Came here with a friend who will be moving north Mid May and was surprised to see Storage Etc in Washington. My gf rents one in California and small world finding one here. The staff as expected, is super friendly and helpful of my friends needs. Security cameras everywhere, coded indoor entry for the inside storage and monitored security after the office hours. He is definitely coming back here to rent a storage unit.

My Experience involved working with knowledge Staff. Overall opinion is that the Management maintained Exemplary performance and untiring Patience while dealing with myself/Unit. Although I experienced numerous setbacks resulting in Late Payments and hardship the Staff worked with me professionally in 100% of all cases ensuring I received the Best Service possible.

Looks like a fairly new storage. The lobby is cute and welcoming with nice art. They have great customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Ive been a customer for 3-4 years now! Worked with different staff throughout that time and they were all awesome! Decided to get another unit and the guy there now, (Larry) accommodated all my needs and requests. Friendly and professional service. They are very affordable! Both, units and grounds are kept neat and clean and their hours are great too!😊👍

This place has been around forever and Ive rented here and again over the years. Its had a lot of updates over the last several 5 years or so. It is looking better than ever and the office people are really on it. And lots of cameras and security too. It remains my go-to storage place in the area.

We had to move unexpectedly and have never had to use storage before. The office staff was helpful in picking out the right unit. The area is fenced and they have lots of cameras, too. I feel safe having my belongings here.

I have been storing here since 2008. When I started, I enjoyed the whole experience. Jeanette and Aaron made the change from the previous owners to the current owners easy.

I would like to thank corp. I spoke to him and explained that Larry was the reason were moving. This faculties has been good to me to 4 years and the prices are reasonable. Just have issues with the manager Larry so decided to move my 10 X 20 unit. So just remember that if you have doubt call Corp and im sure he will rectify it for you as when i spoke he was very understanding and compassionate. Or Brittney is also very helpful and pleasant.This storage place is great, the ladies in the office are very helpful and friendly. No better place to rent storage than here

I love this place! I live the way in Puyallup and chose to get a storage here. No hidden fees what so ever. Just bring your own lock unless you want to purchase from them. Management is AWESOME. The ladies there are the greatest! If I could only remember their name:(

Typical as far as storage units go. Average sizes decent prices. Lots of updating the facility and the place is kept clean. Most importantly the lady that works in the front office is kind, normal and professional to work with.

We looked EVERYWHERE for affordable car storage. Theyve got tons of cameras and are real nice too.

The people that work there have always been great. However, stopped by my unit to get something and found that the building my unit is in has been over run with roaches. They said they just discovered them within the last week or so. Im really disappointed that they didnt let their tenants know that their units had been compromised with bugs that will survive a nuclear war.

So pleased with our experience! Yesterday my husband stopped in to inquire about a 5x5 unit Jeanette was very kind and efficient. We were able to look at the available unit and determine it was exactly what we needed. The process was fast and easy! I like all the improvements and alot of good lighting and security cameras throughout the property (both inside the buildings and outside as well). We came to Storage Ect. after visiting another storage business several blocks down Pacific Highway and getting a very Sales Pitch-y attitude and being told that their 5x5 units were over $80 a month and that no other storage business in all of Lakewood would be less expensive. We were told straight out to not expect a price difference than more than $5-8 per month. Well that sales person was WRONG!!! The unit we rented at Storage Ect was nearly half the price of the competition a few blocks down the road!!!! Thank you Storage Ect. for being a efficient, affordable, and HONEST business!
