I highly recommend this body shop. They made my car look and run like brand new.l all while offering a lifetime guarantee on their work (that says something right there).It took a while to get fixed, but at no fault to them. So be prepared to wait it out; however, the delay was on behalf of my insurance company taking their sweet time - NOT the shop. Very cool shop, honest guys running the shop. We had a little problem with our vehicle, we thought it was going to be super big deal. Engine lights and also different ones. We went by the guys did a diagnostics and told me everything that needed to be done. I agreed upon what we talked about and it wasn’t bad at all, they were fast and reliable.

My car was involved in a serious accident. It sustained some major damage. I panicked, when I was told that the repairs would be too costly based on the actual worth of the car. The accident couldnthave occurred at a more inconvenient time for me. I was about to leave town for vacation and certainly didnt want to have this situation weighing on my mind. I called Pro Collision. I actually found them by doing a Google search. I spoke to Rob and explained my dilemma. He was very quick to alleviate my fear of being in a completely hopeless situation. I guess I just instinctively trusted him and boy am I glad I did, ( womans intuition) actually works sometimes. This time it did for sure.After he assessed the damages to my car, he said that he could repair them with no problem and explained to me the extent of the damages and how he could fix them. I was elated.I left to go on vacation with my mind at ease for about a week. I checked in with them a couple of times by phone for updates while I was gone, and all of the employees I spoke with were courteous and helpful, assuring me that progress was being made.Within a couple of days after I returned, my car was ready. Pro collision auto body is the greatest they are very timely. And do Excellent work they took my car and I didn’t have to do anything they got me a rental and made my car look like new as if nothing ever happened I highly recommend them or your collision needs great customer service .

They were quick. Completed the work in half the amount of time they said it would take. Was pleasantly surprised to see some door dings and debris wear was fixed up aside from the work they were paid for. They worked with the insurance company and were able to start work the moment they received approval. Rob made the process easy. It doesnt look like the biggest shop at first sight, but they do good work, and they provide a lifetime warranty, and they wash your car when the work is completed. Theyve earned my referrals to friends and family, and Ill be sure to go to them again if need be.

When I tell you do not hesitate to come to this place! Listen! My first accident ever! Long story short, I was rear ended and my rear bumper was badly damaged. The insurance company of the offender claimed responsibility and gave me an estimate for repairs. I took my car here and they knew right away that estimate was too low.They took my car right then and there! Told me not to worry, got in contact with a rent-a-car place and the insurance company, and sent me on my way. No back and forth between me, them and the insurance company at all! They took care of it all.Returned a few weeks later to witness the amazing work they did on my car. The rear bumper looked brand new! Amazing work. They even straightened out a dent in my door at no cost. They really care about and take care of their customers! I was in an accidents in January, the front passenger side fender caved all the way in, broke my tire rod and I couldnt drive my car. I got my prized Audi S5 t-boned recently at the intersection of Sahara and Rainbow by a clown doing like 50 MPH and I gotta tell you physically and mentally my life was turned upside down. My car looked liked the Incredible Hulk punched it and it. It was the first time I had been in an accident that spun my car around to a point the side air bags deployed and I was knocked out..My attorneys recommended Pro Collison and me not knowing them I was skeptical but my mind was eased when I started looking at the before and after pics of their work. The next thing that happen was my insurance company although I wasnt at fault in the accident required I pay $1,000 upfront just to get a rental and I honestly didnt have that because rent was due. As much as that wasnt Pro Collisons problem they made it their problem by covering the deductible themselves and I got my rental right way. Being able to get to my doctors appointments and work was no more a worry. One night I went to see my car and drop off my keys which I had not seen since it was towed away the night of the accident. My car was a total mess and I thought that the insurance company would total it out which I did not want cause I love my car. I later came and sat with Rob who was the nicest most straight up, car knowledgeble guy I ever met. He not only told me when it would be finished best case scenario but he educated me on their process of doing things the right way and not taking short cuts. Fast foward a month later and only due to some air bag parts that were slow to come back I got a call from Carla yet another super nice person from Pro Collison that my car was ready. When I got the call I was headed to work but instead I caught a Lyft over there to get my car. The entire ride over I was quiet while the driver tried to engage me because all I remember is what my car looked like that night and I had medium expectations of what it would look like when I got there. I was bracing myself and I was thinking my car is probably dirty needing to be cleaned inside out. When I pulled up I say just a tiny piece of my car as it was on the far side of the lot. My temptation stopped me from walking over to look at it so instead I went inside. Carla warmly greeted me as usual and Rob smiling proudly walked me to my car and this is where I got choked up and I am hella macho so that doesnt happen often lol. My car looked better than the day I bought it. Let my say it again my Audi S5 coupe looked better than when I bought a couple of years ago. Not only did it not look like it had ever been in an accident but it far exceeded my expectations. My baby was detailed inside out all the way to the cleaning my trunk which was a mess after the accident. Further Rob wanted me to drive it to test out the mechanics that where damaged and my car rides better than before. PRO COLLISION hands down are the BEST in VEGAS.... PERIOD!!!! Not only were they pleasant to work with, they are honest, they work with you, they are informative, they dont fill your car with junk parts. They were totally empathetic to the fact I was in a horrible accident and they keep me in the loop via email every step of the way. I had my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, rear ended, and it was pretty bad. I made an appointment with Rob, to bring it in and get it looked at. Rob and my insurance company worked together to get an estimate and payment taken care of, without needing much from me. The work was done promptly, and I was updated with each step. When I picked up my Jeep, it looked amazing. All replaced parts were new, and all of my badges (Trailhalk, 4x4, and Jeep logos) were new and they returned the old ones to me. What I was most impressed with was the paint match. My Jeep is a dark Army Green with a bit of a fleck in it... It Was Perfect! I just called and the the person sounded like he didnt want to talk and was being bothered. I ask if he can provide a dealer quote, I bought a car in another state that will need repair due to transport. Simple enough right? Well the person I spoke with said I dont know what Im talking about. How the hell am I supposed to know as well. I guess a DEALER QUOTE would probably mean a special price for dealership vs regular rate. Is it hard to understand that?

Unfortunate events led me to need to look into auto body shops. This place seemed glad to have us as customers from the initial call thru the entire process. So, we were given a rental vehicle thru auto insurance that we were very ready to give back to the rental agency. It was something awful. I mean, the car that I had in the shop is nothing spectacular, but the rental they gave us just was not a good fit for our family. So, we were really looking forward to getting our car back.And the repairs they made were great. I have no complaints. Do You? They had a customer in when we walked in to collect out vehicle and he seemed upset enough to write a bad review. And full disclosure, the owner asked if we wouldnt mind leaving a review. But usually I wont do it. Who are these people who write thousands of reviews? WowBack to the kinda upset customer in the shop. I happened 5o heat It because of how vocal he was about It. Not too classy. It had something to do with insurance payments, copays, and it seemed he thought his insurance copays were getting messed up. Maybe ours will, too. Who knows. But we just got the car today. Also, the person-in-charge seemed to alleviate the persons issues.Also, they had some old, nice vehicles in the shop. That was cool to see.Will update if any issues arise

Rafo is the guy who assisted me through this whole process. He said it could take up to ten days to fix the car based on what I told him over the phone before I went to actually drop the car off. When I gave him the claims paperwork he told me I would have it back in maybe 4 days. Turns out he got it done in about two days and I picked it up on the third day. He was so fast and really comfortable to work with. If you were in an accident and you need work done on your car, this is the place to go. The whole team is super nice and wants to help you get back onto the road again. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Rafo is the MAN! I got into an accident right after I drove to Vegas all the way from New York. :( The front end damage was severe and would require a lot of work. To make matters worse, I couldnt afford the deductible after just moving here so I needed to find a shop willing to waive it... and even though my insurance company tried to convince me to take it elsewhere, I couldnt do it. So I did some research about local shops and found Pro Collision. After talking to Rafo and telling him the story, and reading the reviews, I was convinced he would do a good job (waive the deductible). A few weeks later, I got my car back in excellent condition (it looks brand new!) The paint job is spot on and I couldnt be happier with the customer service and the work. The repair job was fine, but they removed several items from the car and lost them. They did eventually find my bike rack and cup holders, but even after days of looking for my phone mount (that they should never have removed from the car) they still cant find it and wont replace it.

This place quoted me $200-300 for paintless dent removal. A dent the size of a quarter. One of the guys there said it would take hours for one of his guys to remove the dent and I quote said, He would have to remove the door panel, and with a PDR it will never be perfect and will damage the paint. Looks to me like the guy had no idea what he was talking about or he was just lazy. I took it to another guy who does house-calls and took the dent out in less than 15 mins and charged me $45. No paint damage, no removal of the interior door panel to get the dent out. Just specialized tools and skill. It looks like the dent was never there to begin with.

Rafo and his team did a great job repairing the body work on my 05 Pontiac G6 after an accident.. I was advised it would be a 14 day repair since parts had to be ordered but turns out everything was repaired within about 8-10 days! Awesome.. I was really missing my G6!Rafo was great to work with..he called me several times throughout the process keeping me updated on the status of my car and the insurance claim through statefarm! Pickup and drop off was easy breezy with nice clean results! He arrived to his shop early for my drop off and even stayed late so that I could pick up my car after work. He also took the time to look at my panoramic moon roof since it hadnt been working.. he couldnt repair it right then but assurred me if I was able to bring the car back in 2 weeks hed be more than happy to have his guy come down to repair it!Oh..did I mention he even waived my deductable?! Thats right..I cant tell you how stress fee my experience was at Pro Collision.. you have to experience it yourself!Thanks Rafo you are the best and your teams hard work is appreciated!
