Had ordered from Uline go missing. The desk clerk who worked there forever quit after Christmas. So reordered items and had them delivered by UPS. The new desk clerk Bob even carried the two large boxes out to my van. Then a few days later he called to tell me that my first order was found in the back supply room. When could I come pick them up? I give the staff here ten gold 🥇 ⭐✨✨

So far my experience with century 21 self storage has been positive. I was looking for storage to secure my motorcycle. I cant remember the young ladys name that helped me but she game me all the information UP FRONT so I could make an informed decision. Other then that staff is pleasant and the facility is always clean and secure. If your looking for a place these good folks should be on it!!

Originally we called and spoke with a lady and she was very helpful and made sure we got the best deal possible on prices. Then when we showed up at the storage, the guy at the counter was just as helpful and walked us around showing us the different sizes to make sure we got the size we needed. The price was great, they had amazing specials and the staff was very friendly. We were in and out of there. I also like the fact that they have actual hours and arent open 24hrs because the location is not ideal. The double gated entrance definitely makes me feel like my stuff will be secure. We would definitely recommend this place.

Had a rocky start with my move in, I had gotten a messed up lock, they provide locks and keys for clients, this is not optional, anyway, my key got stuck in the lock in the locked door, unfortunately I still had things I needed to store but improvised a short term remedy. I had to leave the facility with my key stuck in the lock and it just so happened to be the day the on site employee was helping a relative move. Everything got fixed with the key the next morning and all my interactions with this business since have been satisfactory.

Updated:so there I was at 7 am Saturday morning, my key somehow frozen into my lock, I called the office and left a message. This cylinder lock was sold to me and could not free my key. I was stuck trying to free my key to secure my stuff so I could go home, I could not access or remove my key. I even screwed my hand up trying to free the key, Now I have to wait, my lock screwed up till someone gets back to me... great. Update: They did get back to me within a few hours, and even the district office called me. so that was nice.

This guy was so fast at helping me right before closing! He rented me a unit w/ 2 mins to spare. And they dont make you pay them for insurance like Public Storage does-so they can pocket that money every month. And I can access my unit from 6am-10pm! & if by chance you are still there when the gate hours are about to be closed, they arent rude & they dont yell at you. Thank you for being decent! Also they have huge ceilings! So you can stack your stuff up higher.

Very nice manager, Courtney. Contract is month to month, no hassles, worry free storage. Units come with its own lock, the cylinder type, padlocks do not fit. Cameras everywhere, manager lives onsite. I also got a mailbox from them. But weekends are very busy, I suggest moving in or out on weekdays.

The people who work at this facility are very kind and respectful. They know their residents and always have a smile and kind word for them. I have a storage unit and P.O. and never have to worry about the safety of my storage or my mail and packages. I would recommend their facility to everyone wanting a safe place for their items.

When I had to move my mom into an assisted living home and I was looking for a storage place close to where I live, I found Century 21. I liked the fenced-in area, the security and the fact that the manager lives onsite. I not only got one storage for me, but also one for my moms stuff. Prices are very reasonable.....the office is very clean and the people are extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this storage to others.

My husband and I found Century 21 online and received a discount. We were very happy with the friendliness of everyone online and at the storage. The ease of being able to feel our belongings were safe with the secure gating system. This is a wonderful location for us living in Lakewood, WA. I would recommend this storage to anyone.

Decent storage shed great price. You dont get your 1st month free but you also dont have to pay double like most storage facilities near here!

These people told me that it was suppose to be an automatic payment and when that did not go through they took my my gate code off. Every time I come to speak with them or call they never answer and always have the closed sign up and never return at the time that they put up.

I have used this facility for more than 3 years continuously and have never had a single issue with them. The employees are very professional, the storage is secure and accessible, there are very clean restroom and the prices are great for the area.I once accidentally dropped my license and wallet into the payment slot after hours and spent 45 minutes fishing said items back out with a coat hangar in plain view of the security camera. Got a lot of weird looks from people but there was no after-hours emergency number posted so I left 4 voicemails on the office phone, explaining the situation since they review the tapes every morning. They called me back at 9am to clarify the situation and let me know that they werent mad about it. I really appreciated their understanding. I would recommend an after-hours emergency phone number be posted.Factors to consider:This is borderline covered outdoor storage. The units are fully enclosed and covered and in a building, but there is no apparent insulation, neither do they offer humidity/temperature control. I would not store anything here that could mold/rot unless it were in an airtight container. I did store a wooden table and a saddle in my unit for 2 years with no issue aside from some very light mold on the saddles seat, but it is Washington so be mindful of the climate. My bedding and comforters, which were stored in a sealed Tuff box, came out as fresh as the day I put them in.Nighttime access is currently not an option. This has pros and cons. The gate locks at 10pm.Prices are rock-steady with an option for recurring email reminders and paperless billing. Auto pay is also an option.I keep traps and mothballs in my unit, and all my stuff is on a raised pallet. In 3 years Ive caught 1 tiny mouse and maybe a handful of bugs. Nothing crazy and never any damage to any of my things. This is an incredibly low number compared to other facilities I have used.This facility offers P.O. Boxes with 24-hour access.

The girl that helped me was really nice she knew exactly the type of storage unit I needed only needed it for a month actually less than a month theres about 2 weeks but I had to pay for a month and they also have mailbox is for rent so that helped great location and its not expensive

I arrived inLakewood Washington in mid July and Century 21 storage made my 1 state to another move NOT so FREAKED OUT! while here in Washington my step father died and I had to choose between paying the units rent or attending his funeral, and when I spoke to the staff about the situation I was completely caught off guard when they offered to extend my charges until after the services and I was back in washington very good customer care not just service!
