Purchased a vehicle from here that was completely unsafe to drive.About a month after purchasing my vehicle I had noticed a loud grinding noise coming from the rear of my vehicle, the entire wheel hub unit was rusted and the frame had completely rusted through as well and would not pass an inspection. Took it to two separate garages who stated the vehicle is not worth the price of the repairs. The seller covered up the visible rust underneath by repainting the entire vehicle and only the visible rust areas underneath. I highly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible.

This wasnt the first time I have bought a car from L.A.D. Its actually my 5th car and every car I bought Ive kept until I treaded up or gave to my sibling. This last time I was in a tight situation and needed a nice reliable car with a limited budget. After looking all day with disappointments. I stopped by and checked Ben & Eddie out and found a better car then I expected and could afford well with in my budget and made sure everything was good before I left the lot. I should of made this my first stop instead of my last. Thanks to the L.A.D. crew for helping me find what I wanted in so little time. Peace and God Bless.

The best auto detail of lancaster

Would not do business with these guys again they sold me a vehicle that needed tons of work and did nothing to help.

Absolutely horrible! We bought a used car from them in 2017 and it didnt even make it to the highway! The car shut off while running and would not restart! Then, in writing Lancaster Auto said that they would split the cost of towing and the repairs to get the car running and keep the car running. We accepted this offer in good faith. However Lancaster Auto Sales did not follow through with what they said they would! After we contacted Pennsylvania Consumer Affairs, Lancaster Auto replied to Pennsylvania Consumer Affairs with a lie saying that they tried to resolve the issue with us! Which they did not. What they did was stop all contact with me once I sent them faxes of the mechanics receipts and the towing receipts. And never answered my calls or texts after that. Stay away from Lancaster Auto! They will sell you a car that should not be sold and then they will not follow up and keep their promise!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE STAY FAR AWAY. Owner is dishonest and misleading.

I purchased a 2010 jeep compass in July of 2018, Just a few days after purchasing the vehicle it turned off in the middle of the road. It is now April 2019 and the car is past the point of repair. It is currently the shop with the cost of repair being over 70k. I am disgusted because when I was sold the car the car salesmen was well aware that I was an out of state college student who needed a reliable vehicle to be able to travel from Pa to Ga, and instead I was sold a piece of junk and taken advantage of. Yall not even worth a star, I had to rate at least one star to even be able to make this post. Moral of the story is, DO NOT purchase anything from this place!!!

Went here today to have my car detailed and they were just outstanding. They went way out of their way to make sure my car was cleaned as fast as possible and were incredibly friendly and kind. A lot of times people will say car guy will try to con women into paying extra and what not but I think their price was very fair and they really did an excellent job. I would reccomend this place to anyone within 40 miles of this place.

The worst mistake of my life was trusting unscrupulous and scamming people like those people, starting with the Head of the place who is the worst person I have ever met, he is a swindler and a liar ... they sold me a car that supposedly it was ready and they did not give me a guarantee for the car and in less than a month the air conditioning, the heating broke down and after 27 days of buying it, the engine melted and when I went to where they treated me as the worst The boss did not want to attend to me and the puppet that he has as an employee told me that this is not their problem because that car had no guarantee ... I lost the car and everything I had saved I also lost because I had used all my savings in that car 😞😞😞 .... Please do not trust them, they are very friendly at first but if you have any problems with the car they are not responsible ... Do not make the mistake that I made of trusting these scammers for please ... Thank you so much
