I took my mom into this store today for a quick phone upgrade. Parker and Joel were awesome. We were greeted the moment we walked in, they asked all the right questions to make sure our needs were met, they were beyond thorough through every transaction, they both went above and beyond, and even walked us out when we left. This will definitely be my home AT&T store for all my needs.
The sales people are all good hereBut I want to especially mention James. He helped me with a billing issue that I requested. He solved my issue efficiently and the result exceeded my expectations.So thank you to James he very knowledgeable, courteous and a credit to the company.
I am very impressed with Parker and Austins knowledge of each device and their customer service skills are exceptional. When I had to visit that store before I cringed because it was all about sales and not truly satisfying the customer. It takes satisfied customer to improve sales.
I made an appt for a new phone. I already had my phone picked out that I wanted and I called the store yesterday to make sure they had this phone in stock. I was told they had plenty of them. Arrived for my appt this am and the sales rep just wanted to talk about selling me a different plan when All I wanted was the phone. After telling him no he went in the back to get the phone and came out saying they had none of them in stock. I am a business customer and this is terrible customer service as far as I am concerned. Why did they clearly tell me they had plenty of the phones yesterday? On top of everything else when I called last week to talk to AT &T the man could not even speak English and I ended up hanging up because he could not even understand what I was saying. So you hire sales rep in the US that cant speak our language which is English? I have been a customer for 30 years and this is the way you treat loyal customers? I will take my business somewhere else after this experience. Thanks for absolutely nothing!
Went in there today and Josh took care of us. We didnt want to walk in there and have a salesperson tell us we need to get new phones. Josh was an outstanding customer service professional! Helped me and my wife with our phone issues we were having without an upgrade! Thank you so much Josh!
Josh at Largo Mall AT&T store was fabulous! Spent over two hours helping to re-adjust my business and personal accounts after I had spent many hours on multiple calls to customer service. Cant say enough about how much he is appreciated!
We went into the store simply to upgrade my husbands phone. The rep that grabbed us brought us to the table and started asking us a bunch of questions about our jobs and stuff to try to find us a better plan. At first we were like okay but it was taking a while and we said we have att now and then he asked us about the next one up...we said we didnt want it because it had equipment and he said it was only one box. I said I know but we dont want any equipment. He said he was looking at all the packages to see how we could bundle and get more out of our plan. I said we just want a phone we are happy with everything else. My husband said if we need to leave to go get our phone we will...he said yes you can leave but I just want to go over your plan to see your options again we said we just want a phone. He said that is was a corporate store and that entertainment was just as part as the phone part. I said I understand you are doing your job which he reply is yes I am. We asked if we could just get the phone he said he would still go over our plan and options and so we walked out. We will definitely go buy our 1200$ phone somewhere else that will hopefully listen to the fact that we just want a phone and not make us feel like idiots because we dont want to change our plan. We have been a customer for a very long time so hopefully the next store helps so we can keep it that way.

After an awful interaction with the Pinellas Park store and a less than encouraging call to the 4th St corporate store we were floating between disheartened and furious all over a simple return. These two listened to our issues, came up with a quick solution, and did it with a joke and a smile. I’ve been with AT&T for for over 15 years and rarely do you find two people as knowledgeable, confident, and kind. These are the kind of folks that deserve your business. They werent rude at the Largo store but they just didnt seem interested in helping me or want to sell me a new cell phone. I went to the location on Park Blvd. - the guys on Park and Seminole were awesome and friendly and knowledgeable...I can only imagine that they dont work off commission. I told them as soon as I walked in that I wanted to buy a phone. The guy with long hair showed me one phone (which didnt work) and after I asked about another phone he said they had them in stock but I couldnt see it. He then went in the back and never came out. Thats when I searched for the next closest store. Glad I did, because the guys at Park Blvd were super helpful and got me into a new galaxy s20...
In my mind what seemed to be a difficult project of returning one phone, picking out a new phone, making sure the number transferred and doing it all between my Texas office, Florida office and my employee in Colorado. Austin was great figuring it all out and taking care of it without much trouble at all. Kinda like a magic show!It is always comforting to deal with someone who really knows what they are doing, has a positive attitude and cares about their customers enough to solve the problem.Austin made this AT&T experience a great one. Cannot locate prior review posted that I needed to update. Now will rate att 1 star, would rate .5 star if an option. My worksheet paperwork I wrote up indicated my net cost would less then what I was told when I went back to visit several days later even though the new sales guy watched me write the numbers down. Wish they had a camera in the store and could go back and play the video. Now I am out $55 for a restocking fee, at least that fact was made clear to me at time of purchase. And trust me, they simply want to point out that fee alone. Though wait, it gets better.You know that zillion page document they have you sign on the ipad. Well buried in there somewhere it says one figures you will be charged an activation fee $30 PLUS line service fee, in my case $74.73 for 9 days of phone use. So their implied policy of a $55 restocking fee fails to say...oh by the way we will hit you up for another $112.37 when you return the phone. Don’t worry att, be happy, you got me to pay another $112.37 after the fact though never a penny again from me.Plus the initial email I got from att via email after purchase had a link to their site yet the link was broken. When you finally get official hard copy paperwork in the mail from att it does indicate if you return a phone WITHIN 3 days they wave the activation fee. Thanks locate att store...for not telling me that point.Probably worth checking with Bestbuy to see all fees charged by them to return a phone. Possible it would be the same but at least I feel they will be up front on true net phone cost and insure you are advise of phone use fees.

The reps are Ok. AT&T forced their customers into contracts that prevent deleting services without paying penalties. Don’t trade you current phone for a upgrade with AT&T . They will lock you in . Buy your phone or trade it elsewhere. Bad business practice to force customers to keep services they don’t want or need
I went into the Largo Mall Store for help with my Android phone. My email wanted credentials and I did not understand what it meant..I was assisted by a Gentleman named Sean...he was the kindest man and spent time helping me get my email working...it turned out to be a Spectrum Error ‼️He helped set up an app ony phone so I can receive and send emails from my tampabay.rr.com on my Android phone.👍He was the kind of employee anyone would be lucky to have.

Sales guy lied to me and told me I needed to add a new line to get a phone upgrade. I asked him repeatedly if I really needed to, and he assured me I did. Made the mistake of trusting him, and called AT&T afterwards and they told me he had mislead me.They couldnt cancel my order on the phone so I had to go into this shop again and try and do it. No manager present, so one of them tried to help me but didnt know how. They made me return 3 days in a row trying to figure out how to undo the new line and return the phone they had ordered. They repeatedly promised it was fixed, and I still got charged $75 for a new line. Just an annoying experience, I would avoid this store.

The representatives at this location never seem to care about the problems of the customer. Ive been in twice this week and I had to practically drag the reps away from the TVs they were glued to on both occasions. They constantly seemed annoyed by my intrusion and, during my second visit, laughed in my face when I asked to speak with a manager. This came after I explained the issue on my account and was asked, And? What do you want me to do about it?Even during my first visit when I was trying to add a line to my account, the representative seemed wholly uninterested in our conversation and spoke to me like an ignorant child when I asked for specific details about the phone I was interested in.In short, the reps here are unhelpful, unprofessional, and seem to be uninterested in the accounts or issues of their customers. Your best idea is to steer clear of this location if you plan to get any answers or respect from the employees.
Once again Austin helped us make good decisions about the right deal for us. We set an early appointment and Austin was right on time, was patient to answer all our questions, and researched several options for my upgrade. Always personable and professional, Austin continues to offer exceptional customer service.

Went to the AT&T Store at Large Mall to get my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G activated. James was very helpful and transferred everything over from my old phone to the new one. He also answered all of my questions about the S20 5G.

When to the store because my grandma needed help with her iPhone set up. She barely speaks English so I needed somebody to help her. Omar the manager treated us like family. He helped her set up the phone and even when thorough on how to utilize it. Remembering this is a lady that has been utilizing a flip phone. Great employees

I went to this store it is close to where I live. I needed help connecting my new phone to my car. The 1st person asked if I could wait till somebody could help me n I said sure. When the manger we free the 1st man told him what i6 needs n he told him that he didnt need to do n advised him not to do it. He did help even tho his manger said nit6 to. Why not help me I use to be with Verizon n they NEVER refuse to help me. Very grateful for him helping against manger advise. Will NEVER go back to this store. I heard the manger telling not to do it

I returned my phone 3 days after purchasing it. Never used it because AT&T flagged my account for being a fraud risk the same day. Spent the next 2 days calling AT&T to verify my identity. Even after verification they refused to reactivate my line. I removed the phone from the box once and left everything else intact, including the screen protector. I was still charged a $55 restocking fee by the cashier Quivier R. He said the fee applies because the box was opened, but it was opened by the agent at the store when I bought it. Don’t bother with a ‘response from the owner’ they are just for show.

I understand everyone was busy, but I was not acknowledged for at least 30 minutes. At 45 minutes, I was finally asked to sign in. All I needed was someone to open up the SIM card compartment and I would have done the rest. While waiting, myself and another female customer were verbally attacked by a male customer twice. No one in the store said anything until the male customer left the store. Trust me, both attacks were heard by all. Also, a customer came in to purchase a phone case and she was taken ahead of me. Why? She probably used up the same amount of time I would have had the SIM card I was sent was not bad. In total, I was there approximately 2 hours for a 1 minute fix.
Even though I showed up to the store 10 minutes before closing, I was met with a smile and a can do attitude. The agent I worked with was very personable and funny. Helped me out with a huge problem and even pointed out good options on cases. Mad props to Nikkie
I went to the ATT Corporate store at largo Mall to try to get help resolving a problem I have been addressing with ATT since November of 2019 regarding a returned phone and was assisted by Nikie. She was able to accomplish in about 20 minutes what I failed to accomplished after spending 30+ hours on the phone, six or more case numbers, tech support and customer loyalty people plus frustration and aggravation. She did a spectacular job working the Goliath ATT machine and was able to get my problem resolved. I can’t convey how much I appreciate her help. Not only did she resolve my problem but waited until the credit posted to my account before we finished. Great job by Nikie! What an asset to ATT. I can’t imagine how much of ATT time, money and personnel are wasted because of inability to properly deal with customer issues. Nothing like dealing with a real person you can see and talk to. Again thank you Nikie for the assistance I received! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I come here regular and I always receive the best service from the store manager Logan and his team. This is a corporate store so they are able to provide exclusive promotions not available at other franchises. Ive switched to other providers and AT&T has the best value by far. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
They were lying to customers and made up policy. That they only could give a sim card is if it was for an activation. Horrible custom service. Ordered online. I will wait till the 11th. :-(
We went in knowing just what we wanted, we didnt need to be sold at all. Antoni Polanco was completely without customer service skills. He didnt even attempt to hide his disdain at having to assist us, so much so that we left and completed the phone transfer ourselves. Our next step may have to be a different phone carrier. I am not usually so bothered by such immature behavior, but at some point something has to be said.One star is one too many...
This AT&T location does not tell you everything, they only tell you what they think we’ll sell. Went in for a upgrade and the buy one get one came with fine print I was not told about Then you get your first bill and that is when you see all the extra fees they didn’t tell you about. You call AT&T office and they tell you sorry you signed up for it. They don’t care that you were not informed and lied too. Even after I have told them I have been with them for over 10yrs and they see it on my account. I guess customer loyalty doesn’t matter to them. Now instead of buy one get one I’m now paying for 2 phones at $950 each. Will be changing companies soon. Oh and don’t even get Direct TV a lot of very fine print. Thank you Specteum for buying me out of my contract with them. So much happier with Spectrum. I would give them no stars if I could.

DO NOT GO HERE! The staff here will leave you waiting for hours. Let me repeat, THE STAFF WILL LEAVE YOU WAITING AROUND FOR HOURS. And believe me I am a reasonable person and never leave bad reviews for businesses. However this business was the exception. The customer service here was very poor. I had only wanted to talk to a service representative for a minute about a simple question I had. However they decided to put me on a waiting list and I had to wait for over an hour and a half to be seen!! And I was only the THIRD person on the list. Also it probably took longer for them to sign me in to their fancy high tech computer system then it did to help me with my problem. The staff seemed as if they didnt care that they left me waiting so long. They were moving very slowly and did were taking their sweet time before they would see me. I felt like I was at a doctors office, it was absurd. I ended up going across the street to the Best Buy mobile and was helped in a couple minutes. THIS STORE SUCKS, plain and simple.

I had quite the day there yesterday. Their store phone wasn’t working when I tried to call randomly for hours throughout the day (from 10am - 3pm) to ensure they had the devices I wanted in stock. So, I made an appointment online and showed up to have several phones upgraded. When I got there to check in, the guy clearly didn’t want to listen to what I had to say and didn’t go check for the devices. My mom, brother and I waited 20 minutes for a different young man to come over (who also clearly didn’t want to be there) and ask us what we wanted to do. After explaining I’d spoken to apple care that morning (which he scoffed at) and wanted to upgrade 3 phones to the iPhone 7s, not the 8 or X because I don’t want any of us having a phone with a glass back on it. This young man definitely didn’t want to help us after I shot down his making even more commission. Only then did anyone check to see if the phones were in stock. Not a single iPhone 7 in that store. I wasted an hour of my time at this point so I was not pleased. I asked if they could check other stores in the area for me, I got eye rolling for that request because the staff were too busy boomeranging on their phones by throwing beads in the air for pride day instead of helping customers. When 3 phones were located at 2 different stores they refused to call said stores to ask them to hold the phones for customers who were driving over ASAP. I’m more than disappointed with the staff at this location. After all this we went to the 66th street location by Tyrone mall and they were professional and helpful and kind to us.
Inadvertently touched a key that ran an installation that brought in junk. Technician cleaned everything up in 5 minutes. Love this store, these employees and their abilities!
The Manager here (Joshua) is a rock star. His staff was very friendly and informed. I left with feeling all my questions were answered. Cant wait to cancel Verizon and go back to this location and sign up with AT&T.

I was in there yesterday adding my daughter and son in law to my plan. We were helped by Nikie G and she was amazing! Very knowledgeable and funny and personable. It takes some time to add two new lines from another carrier but she made the time fly by. Great experience!
This place is great. Dont listen to the idiot that said they didnt want to do anything about his phone, they cant downgrade the software. That guy is an idiot. Everyone there is great. The managers are nice, especially after they get a fresh haircut. Austin is probably the most good looking guy that is left, and Todd is awesome because he is Todd. Dont go there if you are wasting time, its rude. They are there to sell you stuff, so if you dont want that, buy online and do it all yourself.
I have been to this store a few times and the service has really improved. The last time I was in I was helped by Jen and she was very nice, not pushy either which was very nice to find. I needed a new phone because mine went through the wash and she helped me with everything I needed. I will be going back to her whenever I need something in the future!!

Absolutely a GREAT experience ... thanks to Brian who met us at the door (we had an appointment) ... within a minute we were seated, discussing & working with our phones. It is an extremely busy place ... and unlikely that impatient people will have their expected walk-in shopping experience .... so make an appointment ... youll be much happier.
The staff has always been great but they don’t have enough people working. I waited an hour to get help. (Once I got help, it was great.) There were some older people waiting and no chairs for them. Their new waiting list system has not made them more efficient. I did learn that it is possible to make an appointment, something that I was unaware of previously. Since I have not tried that, I do not know how much that will help the wait time.
Busted my phones screen recently, went in to find out if I was eligible for an upgrade and to see what I would get if I filed a claim since I had insurance. There must have been 8 employees there, it was a Saturday, and I was greeted before the door could even close behind me by Jason. He was very friendly, very patient, and didnt try to ram product down my throat. He told me my options and what to expect when filing a claim. After a discussion I left the store only to come back in 5 minutes later. Again, knowing I probably wasnt going to swing for the upgrade he stilled answered a few more questions I had. I assume they work on some kind of commission but you would never have known by talking to him. Very patient and helpful. Ive been to this store a few times in the last 2 years and can say that its been the best AT&T location Ive used thus far. Thanks guys, especially Jason.
After spending 2 hours on phone there are 2 apparent items:1. ATT does care about customer service once they have you in contract.2. If you are told something in the store, ensure that the SALES agent documents it in the system. Your word is not good enough.
Manager is useless. Was willing to let a customer stand and wait for 45 minutes for one of the two sales rep to finish with their current customers so they could assist me with porting my number out. Meanwhile, he sat at an empty table playing with a pen and diddling on his ipad. Will be paying the $45 restock fee. Blessing in disguise that I was unable to port out my number. Makes the transition back to my previous carrier much easier. Thank you for reminding my why I switched from at&t in the first place! 👍

Even though its technically a corporate store they dont have access to anything inside their internal computer systems which is completely unhelpful whatsoever and dont even bother trying to call them because they will never pick up the phone because they are always understaffed. Waste of time youre better off trying to call customer service and dealing with an issue as you may have other than that all youre going to do is irritate Yourself by even trying to go there. And for anyone thats trying to just pay their bill FYI you can do that directly right through your app you do not need to go to that location to go ahead and pay a bill!

Well to start off with I had a very pleasant experience at the Largo Mall AT&T store. The manager Logan was very professional as were his people that worked for him. Originally I had a very bad experience trying to order a phone on the phone since August 24th it was canceled four times, they had the wrong email address everything was a mess. So at that point I decided to take a trip to the store today and I was very pleased with customer service satisfaction guaranteed. I highly recommend if youre planning on ordering a phone or anything go to the Largo Mall AT&T store you will not regret your visit. Even though the arrow was not on their part at the AT&T store in Largo Mall I was compensated very well for all the inconvenience I had consumed since August 24th until today.🤗 I did leave the store with everything that was promised and a working phone thank you AT&T in Largo Mall.

Been going there for about 2 years. We have always had great customer service. I have never felt pressured or rushed. The only thing is we switched to them because of a company discount but even though we had asked a few times, it was never applied until recently. Other than that I really have nothing bad to say about it.

Horrible experience with this place!! This happened on March 8th, 2018 around 7 at night. Woman that dealt with on night shift is a big liar!! Refused to take care of what I needed. Lied about everything she could to avoid helping me. Only reason I know is, I called AT&T customer care after I walked out of the store, and they did exactly what I wanted. Would not recommend her, as she openedly admitted to telling a lot of people the same thing she told me, and what told me was all LIES!!!!! She is misrepresenting the company, and will not tell you the truth. Argued with me for 15 minutes about something I knew wasnt true. Said she told people this all the time, and hated doing it!! Then why lie in the first place?!! Dishonest woman!!!!

Horrible customer service, you walk in and no one pays attention to you, you have to ask someone to help you, and that is if you can figure out the staff vs patron, cause everyone is only looking at their phone. Best Buy is much better option to buy your phone, so much more knowledgeable and dont try to sell you everything in the store
I had the worst experience at this store today Dec 13, 2017 around 3pm. I went in there with my son to purchase Apple headphones for my son, and a charger for myself. I entered the store, went on to look for what I wanted, found them, held them and stood and waited for almost 10mins and not a soul said a word to me. I stood right in front of the cash register. Meanwhile there was a sales associate at the cash register who had seen me but failed to even say a word like we are busy and will attend to you soon. We were totally ignored. My 14yr old son probably out of discomfort said Mom maybe we should leave.As I was leaving a lady standing nearby shrugged and gave me the pitiful I am sorry look. Yes I know these sales associates make money off commission, so if you go in there and you are not there to sign a contract you are not worth anything them. Maybe this at&t store should stop selling accessories.This is not my first time there. I have been with ar&t for over 6yrs and have been to this store. The attitude and behavior of the associates there now are horrible and a disgrace to the company. Every sales associate that was there today at the above mentioned time is a disgrace and should not be in customer service. I will not go to this store again and I will make sure no one I know steps there.I would rate zero if I could!!
