Intake always takes forever even if you make in appointment count on being there for 45-1.5 hours dropping off and longer if you need a rental car. Worst Audi dealership customer service I’ve experienced and I’ve lived in Phoenix and San Diego.
Drove to Vegas on vacation, car ended up being towed here.Had issues making initial contact with a service rep, but after they were assigned to my car that changed.First the service representative told me exactly what to expect with my OEM warranty (used car). They told me how long some simple tasks would take because of the warranty claim. As well as a very good estimate of all costs before the issue was diagnosed. This came with a cost breakdown telling me what repairs I would be on the hook for if it was deemed my fault.Im not one to use a dealer for service, but this was truly an enjoyable experience (if one can enjoy a broken car)All in all, I got my car as expected, my rep was reachable and would leave informative voicemails if I was unavailable.Bonus points for letting me park my car on their lot for 4-7 days, as I had to fly back to Vegas.
Nice staff and a clean shop, unfortunately theyve been a bit off in terms of communication. Our car needed service and the parts are taking longer than expected to arrive, fair enough, I just wish that they would do more to keep me updated. Minor point but that drops the fifth star.

They tray to do a service my car dont need and charge me 2000 dollars sorry i think its dishonest
