After my car got damaged from someones load coming off their flatbed, my insurance company recommended Service King. Chris and the crew were very professional and explained everything to me. Made the entire process smooth and a pleasurable experience. The text updates were an added value. They answered all of my many questions and never treated me with disrespect or unprofessional in any way. Keep up the good work!

I have been to this location several times, all those being a big thumbs-uhp I actually requested then when my insurance asked me if I had a preference for the claim thats still in-process, currently! Unfortunately, the 5/5, streaking rating drops to a much-deserved 3/5 because of the poor customer service & care shown during this ongoing endeavor. Truthfully, it all sums uhp fairly easy.... NO COMMUNICATION (AT ALL).- During the inspection & estimate process, I received no uhpdates from NY insurance, Service King, or anyone. Whag solidified my frustration was t b e fact that WHEN I TOOK INITIATIVE & stopped by one day, politely inquiring (while carrying a 😃) about my vehicles repair status & all that, I was treated in an unpleasant, unwelcoming, & unwarranted fashion.**Will uhpdate review/comment(s) upon change / amending of actions.Respectfully, ♤ |/| |/| ₩$

I walked in for a quick question and the people in the front end are not nice and disrespectful. The only reason I went there was because that’s where the insurance sent my vehicle to.

This company is the worst brought my car here because of my insurance and they ripped me off. They told my insurance company that the vehicle was ready on 6/21, when they created an invoice on 6/23, they had a fire broke out transported my vehicle to another location called me on 6/25 when I picked up my vehicle then I was charged for car rental for 5 days no one wants to take responsibility. These people are crooks.

The people are very nice and their work is good. I was expecting superb since the Allstate insurance recommended them.

Had my car repaired here after an accident. There was some excess paint build up on the outer edge of the hood so I brought my car back and asked for it to be fixed. The fixed it under their warranty and repainted the hood. Everything looked good. Fast forward 3 months and the paint is lifting and cracking where they made the repairs. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed in the quality of work they do.

My vehicle had some bumper damage from being rear ended. This is a USAA certified repair shop.I was blown away by the whole team at Service King. They send text messages, emails, and called. In detail they would tell us what damage there was after dissembling the bumper and looking at the vechile top to bottom.Now the paint job and my bumper are looking good as new. We are over the top for this place!Recommend them 100% for all vehicle needs!

This shop is the best! Cody Wheeler has the paitence of a saint! My car got rear ended and my Insurance sent me there..The paint on my Mazda is apparently very difficult to match.They spent so much time and effort to get it perfect which was a nightmare, and they were never impatient or rude. Cody sent me updates and was always so nice, professional and easy to talk to..My husband is in the car industry too and agrees that all the people at this shop represent what customer service should be everywhere! So thankful that I was sent there.Thank you Cody!!!!!

Service is great, staff was helpful, my issue is on quality and workmanship. Only came here since insurance company recommended for body work. If you have to pay look elsewhere.

I’m only giving them a star because it’s the lowest this will allow. Not just this location in Las Vegas but the other location on Craig road are terrible. I had been told by State Farm to take my car today to the location on Craig road in Las Vegas. When I arrived a lady ask to help me. I told here the information from State Farm. The first thing she said is you don’t have an appointment. From there they didn’t want to take my car. So the manager got involved. He called the location on Rancho road and talked to the manager Mario. He said he would take the car so come over. So we drove to the Rancho location. I went in and said who I was and that someone had talked to Mario. I got the same response from the people at the Rancho location. So having had enough I called the insurance company. At this time I told them any company than Service king. They sent me to Caliber Collisions. It was the new location on 5th street. They were happy to take my car and call Enterprise to come and get me for my rental. So I wouldn’t wast my time on service king. Go to a Caliber Collision

We had a very small job but they treated us like a valued customer. Ready when promised and looked great.

Service King has fast friendly service and is well organized. Lets face it, usually you gone to a collision shop under unwanted circumstances, they make a bad situation pleasant with quality work, a convenient location. The service area, shop and lot are clean and easily accessible, they also have a night drop box and parking spots for the tow truck to drop your vehicle off at night. The labor prices are conspicuously displayed also.

Received a quote of these guys for $750 to replace a bumper for a small puncture area. I went to Professional Auto Body 2454 Losee Road and Pablo fixed the area for me making it look better than new for $150. I recommend looking into pro auto body, they did an awesome job! For a fraction of the price! Look them up on google maps!

I was recommended to come to Service King Collision Repair center after my car was stolen and damaged, and I am very disappointed in their service. The friendliness the attendants provided was good but was insincere as when I had issues with the service provided, they did very little to ease the situation.Firstly, I had to come back to their shop 3 separate times as the damage they had allegedly “fixed” the first time were still not fixed. For example, my back window shield wiper was installed upside down, so when driving through the rain in California, I could not wipe my back mirror. Additionally, they installed the lock mechanism in my back gate incorrectly so I had to come back so that I had the capability of locking the gate. On top of that, I had come back to get the windshield wiper repaired, they had to send me away to come back AGAIN because the cap they ordered was the incorrect color. I am a very patient person so I didn’t cause a commotion until the 3rd time I was asked to return and only THEN did they offer to reconcile the situation once I complained. I understand that “things happen” but all of these things were controllable. I am extremely busy throughout the day, and it shouldn’t have taken a complaint from a patient and kind customer to offer some type of reconciliation, which takes me to my next complaint.Part of the damage done to my vehicle was the interior. There were markings all over my seat, the ceiling, and substance smashed into my carpet that needed to be cleaned. The service provider I had, said that my insurance denied cleaning the interior. When I spoke to my insurance company, they advised that this was absolutely not true, and that they would have no reason to deny this service as my car was stolen for a long time and it was reasonable to understand that the interior damage was not mine. When I brought this up to the provider, that’s when the REAL reason they did not clean the interior was revealed. They outsource the interior cleaning service and would’ve had to schedule it separately. So he provided me with the contact info of the guy to get it cleaned myself, and reimburse the payment through my insurance. So not only did they LIE to me about my service, after making my repair an inconvenience already THREE TIMES, they expected me to do the remainder of the work? Absolutely ridiculous!I had advised them that I would be leaving the country soon and needed this reconciled immediately. As a “courtesy” for having me come back 3 times, they advised that they would schedule to have my car interior thoroughly cleaned without charge to “make up” for the inconveniences. So I returned a 4th time to receive this service. After taking my car for only 20 minutes, they only had vacuumed the car interior (which was already apart of the original service they provided) and did not complete the thorough interior cleaning that was originally owed to me but also my only reason for coming back a FOURTH TIME! I was livid. I kept my composure in person and as I already did not have time to have this scheduled AGAIN, I simply left.I am finally back in the country after 2 months of traveling for work and have had a moment to write this review. That is how infuriating this type of service was. It doesn’t help that after coming back into the country and driving my car again, i am consistently reminded of the carelessness of their work when I see my interior exactly as it was when I brought it to them. I will NOT be recommending Service King to anyone going forward and after my experience the person who recommended me has found another shop to recommend to others as well. I would not want them to go through the major inconveniences I experienced and the careless attitudes of the employees that came along with it. If this review looks familiar, it is because i will be posting it on every site that i can review. Ridiculousness.

I went to service kings to have my fender repaired after some denting & paint damage. They did a great job & were very informational about my vehicle. I was assisted by Hugo, he was awesome and I recommend him to anyone needing body work or assistance at service kings.

I recently had my Honda Odyssey repaired at Sterling Autobody on Rancho Drive. Being as this was my first visit to Sterling, I was somewhat leery at first, wondering if they would fix my vehicle to my satisfaction. I must say that I was very impressed with not only with the great customer service I received, but the outstanding quality and workmanship of the repairs that was done to my vehicle. Although I was given an approximate date as to when my vehicle would be completed, I routinely received phone messages, updating me of the progression of repairs. Upon completion, my car looked brand new.Unlike other autobody shops around Las Vegas (dirty/dusty/clutter), the overall appearance of Sterling and layout of the business was very impressive from a customers standpoint. From the parking lot to the office area and waiting room, everything was very clean and appeared to be well organized. The office staff was neatly dressed, very courteous and professional. The fact that they also had a car rental affiliate there, made it very convenient as well for anyone needing to rent a car. I was completely satisfied with the work done to my car and would strongly recommend Sterling Autobody to anyone needing any auto body repair service without any hesitation.

Went to this location today after purchasing the wrong screws from an unnamed parts store for my door latch unfortunately the screws they sold me were to big and caused my latch to jam shut. When I arrived the staff was professional and courteous. They had my door fixed in approximately 30-45 minutes with a minimal charge. So thank you guys at Serviceking.

THEY DON’T STAND BY THEKR LIFETIME GUARANTEE ON M REPAIRS!!!!!Gonna have to fix my car myself because they won’t stand behind their guarantee. Not sure why they offer it.!if you get your car repaired here your better hope nothing ever goes wrong or you are on your own.

Im very happy of what they did to my car how they fixed it my car was in the accident and my rear end bumper was injured party LOL but they did a really good job on it when I noticed my brake lights and blinkers werent working I called they told us to bring it back in my boyfriend bought it back in they fixed it and everything was fine she even put air in my tires
