Excellent customer service!!! Jr. Also took care of a dent on the opposite side of the car that was getting serviced for free. He also called the rental company for me to which they came and picked me up oppose to me trying to find a ride to get to a car rental place. The rental place told me I was too far initially.

These people were real kind and courteous I showed when the doors opened and they took me right in and fixed what I wanted done within an hour they rock

I called in for a quote on fixing my sisters bumper that has a small dent. They said they couldn’t estimate a repair of the bumper without seeing it, even with photos. I said that’s fine, but explained her work schedule does not allow her to go to the location to check the quote. I asked what would be the cost to totally replace it and they would not give me the cost. The old bumper would be thrown out and puttjng on a new one. They refused to let me know the price unless I stopped in which is stupid and no reason for it. I’ll shop elsewhere, this shop is backwards.

In addition to being a top auto body repair shop, capable of any job big or small, Nellis Auto Collision Center has helped me purchase cars, pass smog tests, and repair mechanical problems. In addition to having skilled body men on staff the owner, Gustavo Vallejo, also has a smart certified auto mechanic working for him. This shop has a flatbed tow truck that has gotten me out of a few jams. I recommend!
