go. Thanks John for going above and beyond and showing me that old school customer service thats lacking in todays world. Thanks again for finding a solution to the problem.

They did an excellent job in repairing the vehicle. It looks great! But they did not communicate. They did not email me. They did not keep me updated as far as the progress of the car. So I wasnt real happy with that. But the car looks great. I just got it washed and waxed today and it looks fabulous.

I wouldnt waste my time with this place, I took my company vehicle in three weeks ago to get a mirror replaced. Still waiting for the repair, its been approved but Gerber stated it hasnt. Customer service is non-existent, they tell you theyll call you back and dont. I waited 1 1/2 hrs for an estimate, and they forgot why I was there. Terrible.

Awesome staff.
Bad job. Caused more damage to interior of car where they shouldnt have been working. Stole back seat clips. Left hood crooked, struts non-functional. Broke one of my windshield fluid sprayers. Changed the color of one of my lights. Wont honor warranty, or even return my calls. This place is a Geico certified shop, and even my adjuster wont return my calls. Time to alert the authorities.

Brought my brand new truck in to the fix scratches and dents I put in the rear driver side door. I got estimates from 4 shops in Centennial Hills, and Gerber was the lowest. I elected to pay out of pocket and not to submit an insurance claim and they had an extra $100 coupon for that. My truck turned out beautiful... like it never happened! I was a little nervous because the only other review on this site was bad, but I found good ones on other sites. Everything turned out great and I saved at least $200 over the others. They also have a lifetime warranty like all reputable body shops. Go see Brenda, she is great.

I called and asked for a price to fix my sisters rear bumper that has a small dent in it. They said they couldn’t give cost to fix over the phone and wanted to stop in. I explained my sisters work schedule does not allow her to stop in. I asked for what the part price would be to replace the bumper. Just wanting the cost of the part for an idea. They refused to tell it to me and said they wouldn’t tell me cost of part unless she came. Impossible for her to do. She’d have to leave it at night and get and Uber or something both ways. There’s no reason they couldn’t have told us price of part, just treating customers with stupid policy. Won’t shop here, they don’t even have common sense or courtesy.
This company goes the extra mile. Had my car repaired and the passenger side door had a progressive color map of the Hawaii Islands. They had to remove it to fix the side door. They found a vinyl shop, snaped a shot if the door, the vinyl shop made a duplicate. They did this without charging me extra.
They do a job. If Geico is paying, youre probably fine. I used the other location a few years ago and liked it. I wanted to get an estimate for something that wasnt going to be covered, and I was surprised at the prices. The guy was straight with me and told it probably wasnt worth it.
I had to take my car back two more times after initially receiving my car from an accident involving hitting. Still a swirl marks. So Im not completely happy. And giveng them three stars is kind of pushing it.
This is only the second time I have placed a review on Google but knowing that more people complain than praise I wanted to share the great experience I had.My son was recently side-swiped in his first car that he saved up and paid cash for (2001 Lexus). He was sent to Gerber by the insurance company for the repairs to his qtr panel and front bumper. John Magno was really great. He took the time to explain the work that had to be done and helped my son feel comfortable with the repairs. Gerber was quick at getting the work done and the front of his car looks brand new.The fast, friendly, and excellent service provided by John and the shop brought me back to see him for my own repair.I would definitely return again and recommend John to anyone. Terrible service; wouldnt answer the phone in the first place and when i went to bring the car in the manager dave was rude and not caring at all; made it a frustrating experience and when i agreed to set an appointment for the next day he wanted to tell me that they didnt want to do my work and was completely unprofessional!!!! i will never take my business to such a terrible company who treats its clients like garbage. for those reading this you shouldnt either!

The receptionist is very rude. I have had to deal with her on two occasions and both times she was extremely unprofessional. I will absolutely never refer Gerber because of her unprofessionalism. They need to terminate her and put somebody with customer skills in their front office. NEVER GERBER !
Was trying to get a quote and was to high. I ask if they would beat it and they said maybe. Tried to push there prices and I said no thanks. And as I was about to say something to see if they wanted my business she hung up on me... Wow... Now that service. But of course out here in Vegas what do you expect. Maybe they need to learn what a tire shop like Discount Tire does for service.

Initially process started bumpy, and I was dissatisfied, part Gerber part insurance carrier. Gerber corrected this, worked with my insurance carrier and changed all. I would call again.
Kept me informed when repairs ran over schedule, covered the rental for 3 extra days, and my truck was cleaner than it had been in several years when I got it back. No complaints here.

TORE CAR APART and refused to put it back together. DO NOT take your car here.Car was damaged in a fender bender. They ended up taking the entire front end of the car apart and refused to put it back together. Never ended up asking for that to be done. The car was drive-able and there was no need to take it apart to look for damage and refuse to put it back together. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Sorry that this review is long, but you really need reliable information if you are considering this shop for a repair. I have done my best to be accurate and objective in spite of my post-repair bias.I was referred to Gerber by the insurance company of the driver who hit us. It was one of the more highly user-rated companies on the list of contracted facilities they provided, and I didnt want the hassle of coordinating all of the, “Issues” that tend to come up with larger repair jobs. I also chose it because of the guarantee of repairs they gave me, if I used one of their shops.I was a little skeptical when the Gerber estimator said that he could not give me an estimate without tearing my truck apart to see if there was, “Hidden damage”. Two other companies had given me an estimate already, without tearing it apart. In retrospect, those companies were pretty close with their projections of the damage. After all, thats why they call it an estimate and not a full accounting of all damage, right? Still, I wanted fewer hassles, so I stuck with Gerber for the repair.I made an appointment to drop off my truck for the repairs on a Monday. I waited two full days before calling them to see if the estimate had been completed yet. Tuesday evening, around 5pm, I finally got a hold of the estimator, and he said they now had the estimate. Two days for an estimate that should take maybe 3-4 hours with a minor tear-down for inspection? I was not impressed. On top of that, the estimate was obviously incomplete. It omitted a couple of things that didnt need a tear-down to estimate: The alignment on the truck was off (alignment repair estimate omitted) and a seat had moved unexpectedly during the crash (inspection time of the seat was omitted). I had personally pointed out those two items to the estimator, yet, still they were missing on the estimate. So much for my theory of fewer hassles.Another user-reviewer had said Gerber kept them informed on the progress of repairs. Gerber called me only one time during the (first) 3-week repair period, to say they were between body work and paint. Im not convinced thats keeping a customer informed. I said first repair period because I had to return to the shop no less than 4 times to get things corrected.Ive already done more of a play-by-play review than I wanted, so Ill try to summarize my other issues that I had with Gerber now. 1. Quality control at the shop was lacking. They missed left-over paint tape and things that should have been caught by a post-repair inspection. They also did not repair things on the estimate until I pointed it out to them after the fact. 2. They cut corners by reusing an old, original, faded, plastic bumper pad (that they paired with the two, new, post-wreck replacements) creating an obvious, “This area has been repaired” look. They actually told me that they could not justify replacing the third bumper pad (a $40 snap on part, as an addition to the $4500 total repair) because it was not damaged in the wreck. I guess the Frankenstein/piece things together look is acceptable to them. 3. They need to remember that the customer is still part of the business, even though an insurance company might be paying the bill; without the customers choosing to use your shop, your business can suffer. Doing the little things, to keep the customer happy, is the difference between a good recommendation and a bad none. I expect a general, boiler-plate response from Gerber saying that they will, “...strive to provide the best customer service possible”, but Im wondering how much of that is real and how much of that is just trying to keep the Yelpers from looking at other shops.In order to end on one positive note, the receptionists at the shop were always nice and handled their responsibilities well.

Terrible! I paid them to fix my bumper after an accident and to strip down and repaint my hood from scratch. Not only did they forget to fix dents in my quarterpanels, they did a terrible job painting; you could see they simply painted over the chip marks in my hood! Terrible. I had to get my hood and bumper repainted from a different shop.
