I wrote for a free estimate and no reply. Called next day and asked for repair of screen and also battery. Was quoted $69 for screen and $29 for battery. Had repair done and they said for around $10 I could get a screen protector which I did and then was charged $40.I also brought my wife’s phone in thinking battery would be $29 also but then was charged $69. CPR said that is the price without bundle. Very deceptive price quotes. All other Apple outlets charge $49 for repair. This is the first and last time I will use CPR. I will use Apple stores or Best Buy for future Apple repairs.

NOT RECOMMEND- I replaced broken screen, after two days same thing shattered screen. I have sturdy wallet cover to avoid any damage. Here we go again... it looks like they’re selling aftermarket parts, my wife had this phone for few years and original Apple screen handle a lot but this cheap replacement not. I lost $100 I’ll never go there again.

No inventory. Went in for a simple iPhone 11 screen protector. They didn’t have it, so they sent me up to Clearwater to their other store, telling me that they had it in inventory up there. Drove All the way to their other store. And oops, they don’t have an iPhone 11 screen protector? Took up 2 hours travel just for that. They need to handle inventory better.

When I initially called to set up an appointment I was told by a female employee that I could not come that day because it was 5pm and they closed in 2 hours and didnt want to do my phone that day and possibly be there past closing, meanwhile the repair took just over an hour when I did go in to get it done a few days later. When I went in for my appointment 2 days later, the guy who helped me was polite and friendly (which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars in this review) but they did not have the right color screen to fix my phone, and used that to replace my cracked screen instead of trying to get the right cokored screen (which I would have happily waited on if it meant getting my phone fixed correctly). In the end the screen they replaced does not even fit properly on my phone. Now there are gaps on the side, my stylus sticks out of the bottom of my Note 10, and my case no longer fits properly onto my phone and falls off easily. I am extremely unhappy with the results and I wish I would have opted to just replace my entire phone through my provider instrad of using CPRs services, considering the screen replacement repair costs $329 without insurance. Thankfully I had insurance and didnt have to pay that much but I am still very unhappy that I did pay to have my phone fixed and received sub-par repairs. Definitely would recommend going somewhere else before I ever referred someone to this store or their services.

Went in to get the speaker fixed on my iPhone. Andy gave it a good cleaning and it was fixed in just a minute. He was quick, helpful and kind!

Ive used these guys in the past to replace cracked screens but wasnt sure if they worked on laptops. I spoke to Lee, the laptop expert. He was polite and helpful and gave me an up front estimate for what he thought might be needed. He also said it might be better just to replace the laptop. I decided not to invest in repairs so I was not charged for this visit. Everyone I talk to here is polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

I recently had an incident where the camera lens of my Samsung Galaxy S7 got damaged and I was referred to the CPR store. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and John the manager helping me. My Samsung galaxy 4 fried over the Memorial Day holiday, I didnt have any information backed up, nor on my cloud ...they thought all my photos contacts, etc were lost! He was relentless in trying to recover my precious photos and amazingly, did recover about 85% of it and at a very reasonable price. He also wrote a detailed bench description resulting in Square Trade reimbursing me 100% for my 1.5 yr old phone!I spent sometime in the shop waiting and he was informative, respectful to each and every client he encountered....businesses need more employees like John at CPR

I have had to use this shop twice, and there will not be a third. Originally I broke my iPhone and needed to have the glass replaced (no biggie). Prices were comparable to other shops and they were close so I decided I was going to use them. I got my phone back as expected and for the price quoted which was nice. However within a week the glass was cracking and chipping in the left hand corner. Now I assumed I was either unfortunate or just to rough on my phone. So I had them replace the glass once more not thinking it was any kind of mistake on their part. The same thing started happening within 2 weeks even with me being careful. As if they are buying the cheapest aftermarket parts they can get their hands on and using them while still charging customers as if they are getting quality material. In fact I know that they are using cheap glass because your phone will occasionally act as if its hitting buttons itself. Dont be dissapointed, save yourself the trouble & drive a little further to another location.

Beware people!!!These people are. Piece of work. My equipment sat there for two weeks nobody could give me a straight answer on a part that was supposedly on order. Now that they have touched it have of the touch screen does not work and now have to send to apple. When i called multiple times about the part i got a different answer each time. I called once and said i could have sent it to apple and got it back sooner and at least would have known status and my response was hind sight is 20 20. So now i do get to take it back to apple so they can possibly fix it. Y’all do what you want but i can tell you when I looked for their business license in the state of Florida there was not one listed. I wish I could give negative stars here.

Spent $100 to have my iPhone 6s Plus screen repaired. Still was glitching so I called them and they told me to bring my phone back in. They fixed it, gave me a new screen, and screen protector all in a hour and for free. No questions asked or hassle. I will continue to do business with this store in the future!!

I brought my iPad in for a broken screen, they repaired in 24 hours, however the home button was no longer working when I got it back. When I called and informed them of this, it seemed like a typical problem they encounter daily (and if you look at other reviews it happens a lot) It took close to two weeks for the “part” to arrive, for them to fix a problem I didn’t have before bringing it there. I can handle a mistake, however the rudeness, complete lack of communication, and their inability to communicate as humans was not a way of doing business. I will def not Go back there again. There are plenty of other reliable places in the area. Go elsewhere.

This is the second time I have used CPRs service and just like the first time they were fast, efficient, and friendly. The screen on my phone was fixed in about an hour and their prices are affordable and fair. They were straight up about the process and pricing. I highly recommend them.

My daughter accidently dropped her iPhone 4s into some water and really messed it up. The professionals at CPR Largo did a phenomenal job of bringing it back to life and making it better than new! Lifetime warranties on apple products, and a 6 month warranty at over 250 stores. They are the only place i will ever go to fix any of my electronics.

My friend broke her phone at 5 below. She was very mad about it at first then I suggested we come to u guys to repair it paid half up front to order the part. We came back to get it fixed they said itll be done in an hour and it was done in half the time, one issue was my friends volume control but they fixed it right there for no charge. I wish I had taken a before phone of my 6S shattered screen, it happened last night and I just couldnt live with it like that, It was decimated, I first called CPR to make sure they had the screen for my Rose Gold 6S and they did. I brought it to them at 10:45 AM, went back to work and got a call that it was done right before Noon. $119 later and it looks brand new. I was actually having an issue with hearing when not on speaker and this also seemed to fix the problem, the ear piece was potentially just dirty. Thank you CPR!

Very happy they were able to fix my phone and my screen looks better than before I can’t explain how different it looks from before but my new screen looks brighter and has a great tone I will definitely be going back to fix my iPad screen they are the only place I found that actually has the size of my screen I need no other place has it in stock and I’ve checked everywhere just make sure u have an appointment they get really busy.

Personally I wouldnt take the time out of my day to write a review for a company certainly if its not worth my time or explanation. So needless to say I would never recommend this place to anyone who actually needs their cellphone repaired or fixed. I took my phone here to get the screen replaced and got my phone back later on that same day my new screen was apparently broken again, the motherboard itself. I brought it back to the place and they said let me take a look at it and see what we can do. They brought me my phone back after 15 minutes and were showing a crack in the screen saying I must have dropped my phone and thats the reason its not working again. They didnt want to fix it and still havent fixed it. They are SCAMMERS!
