Took my car to Faulkner in for service. Went through Bret for all the work being done. Everything went perfectly, all issues were addressed and was very transparent with the process. Originally was told it could take 3-5 weeks for all of my parts to come in and they arrived faster than expected. We scheduled an appointment for the work to be done. Would highly recommend to another person with a BMW, without a doubt. Clean facilities with a lot of amenities and a very friendly staff.

My recent car service experience with Faulkner BMW was excellent with skilled professional input and open discussion with the service personnel. The service was timely and prompt and the few questions I proposed were handled smoothly by the service agent assigned at the facility. I opted to wait rather than use their valet service because the work needed was minimal and they seem to expedite my service to minimize my wait.

We worked with Devin, he was such a nice guy. There was no pushiness from him or anyone that we talked with. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and made to feel welcome. Faulkner BMW is over an hour drive for us, the experience we had there made it definitely worth the extra miles to get there.

After initially screwing up the service appointment, Faulkner quickly located the missing airbags and sent a repairman to my residence to install the recalled items on site. The service rep was a very polite and competent mechanic who installed the airbags in quick time. He also took the initiative to determine that my other BMW had two outstanding recalls.

My original lease was expiring, and was looking to see what options existed. The staff are just fantastic - they all work to answer all questions, they are all very welcoming, and they create a wonderful experience for the transition. I ended up ordering a new car for my new lease, and I could not be happier with the communications, updates, and process. I highly recommend Faulkner BMW for your automotive needs! My first experience at Faulkner (and first experience buying a BMW) was very favorable - from the salesman to the finance manager. Although I havent had an opportunity to drive the car extensively, the car handles and rides beautifully. But what would one expect from a BMW?I would highly recommend a BMW and buying it from Faulkner for a seamless experience.

We traveled from Florida to pick up a 2020 430i that had every option we had been looking for. It was previously under contract, fell through, and we were called to see if we were still interested. We were even offered a fair price in trade for our 2015 model 435i sight unseen until we drove it in. We are enjoying our new ride!

I friend told me that BMW has a machine that can do it without damaging the wheels. I took them there cost me 140 bucks and was done in about a hour. I found the staff friendly but the service department is far too overpriced. I should be able to trust that I’m getting a fair bill for my service.

Spent over $4300 on engine repairs and they couldnt bother to wash it before giving it back to me, the invoice actually included listing of a complementary wash and vacuum valued at $10 each. This car was DIRTY when I retrieved it - just makes me wonder what else they neglected to do it they skipped something so blatant. Concerning that this was the impression they left me with. Yes, the repairs seem to have been done successfully, but it just irritated me that after paying that much for engine repairs (a BMW issue....) my first stop had to be at a carwash.

We had an excellent experience buying our BMW X3 at Faulkner, from Rob in sales to the BMW Genius, Tanner, who explained all the cars features, and everyone else in between. There were no games or gimmicks, just straight forward communications resulting in the best price. The repair team provides a complimentary vehicle each time when needed. The repair options can be discussed/authorized in person or via a detailed service plan online, and the repair work is done only on the terms I agree to be serviced. The only constructive feedback I have to provide is that the service center may forget to call you to tell you the service was completed if the work takes more than a couple days.

My x3 was in need of coolant and an inspection. I received an email from the service department with a great deal; for inspection. So I jumped at the chance to schedule my service. BMW knew of certain problems with 2013-2104 X3s and the drive-train. I had to sell my X3 (even though it was paid off!)because Faulkner wanted $10k to make repairs. The vehicle only had 62k miles. Not happy with Faulkner or BMW

I recently purchased a car from Faulkner. I would say that I had a good, but not quite great experience. There were some issues that came up surrounding the delivery that were satisfactorily addressed.On delivery day, due to scheduling issues associated with the aforementioned problem, I found the experience to be a bit of a mess.The gentleman in the finance office was a bit pushy, which I suppose should be expected, but nevertheless I found annoying.To end on a positive note, the sales manager and my salesman Rob were great to deal with, and at the end of the day, I would buy here again.

I was visiting family and about 25 miles from home when my car starting flashing signals and forced me to pull over. Negotiations occurred mostly through email and Greg was completely patient and thorough (without being pushy or rude as some other dealers I contacted were) during the process and worked with my on my trade-ins value sight unseen. The actual documentation and signature process with the finance manager hit a few snags which were resolved mostly to my satisfaction (this was not my favorite part of the overall experience). Ive had the vehicle for almost 3 weeks now and I still have a smile on my face when I drive it. Overall I rate Faulkner BMW 5 stars because I feel that I got a fair deal on a very good vehicle.

Great job. In and out with no charge. My car developed streaks down the doors from apparently the anti corrosion material within the doors that was difficult for me to get off. They buffed them out in short order, and I was on my way

Service on my ‘14 335 has been an overall great experience at Faulkner. Whether it’s the availability of a loaner, convenience of scheduling appointments online or the ability to wait while quick services are completed, the facility and offerings meet my needs. The service team from the initial arrival and greeting through write-up and explanation of what is scheduled, both current and upcoming, with explanation on completion and even an escort out of the garage for a visual with the tech, all add up to a very professional experience.

I purchased a CPO 335i with 33k mile and upon initial inspection, I noticed the clear coat on the front bumpers retractable headlamp washer cover had been flaking off. I asked the sales agent Gregory if it had ever been in an accident and he assured me it has not. They painted the headlamp washer cover before I picked up the vehicle the next day, so that should have been a dead give away that the car had been painted before, but I trusted that since its a BMW CPO that it was probably a fluke. I was dead wrong. At 45k miles, the front bumpers clear coat had started to peel near the emblem, and the rear spoilers clear coat had completely disintegrated. I took it back to the dealer and they informed me that the bumper had been resprayed by the previous owner and therefore will not cover for the damages. They claim they had no way of knowing. It took the service manager a few minutes to see that the bumper had been sprayed before and the fact that they had to repaint the small cover should have given them a chance to inspect the paint and disclose this information upon purchasing. They just wanted to make a quick bucks and once they have your money they dont care about you. This is my 3rd BMW and the last. Its a shame since BMWs are fine vehicles but fraudulent dealers like Faulker tarnish that name.
