After having my car for over a week and a half, all Sam had to tell me was that they didn’t have the ability to accommodate the specific code required. My car is now going to the dealership for repairs.Sam however, decided very early into the conversation that he didn’t have the patience to explain this to a woman. He mentioned my intelligence and was wondering why I had questions as he proceeded to hang up the phone. The whole conversation was less than 3 minutes and I just wanted a status update.This could’ve been handled differently and it’s forced me to write my very first bad review.

Sam is pretty cool. He will get the job done. These guys put quality 1st.

My brother took his 2018 Honda CRV here to fix a check engine and airbag light because he had been here before and had good experience with Bill. Now the ownership has changed and Bill is no longer there. The new guy Sam told him he would take care of him and he left the car. SEVEN months and $2500 later the issue was still not fixed and Sam wanted another $2000. My brother said forget it ill take it someplace else just give me the car back as it was. Sam became angry and REFUSED to give him his car back! He has contacted a lawyer and will file a stolen vehicle report. Beware of this crook!
