This Ralphs lacks professionalism in some employees. I was offered help to my car with my groceries. My kiddos had tagged along and were in the double stroller while I also pushed a grocery cart around and of course I was happy about it. I gladly said yes please. The person that came to push the cart was grunting and called out I cant carry the water bottles to the employee that called her over to assist me. She was slightly older and honestly I wasnt expecting her to help me load the groceries into the car. I just needed help pushing the cart but shes looking around for someone else and just ignoring me. Im telling her its okay. I got it from here then and or I can load the groceries myself too. All I need is for someone to help push the cart and again she didnt address me. She found someone else to assist me with a much better and friendlier attitude. Thank you although I didnt get your name. Anyway, I feel that employees should be communicative with the customers and or come in with a better attitude.

Always clean, kind service. I love how nice the staff is and always willing to help. I love coming here! Most prices are better than other locations, a few are the same. Great price on gluten free items.

This is the second time I came home with spoiled cheese from This Ralphs, it was a hassle returning the cheese and the rude cashier refered to me as sir although I am clearly a female. Just to be rude because I told her there was more spoiled stuff in their case. I asked for the manager and she wouldnt get the manager for me. I will never go there again, I wasnt just sold bad product I was insulted and treated poorly. I wish I could give negative five stars.

I will never go here again. Twice I was locking up my bike and someone told me to watch my bike . One was a customer. Today it was a EMPLOYEE! when a bicyclist get told something like that it makes us not want to shop at your store. If I could give a 0 star I would.

The only place I buy my seafood......Always fresh and the best price with the store card, keep on the good work.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores in the area. Its reasonably priced and always has fresh and delicious produce. There are Vons and Albertsons stores nearby and this place puts those to shame. The staff is always friendly and the products are very well presented. My only gripe is the wine. They seem to keep limited quantities of my favorite wine in stock. This is a problem because they continually run their Buy 6, get 30% off promotion, and never have six bottles of my favorite wine, forcing me to get experimental. Other than that, its a great shopping experience...

Love my Ralphs. Small enough to be easy to get around, but big enough to have everything you need. 4 self-check out terminals and always plenty of staffed checkouts to get you through quickly. Helpful, friendly staff. Great sales. Excellent deli/bakery. Good produce section. Usually plenty of parking.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They always seem to have a smile on their faces. It’s the people that make this store one of my favorites.

This Ralphs is always clean and well organized. Also, they have a FABULOUS produce employee named Darrell who goes above and BEYOND to help you with all your produce needs. He is so kind and helpful, and even cheerful! Thats saying something when I asked annoying questions at 7am 😂. Their prices arent ALWAYS the best, but their sale items are darn good!! Corned beef for $1.99 a pound?!?!?!?!? Awesome!

I love Ralphs! But Virginia has definitely tarnished my view of Ralphs. In most Ralphs, they are super friendly and helpful. But Virginia is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. Just flat out rude. She treats customers as a nuisance instead of viewing them as the source of her income.

Nice as always. This is one of the more cozy locations. It seems really pleasant here.or maybe I just come at slower times.

The place is a really good Market they go beyond to make sure everything is fresh and all three things put in the refrigerated almost surrounded .. and the people there always ask if you need anything or and I did and it was helped. It was a nice experience thank you

Ralphs is truly my neighborhood store. I recognize and know the workers, each one is super polite and helpful. I appreciate Ralphs sending me coupons based on my purchases and needs. I love my Ralphs store and will always shop there!

I have been shopping at this Ralphs since the day it first opened. This is a great Ralphs. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I have seen a lot of employees come and go over the past 35 years or more and they are just like family. Thank you Ralphs for letting me be a part of your family.

DISCLAIMER: I am biased. I have come to know the people that work here, and they are fabulous and kind-hearted. Visit often enough, and they will know you by name. And it is great to know them by name when you pass them by; busy as they may be, they say Hi back.I often visit in the morning. On every visit, the store has been clean with no problems of things being left on the floor. Restroom is clean.

The produce guy Anthony is the Best!! Great customer service. I came in Friday for collard greens and they didnt look that good, so he offered to order a new bunch of greens. He called me today 11/18/17 to let me know they came in and I could come to pick up my greens. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE!! 😊

This probably wouldnt usually get a 5 star as it many times has some dirty floor issues and shopping carts all over the lot, but the employee are super friendly and helpful. Otherwise, it is your standard grocery store. The butcher section is very small, but their deli/bakery is decent sized. Ordered a holiday box dinner here before and was very pleased.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the employees at the Lakewood Ralphs are. They are so warm and welcoming. The produce is so-so but competitive prices otherwise. Definately my go to place for groceries.

This store is in Lakewood on the corner of Del Amo & Woodruff. It was easy to get through the store quickly since it was not crowded. I was able to pick up a few things I needed & out in record breaking time. I was running a little late for an appointment, so being able to get in & out quickly was perfect.

For years our neighborhood store has been consistent...in service, and food/drink. There is always someone around, to help you find what you need. Ralphs has no equal.

Love the staff here, theyre always friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I started shopping at this location after my neighborhood Ralphs was closed for good. I rated them 4 stars only because I wasnt offered to order a product that is carried at another Ralphs in Los Angeles unlike my old neighborhood Ralphs.

Always clean and helpful staff. If someone cant help me, they look for someone who can. The only thing is that they dont always have my food choices in stock (Im vegan). But they do help. At least they do offer vegan/veggie. 👍😀

As much as I used to love this place, it seems their prices are getting a little credulous, I found the same exact stuff at a different store ( i wont mentioned here since im not here to take business away, just trying to rely a message to them ) for less than half the prices. I think they should also start competing since customers have more choices now

Busy most of the time, surprisingly doesnt always have what youre looking for. Certain brands I noticed arent sold here. But nonetheless its a clean store and the cooked food there is good.

Excellent customer service. But I think they can improve their salad selection in the deli department. Ive been to other Ralphs in Seal Beach and that one has a salad bar.

Incredibly clean and organized. Isles are wide enough for carts to pass opposite direction and staff very pleasant and helpful.

This store is kinda small. Not much in selection compared to a full size Ralph’s. The garbage cans outside smells due to not being regularly washed. Adequate number of parking stalls.

The entire parking lot reeked due to what I can only guess was poo in the trash cans outdoors which also permeated inside the store. The prices were ridiculously high compared to what they used to be. 4.79 for a pack of small hamburger buns. One of the front end baggers kept yelling across the store to the cashier. The whole store is feeling really run down. This is definitely the last time I visit ralphs.... Which is a shame I used to love Krogers.

The employees are so friendly and helpful here. The only complaint I have is the bread aisle should not be in the middle.....it should be on one of the far side aisles like Im used to (lol)

They dont have any Ralphs at Ralphs but they do have your everyday grocery needs. Its clean and usually theres more than 2 people working at cash registers so you wont age while waiting in line. Ateast not noticeably (unlike Vons).

I went to buy chicken from the deli and arquell was awesome.

Been going to this place when I was like 2 and ever since then and the people there have always been super nice and helpful

Decent supermarket, nice inside, probably not the cheapest of there but prices are acceptable. Parking never seems to be a problem except when they have a Christmas tree lot.

I find more of what Im looking for at this Ralphs market than the one closest to me. Its also much cleaner than the Ralphs on Bellflower Blvd.
