Took my ford truck there for alignment because they did an awesome job on my mustang and explorer. No one else could do the mustang because it was lowered. They had the rack to put it on because they work on the low corvettes. So when they put my truck up they realized the aftermarket wheels could possibly be scratched from their machine. They called me to tell me I would have to take it elsewhere,were willing to lose the money for the service rather than risk damage. Appreciate Greg in service for his honesty. Topnotch and awesome social skills which are lacking this day and age,keep doing what you are doing and making customer service a priority!!!

We purchased 2 vehicles from Faulkner and are very pleased with them. We purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion and a 2010 Dodge Journey. I really like that I can drop a vehicle off at the service center and they were able to shuttle me to work and back to Faulkner at the end of the day. Everyone is very easy to work with their. The sales person who sold us our vehicles was very knowledgeable in both the vehicles. The whole process was very smooth. I would highly recommend them.
