I am very pleased with the results on my car. When I took it in it had several large spots of missing paint (shown in picture). Phillip explained the process to me and the different paint options. I was really unsure about which shade of white to choose (turns out there are many!!!). Phillip patiently went out to the car with me several times with color swatches until I felt confident with the color. The car took only 1 day longer than expected which was totally fine.I feel so good driving my car now! The color is gorgeous and I have a 3 year warranty so if there are any problems with the paint I can feel confident that they will take care of it. Also, I had them clean my headlights and I just have to say I never knew that they could look this good! Amazing job guys!
I dropped my car on 6/10/2021, these guys promised me they gonna give it back with in 2 weeks then I came after two weeks. They haven’t finished the car. Their answer was “we just need to finish detailing” it takes only one day. Then I came the day after but it was the same condition and then they told me the same thing. After that I came back on 07/01/2021 unfortunately it was the same situation with my car. The manager was telling too much lies. Then I came back on 07/10/2021 which after a whole month then they said we just need to do the detailing. Again I came back on today which is 07/13/21 but my car wasn’t finished but they called and told me the car is ready to pick up. They haven’t finished my side skirts, the manager was telling me it’s not in the system but I ask them and I remind them every single day that I came to these liars. I NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this place to anybody. This place is full with liars.
Such a bad paint job not counting the time they held my car in the shop, first time I brought my car in was back in October 2020 since that time 3 times I have to come back to they can retouch the car more then 3 months and the job is not completed!!!! People don’t waste your $$ and time in this company, I called customer service for a refound or part of it they all say is Sorry we can’t refund any money but you can bring your car to one of the shops to fix the issues!!! What are this people think That I don’t have things to do they thing my time isn’t worth especially when you only have one car .... I’m so disappointed with the work they Done for me ..

Work was done about 3 years ago. My wife wiped out the entire left side of her 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. It was covered by insurance except for the deductible. Damage was about $9,000. I did not realize that ownership had changed from my previous experience with this Maaco location. My experience with the previous ownership was very positive.I went to pick up the car and found that the left rear door was wrong. They had put on a door with a stone guard, our vehicle did not have a rear door with a stone guard. A few years later I noticed two other issues: there was no mudguard on the rear wheel opening and they had put on a body rear tail lamp from a later model. I fixed the mudguard myself. I am leaving the rear body mounted tail light part alone for now.I am considering having my 2019 Kia Optima Ex repainted from white to blue and would not consider this Maaco location for this work.
Phil the manager there is really helpful and the customer service was solid they fixed my Camry right away and got it back in two days! Definitely recommending this place
I had some insurance work done through this business and it was handled well, they informed me how long it was going to take, and I was able to get a rental car to cover the time while my vehicle was in the shop, Rebecca was great, she worked with me and even made sure the car would be ready when I picked it up, I highly recommend them.Also the work they did looked great, so definitely use them if you want a paint job that looks professionally done.
Avoid this place at all costs. There is a reason why they give the lowest quotes in town. Pay a little more elsewhere and save yourself the headache I went through. I wont bore you with the details, but long story short, the painter here is garbage and they take way longer than promised to give you poor quality in the end anyway. I would have gladly paid 20% more elsewhere, had I known what was going to be in store for me here. If anyone higher up sees this, you need to dump the entire crew here and start fresh. There is no one worth keeping at this location, including the manager.
Im not dealing with this place by choice this is courses through insurance Ive had problems with them in the past. lets see if these guys can mess up installing a couple of tail lights, so far its been two weeks in just acquiring the parts. Ive Been Told the parts are in yet its been another week with no action taken. they all seem to work on commission here and have found that they are cutthroat in their customer service relations. So far they have a very low rating from my point of view.
I got my SUV painted there late Feb 2021. They said it was the February special but seems its the everday $1000 special. I initially talked with Brenden and he was courteous, competent and pleasant. When I brought my SUV back to be painted Brenden was no longer there and there was new guy, who was not as pleasant. The new guy tells me its $45 more than my written estimate. I told him that Brenden said he would include restoration of the headlights and the new guy said they would honor that. I had him write it on the order. After a week and several calls checking on the progress, I go back to pick it up late afternoon and the new guy is eating a sandwich at his desk, laughing with another guy about a client whos battery was dead. He doesnt bother to greet me or ask if anyone needed assistance. Although theres 3 employees working in the office, only 1 of them is help 3 clients, one at a time. Finally, another employee comes in after I had been there 20 minutes, takes my money and I leave. They never went over the paint job with me or advised me on the work they had done. When I got home I noticed 2 big drips in the front passenger side and and a big run in the paint on the front driver side. They never performed the restoration of my headlights and they sanded the lens of my backup camera which is now blurry and the scratches are clearly visible on the lens. I have had been to a Maaco in California and my experience there was great so maybe its just this location. I cannot recommend this location and would not go back.
I called 3 days in advance.When I got there they said, we dont fix that. Then when they realized who sent me, we can probably fix that. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing.

Place blows or sucks or if you dont understand, just stay away.... Had so much sanding powder in my intake I had to change out my air filter at dealership. 8400 miles on odometer. Car was filthy when picked up. Had to have it detailed to look normal. $65.00 This shop was over priced and took way too long to repair. I would never recommend to anyone. This location was horrible. Customer service doesnt exist. Check the pics. Is this whatd you expect picking up from a body shop. Car was sputtering white powder out of exhaust, ask tech what was happening and he said its powder from sanding and it would blow out. Check engine light came on 1/2 a block from driving away- powder in intake. Lame.
Very thankful for Jaime and his team for the paint job on my car. It was very nicely blended and looking absolutely perfect. They made it affordable and got my car back just in a couple days. Great quality. Very nice, professional and knowledgeable people.
I had Maaco paint my truck. Terrible job. I spent hours this weekend cleaning overspray and trying to correct their screw-ups. My truck is in worse shape and worth less, than it was before they painted it. I should have never let them touch it.
Not much to say. Online estimates not working for me and wont give me ballpark estimate over the phone and nearest one is in next state over.
Worse experience ever.!! If I could give them zero stars I would . Brought my car in March 6th they told me it would be ready in 4-5 days . I was ok with that . Called them on Saturday asking how was everything going and they told me my car haven’t even been touched. They told me (Brennan) Who doesn’t work there anymore didn’t write any of my information down. I told them that wasn’t my problem and they could’ve called me to inform me that information. So (Murphy) the manager that transferred from the Henderson location said he will start on my car right away and that he was sorry for the inconvenience and gave me a estimate time of 4 days (March 15) and said it will be ready that day . March 15 went up there ready to pick up car and my car is sitting in the back looked like it haven’t been touched. He (Murphy) apologized again and told me it will for sure be ready tomorrow smh (March 16) (Murphy) calls me and asked what color I was getting on my car...., .... ... do I even have to countinue on with this story .... told them I wanted a blue color and it looks black smh . Highly disappointed
They were very professional and honest. They let know that it would take 5 days since they were at capacity (it usually only takes 3-4). My car was ready on the 5th day first thing in the morning. The painter and the guy who assisted with my purchase came out and inspected the car to make sure that it was to my liking. I love my car!! Thank you guys again!!
Excellent paint job all around, Brendan and Gorge were excellent customer service. They were quick and did a good job. They said it would be ready in 7 business days. Took a little longer but they let me know before I came to pick my Toyota up.
Masco Paint & Body on Spring Mountain Rd did a nice paint job 2003 Chevy truck
Estimate was fair and clearly explained. I wasnt given any estimated completion date so I was left to guess and call every 4 days for a status. There was an issue with the factory color but no one contacted me to explain that and that they will have to keep the vehicle another 5 days. I only found out when I called after 10 days thinking it was ready. So theres no communication from this store with me, I had to call regularly to find out whats happening. Even down to the last day there was an issue and needed to keep my vehicle a bit longer, yet no on called me to notify me of this. I felt if I never called on a status, they had no intentions of telling me on their own. I finally got my vehicle back and the workmanship was good, paint and blend was very nice. Im scoring low for lack of communication when setbacks happen.I have another vehicle needing paint, but I am going to try another body and paint shop to see if this is common industry practice to leave the customer in the dark.
I went to get body work on my car after an accident. They said it would take 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. It took a month. Not only did it take a month, things were stolen out of my car. I got a 2 scratches on my seat which no one rides in the seat.( passenger) in addition now my steering wheel is stuck in 1 position. I which it was hard for me too adjust my seating to drive as the steering wheel is too n the lowest position. I brand it too the person that I gave my keys to at the shop and he said he trust his mechanic. I’m like wow. You said it I didn’t. Bad experience. Only person who could steal out my trunk has to have the key it doesn’t open any other way. So it was an inside job. The guy said we didn’t have to go in the trunk for anything. How do you know if you gave the keys to someone else unsupervised. My trunk can only open with the key and you all have the only key.
To ANYONE thinking about painting their car here, DONT they will always come up with some reason to charge you HUNDREDS of dollars more even after a month of being in there. I would never recommend a paint job in the placeits literally the worst.
I went to this location and was told they needed the car for 10 days and the 1000 dollar paint job wouldn’t be all that great. People please don’t waste your money save a quality paint job because this place ain’t it.

I was given an estimate on what I wanted done and I paid them the price that they quoted me. The work was extremely poor quality and they didn’t even do what I asked them to do. I took it back 4 times and they told me that they would take care of the issues but they didn’t, even after the 4th visit! And the owner Joe wanted to charge me an extra $150 to fix what I had already paid for. After a very rude and uncomfortable conversation with Joe the owner he said that they would take care of it but after this he said we are done with your car and for me not to bring it back! Well the issues are still there but I’m not allowed to bring it back according to the owner Joe. I did tell him that if you weren’t going to do the job correctly then how about giving me a refund and he said absolutely not. He said that I got a great deal, but if the job isn’t done right (and it wasn’t) then it’s not a great deal! I’m going to have to take my car to a different automotive paint and body shop to have it fixed and I’m sure it will cost me more than if I had gone somewhere else to begin with! I’m extremely disappointed with maaco, and the owner is a very rude individual!
They had trouble matching my paint. They didn’t wait for me to discover it. They called me to let me know they would get with experts to fix the problem. Brendon and Leslie stayed in constant communication throughout. Their professionalism is unmatched. Maaco ought to use Leslie and Brendon as an example for all of their locations. I have an appointment set to correct the issue.
Good Maaco, best one in town. I did all my own body work (which wasnt too much) I took extra time to make sure trouble area were properly prepped and I ended up with an amazing single stage paint job for a steal of a price. They did take a little longer than promised but they did good work

Some of the most laughable service in Las Vegas. First off, it took them more than 2 WEEKS to even call me and tell me that my car wasn’t ready, when they told me it would be ready in a week at the LATEST. Secondly, when I arrived to pick up the car, it wasn’t even ready and the car was given back to me in disgusting condition. The seats were smeared with oil, dust everywhere, the leather on my door was ripped, the rubber stopper on my door was ripped, and they didn’t even bother putting the trunk back together after they ripped it apart. If you want quality service, do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else. I’d you want a ripped up car with trash left in it go to MACCO!
Leslie is one of the best customer reps I’ve ever dealt with - extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Dropped off my car on 4/27 for a full paint job and got the call on 4/30 that it was finished. The experience I’ve had at maaco was one of great satisfaction. The paint looks amazing and they did an incredible job; very meticulous. They even cleaned my car! Definitely will return for another paint job!
My car was keyed and I was bewildered, I knew nothing about what i had to do to fix my car. I called and they provided me with exceptional and top customer service, these guys are always busy to satisfy their customers to their needs. I drive a 2005 and when I say these words its no joke, My car now looks like I just bought it brand spanking new, These guys obviously take pride in their work and arent messing around. Even in my time of need when I was helpless they were very informative. I had Given my car to them September 24th, and received it back on the 30th of the same month. From now on Im going to recommend these guys to my friends and family cause they did a stellar job on fixing up my car. Thank you very much!
Had my truck repainted it was in the shop for eight working days. Some details were not completed- a dent was not buffed out and some scratches both on back panels of my truck. The manager was professional, apologizing and she is going to make it right as warranty work. Rescheduled me to correct the defects. Otherwise it looks great and the staff is very accommodating and willing to work with you.
I give our experience 1 star. Only because there was no lesser documentable rating.
My suv had so much over spray. They didn’t put on my emblems. My window had so much over spray I can not see out my driver window. Brenden tells you the suv is ready for pick up you get there and literally nothing was to my expectations. They had this vehicle for 5 weeks and to release my truck in this condition was so horrific. The bumper paint did not match so this is why it took so long. I was pulling paper from my truck two days later. They do not pay attention to detail at all. The Chrysler 300 which was dropped off before my truck was completed had a little better job and less over spray, but again the emblems were left off the car.I’d say be very cautious about the work here, the least they can do is prepare your car properly and roll up the windows while they work on your vehicles.
I would give this place negative stars if I can. Maaco on Spring Mountain and Arville St Las Vegas NV is the worst Maaco paint shop I have dealt with. Took my vehicle to get painted with few body repair and provided me a quote on paper that they can do the job without issue and should be done within two to three weeks. So many issues during the process, was told it was ready three times and every time we show up the vehicle was the same condition with paint issues. Almost 8 weeks later got the vehicle and has 3 different shades of paint. Leslie is the worst agent, the owner tells us one thing and she tells us that the owner has no rights tell us that the car will be done at specific time. She also told us she should never had taken the job after they did the walk thru and charged me for everything they are supposed to do. Very unprofessional and would never recommend this place to anyone.
You get for what you paid, they have different packages and prices.Is very recommended to put everything on the contract and walk with them the finish product.You should be ok on wait more time than what they tell you to finish your car.
Went in for estimate and all they do is up charge and look for every little nickel and dime they can get from you, estimate for my truck was over twice as much as other quotes I have received and judging by some of the reviews on here regarding shoddy quality I am glad to be taking my vehicle somewhere else
I took my sons 1992 Lexus sc400 for a make over, the price was reasonable and affordable..i would recommend, this place to all my friends and family..
Want to give them a zero rating.Terrible and rude service. I went to to have a replacement front and rear bumper replaced and painted. I wasnt sure if Id bought the wrong part and asked the manager to check so Id know if i needed to return either. They said they would but didnt and painted the part (making it unreturnable)them told me it didnt fit and refused to deduct the price I had to pay for another bumper. Then they painted the bumpers a different color than my van. I just recently had to pay for an attorney to sue them. DO NOT USE THIS MAACO

The manager from reception to all the staff also the gentlemen who paint & evaluate your damage where very professional and made me feel like a valued customer. The prices where the best also quality of paint job was amazing like custom paint job so happy thnk u all good work & honest. I would go again and say you wouldnt be disappointed or over inflated estimate car returned on day promised.😍
I brought in my estimate from the insurance company in and presented to the receptionist. I asked the her if she could call me and let be know when it would be good to bring my car in as she claimed they had some backlog at the time. She agreed and I left. After about two weeks, I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called to see what the status was. The gentleman explained that they weren’t busy and if I brought my car in, they could have it ready in a few days. I was curious as to why someone couldn’t have called and told me that as had previously been discussed. I brought the car in and it was done on schedule as they promised. They called to let me know it was ready. I told them I was able to pick the car up that day and would be in the following day. I arrived that morning, paid cash for the balance and awaited the delivery. The gentleman brought the car out and explained that he wasn’t finished with the detail and that no one told him I would be in that day to pick up the car. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I noticed several flaws in the clear coat, my windows were filthy, the model decals were poorly reapplied with double stick (which one fell off immediately) and there was tape in several places that had not been removed. The gentleman was quick to take care of those items (except cleaning the windows) right away but when they called me the day before and claimed the car was ready, those things should have been addressed. I didn’t have time to wait for any additional cleaning so I left. My review of the work and overall customer service will not be stellar.

Been to some really bad paint shops, but glad I came to Maaco. Professional service and friendly people, people who actually care about the work they do. They take pride in the quality of the work. I love the look and the quality is above all others. Price is very good. You definitely get more than your money’s worth with Maaco.

Had to have them redo one side of my truck because they didn’t take off the lower chip guard like I asked. Never took care of some minor dents on both sides. The paint looks wavy. The color sand and buff is inconsistent all over the truck. And the door handles feel rough like they got overspray on them. For what I paid, the quality could be better

I was very disappointed in the fact that I was told 3 different dates of when my vehicle would be done. I felt like my truck was set aside and not worked on until after the third or fourth day of dropping it off to be painted. It took a total of 7 days to complete the paint job and upon me coming to pick up my truck, certain things were not painted that I paid for to be done. Highly disappointed and would not recommend wasting your time with this Maaco location in particular.

Repaint, 08 Mitsubishi Lancer, Aqua in color- Outstanding service, quality and price. I shopped around and no one could beat their price AND minimum down time too. I highly recommend anyone needing body work, major or minor, or a simple repaint, to come on down!Last, Under new management since their grand re-opening this summer. Quite sure that was the basis for the one star reviews.
I wish I could give a 0. The rudeness of the manager determines this rating. We dropped our car off for an overall paint job. Showed up and they didnt paint the roof. He told me they didnt specify in the paperwork to also paint the roof even though it states overall paint job. He called back and said hed do me a favor by painting the roof. Go somewhere else! Never have I experienced such rude customer service from a manager.

My 2012 Toyota Tacoma had really bad sun damage on the roof and hood. Maaco stripped the old paint and repainted the cab and hood and blended the color to the doors and fenders. Now it looks brand new . They even sanded and clear coated the headlights. I highly recommend Maaco for paint and body work.
Macao’s staff was polite, friendly, and professional. Wolfie, boss, uncovered calculation errors from the insurance company and promptly had corrections made. My Toyota looks like a brand new vehicle. Thank you all.
There was some unfinished sanding spots that should have been fix before painting, overspray on tires, paint dusting inside on my newly installed interior; I feel with the work that was ordered they could have done better. Thats why Im giving it a 3-star. Even if they had call me and say we found this damage, Nick, dent etc. do you want us to fix it, its going to cost a little more, I would have agreed; but no attempt to my knowledge was made to contact me. I feel by leaving those area not fix, and not contacting me was in my view mediocre service or an incomplete job.
Service was good .. car done on time and bid seemed fair .. we went ahead with Mid-Level Paint Job and Minor Body work .. Paint was done very well for the level .. my disappointment is that although the dents were minor .. they were not repaired completely ... its not that they didnt charge enough for the work .. and the reason for 3 stars is that Management Oversight Quality Control SHOULD have caught this prior to paint .. there is NO WAY to correct this now due to the color of the car. Use Maaco for a nice paint job .. but i would not count on the quality of the bodywork.

This was the worst paint job I ever got. 3000$ for a spray can quality. The manager wasnt even ready for a apology. Disgusting .Our team takes a lot of pride in the work we offer . . . what a joke ! ! They hire a freelancer as their Bodywork guy. I dont know where they picked this guy up, but he is definitely NOT an experienced body worker / Painter. Maaco front clerk promised me even surfaces after they are done. What I got, is a spray can job which I could easily do by myself . Not even an apology and/or discount for the shtty work they did. BTW, they had the car for more than 3 weeks for doing a spray can job. They promised 1 week.
They did a wonderful job on my 2002 Chevy Silverado it looks like a new truck . Told me a week for it to be done 4 days later the called me and said it was done.. I will recommend them to all my friends. Customer service was fantastic.

Clear Coat was peeling off very badly and Maaco Body & Paint did an awesome job of painting & restoring my 2003 Toyota Tundra to the original color. Feels like Im driving a new truck again. Highly recommend.
Usually, I do not write reviews as they often times portray the opinion of an individual. However, right is right and wrong is wrong. The customer service displayed by Maaco employees was all around wrong starting and ending with its top leaders. I purchased a full paint job in May 2018 that was incomplete upon the vehicles return. However, I was expected to pay in full by the general manager in order to receive the car back. The Infinite M35 was returned with a rock chip in the door, no buff as a step from the paint job, and dust powder all inside the interior of the car (doors, dashboards, seats, carpet, etc.). When speaking with the general manager of the location, he said to either leave the car (after being there already for 4 days) or bring it back in a week. The cost was over priced along with the out of pocket expenses for a rental car. On top of this, only to receive the vehicle back incomplete. The general manager did not want to answer any questions pertaining to the incomplete job of the vehicle. He told me to decide what to do, call the corporate office, and then walked away. The professionalism of the entire business is horrible, disrespectful, and inconsiderate of its customers as it is literally one month later; and I still have not received a call from the owner of Maaco at this location or from a supervisor from the Corporate Headquaters. I was told Taylor Lee (Supervisor of Corporate Headquarters of Maaco in Tennessee) would investigate and contact me. This incident happened in May and it is now June 29, 2018. It is very ironic as to how a Corporate office can investigate an issue without speaking with the customer 1st in order to know what to investigate. However, now that there is a clear understanding as to how the Maaco Corporation addresses concerns, has a lack of consideration for its customers, and does not care about the quality of its service (only making and taking money from its customers), I would hope that customers take their business (and hard earned money) to companies that are professional, respond, and care. You must treat people better, employees of Maaco!
Not happy with finished product. Has the orange peel affect. Contacted them. Indicated they did not have anyone qualified to do that type of work. Indicated that step was not listed in the quote. Not listed in the quote???? Didnt think I had to ask for it. How is a customer supposed to know, to ask for a wet sanding and polishing? I mean really?? Think about that... I was satisfied with the work they performed. I was disappointed in the customer service. After 5 days, I had to call to get a status on my repairs only to find out it was completed. I would have expected a call when they completed the work.

I went there to get my Camper Shell repainted. They were very friendly from the start. They were very thorough on the process. I had a tough color to match and they did a wonderfull job at a fair Price. Was less than 24 hours from Drop off to Pick up. They even helped me get the Shell back on the truck. Very professional and I would recommend any of my friends to go to this location.

So i called at 550 just to ask a question about an estimated quote from my insurance to make sure the work i was looking to have done was covered. i know i called at 550pm and the shop closes at 6 but i was auto forwarded to the call center and the only thing i could discover through that call was, Allen could not help me at all and i needed to talk to the shop . so i called this one and henderson to only have the same outcome. i guess why im not going to use them or refer business to them they just wont take calls to inconvenience them selves (i know they were closing) but it was a simple yes or no. most business like the door says is to say unlocked during business hours but they wont take a call. i could only imagine what they are like in person. first impression is EVERYTHING!

My car was there for 50 days, and I got it back containing rusted parts. My indicator was still not working, there was a large gap between fender and bonnet, and the front of my car was making noises. When I asked about these issues, the manager failed to respond, ignoring my complaints. 👎
Had 2 vehicles repaired and painted at Las Vegas Maaco. Excellent work done on both and ready when promised!

The poorest excuse of customer service I ever dealt with. I spent 9 months dealing with paint issues with warranty and after going to two Macco shops and got estimates and approval I dropped off my vehicle and the next they call and say I didnt need a paint job. 9 months of getting the run around Macco didnt want to honor their warranty. DO NOT GO TO MACCO
Unbelievable. What ever happened to small businesses honoring their word. I got a quote and was told if I dropped my truck off Tuesday, I would have it by Friday with a new paint job. Well its Friday and they havent even touched it. That would put me out of a vehicle over the weekend to include the cost of renting a car. By the time they would get around to my truck, I would have spent as much for a rental car as I would have paid for the paint service. No pride in business ownership these days. If I had a backed up shop, I would have paid overtime to bring painters in the weekend to knock all the backlog of the list and kept the customers informed, to include opening the doors for vehicle pick-up over the weekend. Just a suggestion from one small business owner to another.
I recommend this place great customer service and a good job for a fair price.
