I have been a Samsung Android phone user for over 15 years. I switched from Metro to Boost last year. I recently purchased the A21 at this store last week. Jeremy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He provided excellent customer service. I returned back to the store a week later. Dan spent over an hour assisting me with many questions. I did not having any issues or problems with the A21 whatsoever. I made a list of questions in order to get better knowledge of the operating system, apps, Google, memory, etc. Dan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. My wife and I have been Boost customers for over 10 years. After keeping the same phones for about three years we were able to get an awesome deal on serious upgrades for both of our phones. Staff member Jeremy was super helpful, and very patient as it took a couple of hours to get us all set up with our new devices. He had a great attitude with us and all other customers that came in while we were there. Fantastic experience!

Somehow I turned on a feature without knowing what I was doing I was horribly frustrated. And again Jeremy is the best he walked me through the entire process of how to turn the feature off this is such a blessing for me to be able to call a local shop and speak to someone who is knowledgeable speaks English very very patient. Hello I have had multiple every cell phone provider that you can think of and I go into your store on Ulmerton and Starkey and the gentleman there name Jeremy I gave him a challenge said if you can save my text messages in my phone and he said I will see what I can do long and behold he is a very very very first one to ever save all my text messages every other provider the guys that work there were never able to save text messages and I was always losing a lot of stuff from my customers once again thank you so much Jeremy I so much appreciate it
