Amazing And fast service. Everyone was polite and helpful. Went to get a tire changed and they got us in and out within a snap of a finger. Employee Moises actually helped us out so much and definitely plan to go back for future repairs.

Price was competitive. But the thing that swung it for us was that they were Very responsive to our questions with very little wait time to get answers. This makes it easy to get the job done with a busy life. Would definitely do again.

This is a very honest business no one likes car repair but they make it easy and affordable always so polite never treat me like a girl that doesn’t know cars they have done work on many of my cars most recently my Taurus and I’m always so happy when I leave again thank you I recommend this business 10/10 times

I went in to get my back window replaced since it got completely shattered. They took me right in and even finished before the estimated time. They didn’t have to but they helped clear out the glass inside my car. Really nice people and reasonable price. Great service guys!

They do great work I have had my window converter go out on me and the did a great job fixing it. They are reasonably priced and fix the job right I could continue on telling you how good ther work is I would suggest you try them for your self

The day was ending and i had headed out to dinner, I stopped to get Power Steering fluid and proceeded to pour it in the reservoir. After shutting the hood, unbeknownst to me my hood did not fully close and latch. Cruising along with the speed of traffic on the 215 East my hood decided it was time to plaster itself against the windshield scaring the daylights out of my wife and I. With slivers of windshield all over our clothes I scoured the internet looking for a glass replacement company that would and could repair my glass. It was too late for anyone to come out right away. I had emailed a few of the MAJOR Glass Corporations and USA GLASS, with no response from the company with the JINGLE (they must have been too busy to answer my request). When in my email was a message from Rosario (Rosie) Verduzco with an estimate and a very inexpensive one with a warranty at that! Before I had replied back to Rosie I had called the Jingle company and their estimate was close to double what USA GLASS estimate was. I called Rosie and within 1 hour of my call she had two installers replacing my windshield in 45 minutes! I want to say keep supporting local family owned and operated businesses and a HUGE Thank You Rosie and USA GLASS! May God Bless and Keep You!Love,Warren D

They love to take advantage of people especially if you are a girl or someone that does not know anything about cars, they are over charged for tires on this poor girl they charge her 150 for a tire that Walmart discount tire and everywhere in The Valley is 63 bucks then the windshield she call weeks ago they quote her 160 then today is 260 …. And you called and there is no manager huge scammers the owner Roberto should be ashamed

Place is easy to locate just across Samstown & Super Walmart on the other side. I love that there’s no long wait and I just have to walk across the street and have lunch while waiting for my windshield to get done. Very affordable price and quick service. I definitely recommend.

This was a little bit of an awesome experience . For me very personable, price was good, very patient staff ( cus I am a bit of a pothead. I actually learned a bit as well I hve a used vehicle that I of course purchased used . The difference between a real car windshield put in by professionals is way different from what ever the hell I had . There was literally at least a 1/4 inch gap between my original windshield and the roof of my car did u know that aint supposed to be like that Im a pothead I didnt . Did u know that the trim where ur windshield wipers are, are supposed to meet ur windshield creating a seal I didnt Im a pothead. These awesome pple were spot on I was able to drop my car go get some ice cream and go play at Sams town til they called me for pick up I really cant gush enough about the pple over there . Would recommend and I will be returning in the future oh and I went to them initially today because of road rage I punched my windshield and cracked it pretty good I am a 52 maybe 150 and a woman dont think I should of been able to accomplish that .

This place has the worst customer service. I will never use this place again. They removed my widshield and than informed me they dont have my replacment in stock so they put my old windshield back in and it was shattered all along the bottom and when i questioned them they had the attitude that they dont give a sh*t! Had went to get car window fix and tinted the tinted came out fine so far depends on how long it last however went to get one window fix. Let me remind you all the other 3 windows were working just fine except one that I ignored for long time and decided to get fix. They fixed it and then said that the other back window wasnt working however the door to that seemed to be tampered with so I believe they just switched it out thinking I would pay to get a window that was perfectly fine fix. Was a waste of 100 something dollars. I do not recommend this place if there is a better option. I know for a fact all my windows except one was working so they just ripped me off, their loss for being money hungry. I also believe they pick and choose what kinda service they want to give a person.

Taken a few different vehicles to this location for various window and lock repairs. A+ work and pricing is @ least half of standard dealers

I went in at 9am one day to get my windows tinted. They told me it would take 3 hours and that there wasn’t anyone else in front of me. I sat there till about 12 o’clock and the front desk lady comes to me and tell me that the guy doing my windows started to feel ill and went home... he didn’t even do my windows at all. This is very unprofessional of them and maybe they should have more than one person who can do the windows. It was not fair to me to waist my time to sit there and wait for nothing to get done. Very unprofessional I will not be returning, they lost my money.

When you lock yourself out of your car and break the smallest window to get the keys from inside, you should know like i didnt, the smallest window isthe most expensive to repair! USA Auto Glass trumped every price in town hands down & finished the work promptly in the time it took me to get and eat a McChicken from next door. My car got broken into the night before. I called and explained them my situation, they replaced my front passenger window at a good price and in a timely matter. I thought I was going to spend the whole day at the shop, I only had to wait maybe less than an hour. I’d highly recommend this auto shop for all your vehicle needs like rims, glass repairs and tint.

Needed a door locked fixed, took about 3-hours. Repair cost was very fair, friendly staff.

The windshield was brand new but they stole my windshield wipers that I just put in last 2 weeks ago and replace them with old ones were all wires sticking out and scratch the window holder turn them on

A few months ago, I had my rear window repaired and a new tire installed. The owner gave me an awesome deal. The wife was very nice and helpful. Service was great! I will be referring clients to them.

Horrible experience! Not professional and have no idea how to repair cracks in windshields. The crack still spread a week later. They refused to give me a refund. Better to find a reputable glass repair company that doesnt look ghetto. $80 down the drain. Shame on you guys!

Was given a process which they said could make work for my truck, I had a custom window to which a special wide molding was needed and I was assured that they would be able to make it look nice with one piece and have it do a turn to fit with the window and look natural. Ended up with two moldings overlapped and crooked, no turn around the corner, and then the gasketing around with the tube gun was nice on one side while the other was just thrown together and looks rushed. For 150 I expected more attention to detail, and to be told that 1 piece wouldnt have worked, I would have gone somewhere where they could get me the proper one, yet they switched it up on me without my consent and was stuck with a 150$ bill. Very unpleasant experience, they didnt even address my concerns when I told them.

I cant provide a review of their service because they failed to show up for mobile appointments twice. The first day they kept me waiting all day until they called at 4:30 to say they wouldnt make it. I made a second appointment for 9:00 am later in the week. When they didnt show by 10:45, I cancelled and found another company.If you speak with Anthony and he sounds unsure, take the hint and go somewhere else.
