We went to bumper medic to get a quote on my mom’s car. We were so excited about the extremely reasonable price, so we booked an appointment to have it repaired. Due to an unforeseen event, we showed up to the appointment with my dad’s car which needed repairs too. “No problem!” They said. They worked quickly and low cost and the results were wonderful. While they took out the bumper a trim piece was abit torn out and they kept saying it was like that.

They were busy when I got there but still looked at my car right away. They put my car in the shop while I waited and finished in 20 minutes. They fixed the bumper for NO CHARGE. Courteous staff too. Made my day

Went in for a quick estimate got a fantastic price on the repair I needed scheduled an appointment for next week. Then I came in for my repair at 8am got my car checked in then had a friend pick me up. I got some errands done and came back the same day to pick up my car and was so happy with the finished product :] I would definitely refer Bumper Medic to any friend or family member. I had my Lexus bumper fixed here. The bumper came off. Went to the shop and supervisor came out . She was not a mechanic. I asked to see a mechanic. Her response was she is the manager. She stated it’s not under warranty. She makes the final decision. Bad customer service. They did a good paint job. Bumper service is the worst. Don’t bring your vehicle here.

I cant recommend this company, anymore.My cars rear bumper was peeling and went in for warranty repair.I was told they would not do the warranty work, because in their opinion, it was a caused by pressure cracking.They wanted to charge me $200 to repaint my bumper.

First of all I never went in there because the girl was so rude over the phone. I asked to get an estimate and she said they cant do one over the phone. Fare enough, so I asked if I could make an appointment and she said no. Then I asked if I could bring it in tomorrow at 8AM for the estimate and she that wouldnt be smart because youll have to wait so I asked if I could leave the car there because of my work schedule. She said, Well it only takes 5 minutes like Im an idiot. Theres very little damage on the car and they advertise same day service so I asked if (once I get the estimate) can I schedule it on a day when youre not busy so I can get same day service? No, we need to keep the car for 3 days. So they cant give me an estimate over the phone but somehow they know theyre going to have the car for 3 days???By the way, I went to their website to see if I could send an email to let them know that Christina was king of rude and very unhelpful and there was no email option but a full comprehensive website feature where you could explain your damage in detail or call for a free estimate over the phone. Christina, you just lost one customer for your very sub-par customer service skills and maybe others who read this.
