Fantastic job by movers. On time, and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. All precious items packed carefully. Very pleasant and easy to work with. They were able to come with a short amount of notice. I would definitely use them again.

Heidi and her amazing team did a fabulous job moving my elderly in-laws last week - and they finished two hours under the budgeted time! The movers were kind, courteous, conscientious, and very friendly. They were quick and efficient, and very professional. This was probably the easiest and most painless move I have ever been a part of - we recommend them at the highest level!!

We had the most amazing experience. A packing crew that had clearly been working alongside one another for quite some time. I requested tricky packing dates, they obliged. Our loaders were BAR NONE! 3 guys that had been working together for a LONG time (it was obvious). 15 years a spouse in the military and this was the best move yet! Dave, the driver, truly went above and beyond. He was personal, professional and so appreciative. My husband had so much trust and faith he didnt inventory the boxes coming in or off the truck (we were a door to door). NOTHING was broken or severely damaged and he communicated with us via phone all along the way. He was at our home by 8am and guaranteed me on the load and the unload (we are a full unpack) they would be done by 5:30pm and they WERE and it was done soooo well!!! Cant thank them enough.

Working with Bekins was a pleasure from start to finish. I relocated from CA to WA and my employer covered the move. Bekins was the company that I chose after being able to easily get in contact with them. John Gish and Destini were always helpful in answering questions and taking the time to understand me and my needs and schedule changes throughout. They were always understanding and flexible. The team that came out to pack and load as well as deliver were professional, friendly and careful with our things. It was such a relief to know that at least that aspect of the relocation wasnt something I had to worry about. I highly recommend this company.

The entire experience from quote to completion was phenomenal! Our estimator was very patient and thorough with our walkthrough and pricing, and even though there was a delay I our response she was more than happy to answer all of our questions and made adjustments to our order last minute. Our crew arrived well within the quoted time frame and was kindly flexible with our request for arrival time (a reasonable 1 hour delay). The team was very fun and positive and did a great job asking for direction when needed. We had some changes with what went where and they were more than happy to accommodate. Best of all, the price quoted was very accurate !! Great job guys!

The whole experience itself was amazing, from the call center to the movers! I purchased a Groupon for this move, and I had no regrets. Wyatt and Carson at the call center was amazing, they worked with me on my last minute move dates, even though the changes were the day prior. Communication was great, all needed documents were signed online and I was always able to get a hold of Wyatt when I needed to make changes. The movers were just as amazing, showed up on time worked really hard and really quickly to ensure that the move was done within the allotted time. They were able to move my 2x2 from my old place to my new place within 4 hours, and not a single thing was damaged! Great experience!

I moved from California to Spokane, WA. The whole team was super helpful from start to finish. They came in as the lowest bid and worked with my ever changing schedule. This was a move that was paid for by my company, but they always made me feel like I was the main customer, not my company. John had so many recommendations for things in the area and Destini was really helpful and prompt in her responses. I would highly recommend this company. It was by far the best move I have done... and Ive moved several times in the last decade!

All went smoothly. They were on time and professional. The paperwork at the end of the move felt rushed, but we all wanted to be done. About as good as a move can go.

Great experience moving. Weight was accurate based on estimate and shipping time was perfect. Only a couple items damaged but expected on long haul move. The driver and and movers were quick, friendly, and professional. I will rely on Bekins/Wheaton in the future for moving.

After living in the same house for the past 20 years, I need to make an unexpected move ... within the month. Not only that, but I have a disability that limits my mobility (among other things), so you know I was at my wits end.The last time I moved I used Bekins and had a wonderful experience. So, quite naturally the first thing I did was called Bekins again. Every person I spoke to, working here at the Bekins Northwest office, was absolutely: compassionate, fantastic, helpful, professional, and even got me into the spirit of movings adventurous excitement.I had an almost non-existent moving budget, and they were STILL able to work with me so that I got the most important items moved professionally. I had a couple of questions prior to Moving Day, and they were always accessible and answered promptly.All I can say is that if you want a top-notch, professional moving company ... its Bekins. Whether youre moving 4 miles away or hundreds of miles away ... Bekins is the company that you want! After all the years between my last move and this, I so glad Bekins professional and quality service is still here.In closing, I just want to say publicly thank you to each and every member of the Bekins Northwest team. I had an amazingly great experience with Bekins Northwest. I moved in October 2018 from WA to CA. Starting with Heidi Rinker who came to my home to evaluate my load and give me a quote to Kim Taylor who held my hand every step of the way to the drivers and crew - everyone was exceptional. No major issues. Moving is really hard, physically and some times emotionally. Don’t hesistate to pick these people - they were reasonably priced and very service oriented. Make sure to ask for Heidi.

They arrived on time introduce themselves did a walk-through listen to what I wanted loaded first, second etc. They used boxes that I already had and packing materials I already had to save some cost They were polite friendly courteous; they went out of their way to help get heavy ceramic pots onto rollers so I could maneuver them, @ the new house!

The team that did my shipment were very polite and respectful. Treated my belongings like their own. I would recommend them anytime. The office coordinating the move called and kept me updated on the arrival times and followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied with their services.

Moved my entire life from the east coast to the west coast. They were very respectable and responsible with my belongings. Would recommend and use again in the future.

All the movers were extremely friendly, and they were right on time. The took great care of my belongings and helped me place everything in the storage unit exactly where i wanted it. They were not impatient or irritated if I asked them to move things to another spot. My only complaint was that the new guy seemed to be in a rush and wasnt as careful with my things. Nothing was damaged, it just wasnt how I would have moved my things. The other two guys were great!

Funny how most of these reviews are good reviews, my experience was terrible with Bekins. They lost things, broke things, I took a major loss using this company from Washington state to Florida. Doug Drainville, the man in charge was basically clueless about where our lost items went. Lost in transit. We were told our items would be stored in a vault in the warehouse while we waited for a driver, my things were not vaulted, I was lied to, my things sat on the warehouse floor in the open for all who worked there to walk off with my personal belongings. There are no security cameras obviously, or any security for that matter. They blamed the truck driver, which is rude and they must think Im dumb, when that truck driver opened his truck, there were no open spaces, there were no open spots, where things had been, but were stolen from the truck driver. Bekins is full of frauds and untrustworthy people. They demolished two pieces of furniture just loading onto their truck, and unloading it in their warehouse. I believe things were mishandled purposely, Most of my items and boxes could not be in the shape I received them unless they were purposely thrown around and mishandled. And I have received no apologies from this company, nothing, they know they messed up and dont want to deal with it. I will never stop telling he truth about this company. Never. Do not use this Bekins not any for that matter..

Excellent professional service. From the moment I got my quote to the last day of my move, Bekins and their movers from Crown were phenomenal.

We never received our love seat back that matches our couch, chair, and two ottomans. This was not cheap furniture! We called Bekins in Lakewood, WA to report the loss a few times (including a call to H who set up our move), and we were told theyd look for our love seat in their warehouse and get back to us. Never heard back from anyone at Bekins, and its been over 2 months now. How do you LOSE a love seat??? We moved from Tacoma to Puyallup, WA...not far at all. Also, they had us sign the paperwork a half hour before they were finished unpacking our stuff to save us time and money. Dont let them do that to you or you may end up with missing furniture! Make sure they check off each of your items from your list as they bring them into your premises. They did NOT do that with us. Tough lesson learned the hard way!! Still no love seat and still no word from Lakewood, WA Bekins. No apology, no call back, no nothing. It also took them 17 days to deliver our furniture once our house closed. Needless to say, we are very unhappy and disappointed with the Lakewood, WA Bekins and would not recommend them to our friends or family.

Pre packing and loading very professional as was packing and loading.Now all we do is wait for delivery at my new location. Trusting it will be a great as the beginning was.
