I came by and told them my situation. I absolutely need this rear bumper to be fixed as if nothing ever happened. Not only did they give me a great price they got it done the day after. This is a 3 stage paint job folks! Thank you for understanding and helping me with my situation! Highly recommended! Keep up the great work!

Real nice people fast service. But unrealistic on cost and how much it cost to repair a bumper. I dont know 1 repair shop that charges $12 for three quarters of an hour. Ended up going through my own insurance. It was ridiculous. My reply is yes the check was for $130 the cost of bumper $108 so I called up a Chevy collision dept. They dont have a 45 min rate its a whole hour not three quarters of an hour price. So I returned the check . The actual amount to fix my bumper is $488 my insurance company will go back and collect the proper amount . So I dont have to run around file more claims or put my money out to fix the bumper. Thats why I pay them . Your inconvenience and low estimate was useless .FYI what repair shop charges $12 for labor. Please tell me I asked never received a name or address of this really cheap fix it shop. Like I said unrealistic .

Our 2007 Honda Fit was T-boned by another driver and the Collision Center repaired the damage while working with the Insurance Company on our behalf. A lady side swiped my car and so I started looking for a body shop near my house so I can get it fixed. I picked this place because of the good reviews and how close it was to my house and I was left really happy and satisfied with their work. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get some work done to their car.I asked for a quote for additional work to be done on my car and Anthony gave me a great price on it so I went for it. My car had a big dent on it for years and It honestly feels like I have a brand new car now lol. I took my car to this place and unfortunately the parts were hard to find so I did the homework and brought my parts everything ordered by oem parts number not aftermarket. When I got the car back the parts received were use and didnt work. I kindly went to the place trying to fix the issues but they basically lied in my face telling me that those were the parts I ordered and covering they dirty work.I went to napa ordered the same sensor I already give them once and the car was fix. I Do not recommend this place. Take your business to a more reputable shop...

I found this place just by chance, they did an amazing job. Gave me a quote via sending a photo by email. It took them approximately one week to fix the damages on the vehicle and after picking it up I had no idea where the damages were to begin with. I have a 2017 Subaru Outback that over the past three years had acquired several scratches and dents on the front and rear bumpers and side panels.Most recently I got a slight dent in the hood - a hard place to repair. I went to several different places to get estimates and it’s not covered under insurance.I remembered that The collision center had repaired my Honda odyssey years ago and so I took it back down to there to get a quote for repairs and painting for five panels. Within a few minutes, Anthony had given me a great quote! I took it back the following Monday and within 4 days, my Subaru looked like I just bought it - practically new! Their certified techs did great work by actually removing the panels, repairing them and then painting before re-installing.They also detailed the outside and cleaned and vacuumed the inside as part of their service. Vegan (sp?), his dad, Anthony and Audrey were professional, courteous and downright friendly. I would definitely go back and I am letting all my friends and family know of the amazing service I received.

Everybody was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable from start to finish. I was told when I dropped my vehicle off, it could take 8 days to finish...they finished in four, and the vehicle looks just as good as new.

I recently used Collision Center to repair my rear bumper damage from an auto accident. Anthony provided me with an estimate and worked with me to quickly perform the service. My car was completed in two days and they did an excellent job on the repair. They even re-painted the rear spoiler after the factory paint peeled from weather damage. Amazing Work and Great Customer Service! Absolutely Recommend!I have a Volvo C70 convertible and after my car was in a hit and run accident from the back of my car, I took my car to The Collision Center at E. Tropicana Ave in Las Vegas. The staff was really kind and listened to my concerns as I was worried that the convertible top no longer working after the accident. The mechanics for the convertible top are very delicate and after being in an accident, I was concerned that there would be no way to fix it. They assured me that they would do everything they can to fix my convertible top as well as the bumper that was smashed in, my rear taillights, and my trunk that would no longer close after opening it. I left my car thinking all of the work they had to do on it would take about a month or longer. Within 2 weeks, I received a phone call that my car was ready. When I went to pick up my car, I was stunned to see that it looked better than it did before. This body shop is very meticulous and I could clearly see they take pride in the work they did. My convertible top was fully functioning, to my utter belief, and my trunk opened and closed like a dream. My rear bumper was no longer smashed in and overall I was truly impressed by the work they did. I definitely would recommend taking your car to this body shop because they take pride in their work and completely care about their customers. When I thought my car would no longer be the same after the accident, I was absolutely floored when I received my car back from this body shop. I cannot thank them enough for the amazing work they did on my car.

This shop is amazing! Best customer service in town.First, the quality of work is better than a dealership. While repairing My Truck they kept providing me updates & gave me options to save money.When I picked up my Truck I was shocked as it looked good as new!!!They detailed the entire Truck and made it look as good as NEW. Brought my Shelby to them after being rear ended and car looked flawless when I picked it up. They advocated for oem pieces for me which is exactly what I wanted and appreciate. Also when I did receive my vehicle I noticed there was more stuff done to it, it seemed like it was a BRAND NEW CAR!! I was having a super bad day and scraped the side of my car against a yellow pole in a parking garage. I called and Vigan said to just swing by and they could easily fix it. Had a great experience. Brought in a front bumper to be painted 2 colors. The lines were PERFECT, the paint was immaculate. Ive gone to 2 body shops and have had issues with paint chipping after paint, but NO issues with TCC.

Very professional, dropped my car off to be repaired and picked it up in the allocated time the receptionist told me too. Job looks very nice however the trunk unfortunately won’t open now without me lifting it up manually. Sometimes cars just aren’t the same after a crash and there’s nothing you can do about it though. Other than that I was happy with the service received.

Thanks to the collision center for making my Dodge Challenger look brand new again! I got into a minor fender bender in my brand new car and it came back looking just as it left the lot. The car looks great! The front bumper cover was replaced and painted, they even replaced the chrome piece on the front of my car. The mechanic was even able to straighten out my front headlight. I swear it drives even better than when I dropped it off.

Pretty good company even though there was a misunderstanding with the cost of my repairs. They semi fixed my door even tho they scratched the paint off my handle in doing so. Some of the work could of been a bit cleaner.I would recommend going here but come in smart so you don’t get haggled on the price.

These guys are great! They really went out of their way to accommodate me. I crashed the front of my BMW just 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and I didnt have coverage for my car, so it came out of my pocket. These guys worked with me to make it as affordable as possible, plus they got my car back to me in time for my vacation trip. They were honest and straight-forward with me. No hustles at all. My trunk and the rear fender were badly damaged. I brought my car to two separate collision centers.After having spoken to Vigen, I decided to let him repair my car at his shop, the Collision Center on 2741 E. Tropicana Avenue, Las Vegas. He did a great job because my car looked brand new again. He was also extremely pleasant and helpful as well as his staff. The price was extremely fair... I should even say generous. I was out of town for a vacation and had a small incident. Without knowing any collision center i stopped by at this collision center. Most of the time you wait for a couple days even for an estimate; but they were very courteous enough to check the rear bumper right away and fixed it while i was waiting. I got in a small car accident (wasnt my fault) and commissioned HiStar to put my car back together. I took my car in to them at the beginning of the quarantine which presented additional challenges for all involved. Luckily though, HiStar, and Vigen specifically, really took care of me and went out of their way to be extra accommodating. Ive lived in Vegas all my life and I will 100% be bringing my cars to HiStar for any mechanical issues I may have in the future.
