Anthony (I THINK that was his name) was the only one here today but i kinda see why. He was very quick in everything he did and MORE IMPORTANTLY when he got stumped... He immediately called someone for help instead of trying to do it himself without knowing what to do. Someone that will ask help is an asset in my opinion!! He apologized to everyone there for the wait (which really wasnt that bad) AND when he got to me... I WAS VERY ANGRY WITH MY SITUATION, he never flinched with my bad attitude, never acted like he even knew i was mad!! This place is actually lucky to have customer relations people like him. I did look around the store and there wasnt much to shop for though.

Surprisingly pleasant experience! I have been dreading upgrading my phone due to user issues and not even beginning to understand where all of my info in my old phone came from and the fear that I would lose the majority of it. I say the experience was pleasant and that is because of Madison, the store manager. He was patient, informative, and so very helpful! He even had awesome clean humor to keep my two young children entertained who were with me. Very thankful for Madisons willingness to help and his extreme patience!

No Stars!! Stay away from this place. The worst experience Ive had in years. These are con men at its best. Stephen and Chet were all nice as I was getting the phone and within an hour and a half when I got an email from Verizon and went back there was no help at all. Call Verizon was there answer. I asked for a sheet of paper to write out everything. I guess that was too much . What is my point, when you switch plans and buy a phone (which I started having problems already..no surprise)and pay for the jacked up accessories, you are expecting if there is a problem for it to be resolved and not to be abandoned!!! I also left a message to be called. Still no answer!! Not a surprise! Metro PCS has better service and more class!!! All I want is to go back to my old plan after being deceived and now Im stuck!! They should have voided everything out, make everything the way it 3 hours before with my other plan and I would have been happy. Merry Christmas!!!And what a shock the number on this thread to call has no one to answer!!!!!!!

Sometimes when you go into a store youre hassle and manipulated into buy products and services you dont need and leave wondering how you managed to leave without learning about any of the phones features - this is an issue I never have, especially since I have 1 rep I always purchase from. No matter what store hes in I follow because I know Ill have a great experience, the right products, and know how to actually use the new piece of technology I paid so much money for! Antonio is amazing, funny, knowledgeable and efficient. 😄😆😅

Joshua W is awesome. I came in to pay my bill and he helped me lower my overall monthly bill and caught that was over paying by 47.00. He helped me get that resolved, made me laugh and assisted with me in an upgrade. It was the best experience I ever had at a Verizon store. Wow, this is what I call customer service, was greeted with a smile, both my wife and my son were addressed. Usually when going somewhere with questions reps only talk to me (east bay verizon) but here, Madison made my entire family feel welcome. I am very happy and this is the only store I will ever go to now. Ive purchased phones and even Dish TV from the gentleman, Madison, and couldnt be happier. Just wow.

Terrific store! I lost my phone and when we got to the store it was busy. Joshua stayed late to help me activate my new phone, set up my google account and update my billing account. He also took the time to upgrade my husbands phone and told me about a discount I can get on my bill because I work in healthcare. It was the best customer service I have had in a long time- thank you!!

I was very impressed with the service from Seth M. at Go Wireless. I bought a Galaxy S7 in April of this year. I fell on my bike and damaged the screen. I called Verizon and they said to make a claim on my insurance, with I did with a deductible of $160. After receiving my new phone, I went in to GoWireless and talked with Seth. He fixed the screen on my old phone for free and converted all my parameters and setting back to that phone. Seth also informed me on how to return the phone for a refund. This did not cost me a cent. Seth could have charged me for a new screen but he is a very honest person and did the right thing. He knows his business and I would refer anyone to him. Thank you Seth M at GoWireless on Starkey in Largo Florida.

My wife and I bought several phone chargers for the home and our vehicles. A couple of the cords quit fast-charging; we were within the warranty window, so the store was able to swap out... easy peasy. When the cords quit working again -- this time out side of the exchange period -- the store manager, Seth, took it upon himself to call the vendor to make things right, (which they did).Since this store has opened weve bought our Galaxy 6E and 7E here, as well as performing changes to our accounts. Sometimes old-fashion Brick-and-Mortar is the way to go.

Bought a screen protector for new Galaxy S7. Screen protector does not fill screen so vulnerable to scratches on sides. Went back same hour to return. Store employees would not refund my money for very over priced and non fitting screen protector. Was given many excuses instead of Customer Service..... told to dial 611 on my phone while I was in store. Stay Away!

Had trouble with my cell phone on vacation so my wife and I visited this store. The sign on the front of building displayed a normal Verizon store sign. The way to fix phone problem was to buy new phones. The new phones are ok, it is the extra fees charged to the account for extra services not discussed with us. For example, they added another line that was not needed, sold insurance on the phones (2), sold two normal covers, one of which was promised to be delivered to our vacation address in 3 to 4 days. It arrived at 14 day following purchase date and after my call in 10 days to check on cover, which did not fit the new phone. It took my wife 4 plus hours on the phone with Verizon to get the several unwanted extras removed. The Florida store has a 14 day return policy thus refused to accept my return cover, also said i needed to be in their store with my credit card in hand to do the return. My home Verizon store could not help me since Largo Florida was a franchise store. LARGO SALES STAFF lied to us several times during this mess. My suggestion is make sure store is not a franchise store. VERIZON customer service has fixed our account and given credit for wrong cover. Sorry this is so long, but it is true!

I finally call Wednesday afternoon, they didnt think it came in yet but were going to check and call me right back. 30 minutes, I called, it came in but they ordered the wrong phone. DO NOT PURCHASE A SCREEN PROTECTOR Purchased three iPhones about a year ago. They scammed me into buying a screen protector for each phone on the premiss that anytime it breaks they will replace it for free...that is a blatant fraud...been there several times to replace the screen and what do you know ...they are out of stock every time. I’m sure if someone was buying a new iPhone 8S they would sure sell them a screen protector at an outrageous price. I was told each time they would call been over 6 months and no call. I could get one from Amazon the next day...guess it’s off to corporate to file a formal complaint.

Very unhelpful manager and other employees when it comes to helping customers understand what it means to backup a device how to do it and why it is important. They also lack the ability to transfer any data from a old phone to a new phone if the old phone screen is broken claiming that the machine that did this is now dead technology with no other helpful words. After buying the very expensive warranty for my phone you would think Verizon would be able to help more but if it doesnt benefit them or put money in there pockets. And the warranty company doesnt say anything about how difficult it would be getting your old data! Nobody tells you anything or tries to help you just begin to realize that your getting screwed over. I have never once left this verizon store happy and this was no exception today.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!BE AWARE THAT THIS STORE IS AN “INDRECT” VERIZON STORE “Go Wireless”, WHICH MEANS IT IS A FRENCHISE.I got my iPhone 7+ from there on November 3, 2016. I did not like the screen protector, so I went back to store on November 6, 2016 to return it, I was told it was not returnable, when I asked for the reason, I were not given any reason at all –they kept repeating that it is a store policy. Verizon does have 14 days return policy. I called Verizon (that’s when I found out that this store is an “indirect store”), and explained situation, while I were talking with Verizon, this is what I realized (my fault I didn’t look at the details much while my phone was being activated, but never informed with the details either):They charged me $ 39.99 for the screen, they refunded me for full amount, THAN they charged me $ 59.99 for screen protector coverage! These screens are made in China, and cost of manufacturing is just about 5 cents a piece.The Verizon tech support was very professional and she was very upset that this store staff was not cooperating at all. Finally, the tech support was able to speak with the GoWireless general manager, and I was told to go back to store to return the screen protector. I went back to store and store manager refused to take it back for the second time–imagine how stressful and angry a customer can be at that point. I called Verizon back and went through the whole thing again, and were told that they will make sure that the GoWireless will call me anytime from that point till two days max. Well, I never got a call from GoWireless (imagine that!), so three days later I called Verizon and told them I were going to call my credit card company and put a hold on the payment. The Verizon tech called GoWireless again, after a long hold, I was told again I need to go back to store, they will take the screen protector back and give me a full refund , THIS IS ALL TRUE! Again, I went back to store, the store manager -by this then knew me well! - took the screen protector back and refunded my money.While I were on the phone with Verizon tech support, we found out that they completely messed up my payment, according to them I was going to pay a lot more than what Verizon tech came up with and corrected the payment amount for good. When someone start counting their fingers to come up with a payment for you, it is scary!I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE or any other “GoWireless” stores!

Went in ordered a new iPhone, phone came in never got a call it came in went in got charged 20 dollars for activation, something that I could of did myself, got home and it wasnt even activated called back and they fought with me over 20 dollars and refused to credit me, spoke to a real verizon rep and he said regular verizon stores dont charge activation and it could be days until the phone is activated, what a joke!!! Never again would I go back to this place I had better service at best buy mobile!!
