Stopped here about 3 years ago to look at something pushed off to the side behind other cars. They were super friendly and helpful they quickly rearranged things to give me more space and the ability to test drive. They werent pushy at all. Great people to work with. They even ran it to the gas station and gave me a little more fuel because I lived so far away and warmed it up while we talked because it was FREEZING that day! 10/10 recommend!

My son was in need of a car because his was totaled out and we had one day to get him one. We went all over and test drove several cars that were meh. 3 Didgit was the last place we went and thank goodness we did. We got my son a clean, well maintained and not rusted 2002 Jeep Liberty sport. Everyone wa great there and honest about the vehicles. We were able to get a great deal since we were in a strict budget. Couldnt be happier and my son loves the car. You can tell they take pride in what they sell. Every car was clean inside and out.

My son was in dire need of a vehicle, and I drove from Charlotte, NC because we Know John is honest about his cars and would put us in the Best car for our money. We test drove several cars and all of them were priced good, but decided on a 2008 Jeep GRAND CHEROKEE. It looked to be excellent ( INSIDE AND OUT).He gave us an unbelievable deal so we bought it and brought it back to Charlotte.The car has been a Huge Blessing and is still running great with no issues.I would Highly recommend 3 Digit Auto to Anyone looking for a Great Deal, and an Honest Staff.

My son purchased a truck less than a year ago, He went to a mechanic to get his truck aligned and maintenance done on it and they refused to work on it because when they put it on the lift they noticed that the frame was broken on both side and that it had been welded together, Because of liability purposes, they wouldnt work on it, My sons safety and health is the most important to me. He has made every payment on time and for him to find out that it isnt safe to drive is BS. The mechanic told him that where my son bought the truck, that they should have disclosed this information to him and that THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE SOLD IT WITH THE FRAME IN THAT CONDITION! So they are going to be sued!!!!!

I bought a car from them and within a few days the battery started going bad so I had to replace it. Then not to long after that I needed to replace the battery terminals and cables. Things were fine and then my car started to make horrible noises which turned out that the compressor and condenser to the air conditioner needed replaced which was almost $900. Just when things couldn’t get worse the water pump went bad and also needed replaced. Along with that I had to do minor repairs/maintenance like new tires, new wheel studs because some were broken (I don’t know how my tire didn’t fly off when I was driving), brakes and routers. (Total for all repairs: $1,500-$2,000) Then comes down to the last few months I had the car: the CV joints needed replaced, the suspension was shot, the power steering was making noises and to top it off my motor completely went bad. With what it will cost to replace and fix it is not worth the value of the car. So now I am out of a car that I didn’t even have for a year! Don’t be like me, don’t buy a lemon!

Took my daughter to purchase her first car. Although we didnt get a car yet would definitely recommend them just because of the great service 😊

Bought 2 cars off of them in August, one being a ‘04 Audi A4, second one being an ‘08 Chrysler town and country. Firs the Audi, drove off the lot to subway 2 miles down the road and noticed it missing, did a tune up helped for a couple miles, fast forward have replaced; oil cooler, oil pressure sensor, mass air flow sensor, turbo, and now it’s in my garage due to a bad head, so $3,000 later might be all the issues, paid $3,000 cash for it. Put 100 miles on it since august...Now, the Chrysler town and country; bought it knowing it would need brakes, didn’t know I’d have to cut off the rims to get to them, I paid $3,500 cash for It, everything on it is rusted, including the oil drain plug, also 5 studs were broke in that process and replaced, replaced rear calipers, pads, and all 4 rotors, and still doing work to it!When we talked to them all they would do is help with rims for Chrysler, (never heard back from them on that) and they took off the taxes for the Audi ($201, already paid most of them)This is the 3rd car I’ve bought from them, first one was great, the last 2 were junk and I won’t be returning, nor will I recommend them!

The first vehicle I bought was a great car, the second I had problems from the first week! They always made excuses as to why they werent able to fix it that day. I went back to ask them to fill transmission fluid, they said they did but didnt use the fluid I brought with me. They also quoted me 1500 to trade in my car but said to wait until the weekend to bring it back in. the transmission blew the next day!!!long story short they knocked off 400 from the sale price of the new car.... it broke down the day after we bought it... now theyre giving problems about fixing it!!!!

Bought a truck here. They said it just wasnt run since they got it. The battery was dead so they put another one in so we could test drive it. It started ticking and promised it would go away.....$3000 lately the truck is fixed after spending $5000 on the truck its self. Horrible place. Buyers beware!

The cars were in terrible shape after being told there was nothing wrong. Wouldnt work with us on a deal, and the cars barely ran.

Bought a car there a few months ago and got a deal because the breaks needed bled. A month later the head gasket goes out and there is not even a resale value to it anymore. Thanks 3 digit auto sales Im glad I at least didnt die while I was driving it. Now to figure out what to do with a car that still has temp tags on it and a blown head gasket. I hope the cheap sale was worth the future bad rep I am about to start contributing to.

I got a car from this people about 2 months ago now it has had nothing but problems since we got it; when we tried to speak to them about it the said when you buy a car at such a low price your buying from the bottom of the barrel, the first day we had this car the break lines broke the fixed and now 2 month layers something else goes wrong, don’t Go to these guys they will sell you lemon and not give a damn about put you out either.
