Took my car in to get my tire fixed and had to go back again because it wasn’t fixed the first time. The star is for the guy taking in my info he was very nice but as for whoever worked on my car zero putting my tire with the problem to the rear is not fixing it. I could’ve done that myself and saved $300 if that would’ve fixed it.

I was helped with a damaged harness that was a struggle issue to get covered by the warranty due to an aftermarket system and remote start. Of course dealers assume its the after market equipment causing the issue when they cannot figure out what is wrong. After paying to remove all aftermarket equipment out of the vehicle and extra for JonesAcura to troubleshoot, it was discovered that the issue was the harness and had nothing to do with my aftermarket equipment. Warranty paid a percentage after i was helped by the service advisor. I went in to pay and had a wild card coupon that said i can save on service repair that was done and received a call saying i cannot use the coupon due to warranty paying for a portion and that my repair was not included. Really misleading especially when the coupon had no restriction or disclaimers on it. Just had to spend over a certain limit to get a certain percentage off. How can you put things on your website and not honor your very own coupon. First and last time i will take it to JonesAcura.

I purchased my first Acura (RDX) this year and have been very happy with my decision. John was a great salesperson, patient, and helpful. I wasnt in a hurry to buy - he did a great job of staying in touch without me feeling pressured. Ultimately, he knew exactly what I was looking for and notified me as soon as it became available. The RDX is a dream on the highway, and I especially love the comfortable seats and full view moonroof. I even called John while I was on a road trip, as I needed help with the navigation. He explained what I needed to do and I was so grateful. I hope to enjoy the RDX for many years to come!

Jones Acura has always been a pleasure to deal with. Recently decided to retire my 2012 Jeep GC and the new 2022 MDX caught my eye. We stopped in to look at the MDX on July 23. John D. met us and took us on a test ride. John was the perfect sales person – he explained everything to ensure a safe and pleasurable test ride and answered all questions quickly and understandably. John was very knowledgeable, courteous, easy to talk to and we appreciated his no pressure approach. We decided on the Fathom Blue Pearl which they unfortunately did not have on the lot or had coming in. But, they were able to locate one and have it on the lot ready to go in less than a week. Another thing I appreciated was John’s communication with us. He kept us informed every step of the way (through texting which was our preferred method) and was very efficient. I recently took possession of a new 2021 Acura TLX with the Advance Package. This car certainly has all the options I have come to expect on a luxury vehicle, including superior safety features (my top consideration), but so very many more technological features that were well above and beyond my expectation. My husband and I are from NY and we were shopping for an MDX in a specific color. I would highly recommend working with Andy. He was pleasant to speak to, helpful and provided a fast response to all my questions. We were about to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, but last minute, we got word that our local dealer reduced the price on the MDX that we had our eye on and the price was closer to our original budget. However, we were willing to make the 3.5 hour drive from Long Island to PA for the MDX because Andy was so pleasant to work with. I had also been in contact with another PA Acura dealer and the salesman was very rude to me once I indicated that we had seen other comparable vehicles at a lower price. They were selling their MDX about $800 less than Jones Acura and they were closer in distance, but I refused to work with a rude sales person so I told him we were no longer interested and instead decided to look elsewhere. One of the few Dealerships who has a group of employees who care about their customer with a wonderful work ethic. Was in for service and watched how they all interact with each other and with the customer. Details are so important to this crew they were all working on customer needs with pending storm. From Sales through Service working together. The mechanics doing all work promised and found a little problem on something small and fixed it. They know the product inside and out. Good feeling. Purchased a certified pre-owned 2015 Acura TLX V6 Advanced with 7,400 miles in November of that year. They were very nice and easy to deal with at the time of the sale. Never had one problem with the car in the four years I owned it.When I was looking to trade it, I went back to Joness to see if we could do business again. This time, however, they werent quite as friendly. They just didnt seem as eager to do business this time around. Since I would have had to travel almost 150 miles to do business with them again, it didnt seem worth it. So I bought my new car elsewhere. To this day I dont know what the problem was!

Stopped in to check out an Acura RDS to see if an RDS would be easier for transporting our LAB than our TL. We owned and liked Acura so we wanted to stay with the Acura brand if possible. I recently purchased an MDX from Jones Acura during the Covid-19 Pandemic. I had been in contact with Will for a few weeks about the vehicle prior to driving to Jones Acura from Northern Virginia (2.5 Hour drive). While the transaction was quite different due to the Covid-19 requirements, Will and Jason were knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout the process. My experience with both gentlemen was exceptional and I highly recommend this dealership and particularly Will and Jason if you are looking for an Acura; and more importantly if you are looking to be treated well in the process.

Went to some other dealerships before going to Jones after feeling like I was being forced to compromise on the color combo TLX I wanted. I came in and Will, the finance manager, told me he’d make a deal with me. Needless to say, I got the color TLX I wanted even though they had to go get it from Philadelphia. Never felt pressured. Decided I wanted to change to an RDX recently. Will helped me yet again make a deal I was happy with. Andy, the salesman, made sure everything in my RDX was setup how I wanted it to be and he made sure to address any questions I had. They both were incredibly nice. Justin in the service department has also always been really helpful with any maintenance. If you’re looking at an Acura I really recommend Jones. They’ve always been helpful and professional to me.

Just leased an Acura RDX. Great car and great buying experience, despite the COVID restrictions. Was able to take a test drive in a very clean/sanitized vehicle and the rest of the negotiations and transaction details were handled via phone calls, texts and emails, with the exception of the final paperwork which was done in the dealership office, behind a plexiglass screen. My Jones Sales Consultant, Andy Pilotti, did a great job of communicating and working with me and made the whole process relatively simple and satisfactory.

The dealer thoughtfully has acted responsibly in protecting customers from Covid-19. I purchased my new RDX from Jason Ness who was outstanding. It was the second car Ibought from Jason. He provided clear, straightforward explanations and replied promptly to my questions. The staff is friendly and courteous. The dealership offers free WiFi, coffee, donuts and bagels as well as water. The waiting area is neat and roomy. My only issue is its very pricey but it is an Acura.

I purchased a CPO Acura online during the COVID-19 sales process.I inquired online about the vehicle and Andy Pilotti contacted me. I discussed the vehicle I was interested in and wanted to look at and test drive. I got to the dealership and Jason Ness met me and sanitized the vehicle before my test drive. He looked at my trade-in while I test drove the vehicle. Upon my return, he sanitized my vehicle before I left.The price negotiation was done by email and phone and was simpler than I thought. Andy Pilotti was always available and got back to me promptly. Also, Will Cross was able to get me additional information that I had requested.Jason Ness handled the final paperwork which was completed very quickly and efficiently.While I hope this does not become the ‘new normal’ for purchasing a vehicle, I would recommend the online process and Jones Acura.Thank you, Andy, Jason, and Will for this unique car buying experience.

Speaking to the service center only. These guys are great! They usually get my car done ahead of when the promised and I fee l like I can trust them. Some of the services they offer are a little on the pricey side, but its worth the piece of mind knowing that I have Acura techs working on my car.

Jones Acura understands giving people impeccable service. My only complaint is that they unfortunately give you amazing loaners that just give you car envy. If you can get past that, youll just love them. Justin H is such an asset to their dealership 😊

I just purchased my first Acura from Jones a few weeks ago. I worked with Jason and Will and am very happy with the experience of purchasing my new RDX. During the process, if I emailed or called, I received a prompt response answering my questions. In fact, I emailed Will on a Sunday morning at 7:41 am with a few questions I had after my visit to the dealership the day before and he responded to me by 10:00 am the same Sunday morning answering all of my questions! I had two very minor issues after purchasing my car that brought me back to the dealership, and both times everything was handled promptly and professionally. Jason even washed my car for me both times! I live in York but it has been worth the drive to Lancaster to purchase my RDX!
