Hard to complain about a store with everything $1 or less. I always go here to buy cards and balloons. They have aisles full of household bargains.

I always always LOVE LOVE LOVE to go to the dollar store, its been a favorite of mine for years and years. The only thing that I really dont care for is the long long long wait in line to check out, man oh man, at the one by the house I stood in line for 20+ minutes to pay for my stuff, less than $10, that kind of wait is inexcusable. But its not like cashiers fault so I still give the dollar store 1M+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This Dollar Tree is absolutely A disaster the aisles are always a mass nothing is where its supposed to be and me and my daughter was in the store one day we seen this lady with her back packed putting things in it we told the manager about it she told us that it was OK that she knew the girl and everything was fine that she was OK to do that apparently she did nothing about it because she knew hers anyway the management here stay never do what theyre supposed to do somebody needs to come into the store get everybody together talk to them and they need to be working on the shelves to straight number up at all times theres no reason why the store should be a mass I know people let their kids go crazy sometimes and they make masses but theres no reason for the store to look like a hurricane had came through it thank you very much and I hope this review gets to the head management

Every time I have come to this store, the employees and managers have been very helpful. They were also very nice. (Psst, avoid the manager at E 72nd. Rude and unhelpful.) The store cleanliness same as the others in this area.

It was ok they only had one tellerso standing in a long for 10 to 15 minutes.I have been in other dollar stores & I would say he his one is a little messy but ok to shop at.

This place looked like a hurricane went through it! It was so messy, things were on shelves that shouldnt be there, it was as if this place hadnt been cleaned in months, it was horrible!You know when you go up to the register and then you decide you dont want something, well the cashiers put that item in something called a go-back bin/container, then either when it gets full or at the end of their shift, they take everything from that bin/container and put it back on the shelves where each item is suppose to go, well it looks like when they take that bin/container and they go to put everything back, they just dump all of it on a random shelf, and each day they pick a different shelf, and it looks like this has been going on for months...YIKES!!!

Needs to be a little cleaner, but all the dollar stores Ive been are lacking in the cleanliness department

Personally I wouldn’t leave a half of a star rating. This place needs a surprise visit from a district manager! This location needs some serious help by having more staff perhaps and a manager that doesn’t tolerate this nonsense. Not the first time I’ve seen it like this either. It’s an absolute disaster. Every isle, every end cap, and the registers are torn apart and completely disorganized. Some areas had way to much merchandise out (no space for it).

Not everyone is a thief ok I felt so uncomfortable and kinda like disrespected because of the way these employees at this place acted twords me especially this over weight gay black man that was extremely over bearing and rude I will avoid going there again

During my visit on 07/09/20, I saw at least 8 people enter the store with no mask. Staff said nothing to them despite a state mandate requiring customers to wear masks. At least another half dozen people had masks on but their masks were on their chins, not covering their mouths or noses. I left after this all occurred within a span of 5 minutes and I will not be returning to this location until after the pandemic is over!

Wasnt busy got what I needed checked out all in 15 minutes.

Seriously... the line was down 2 aisles and 1 checker?!... while other people staking, come on management... do better

This particular dollar tree is always busy😐 Long lines half the time theres only one cashier, I hate coming to this one but its the closest to my house, if you can avoid this one I would go to another one instead the one in Steilacoom is a lot better!!

Came here on our way to visit the cemetery to get some pinwheels for a family grave. First time ever visiting this location and it was filthy. It looked like people ransacked the store. Stuff was thrown everywhere in the aisles and there is a massive amount of gum stuck to the floors. There was also one cashier who gave the wrong amount of change for a 20 and had to call a manager over to help her open the register and she gave the wrong change again they had to open another line because it was so backed up. When I got out to my car I also got a nice view of a couple shooting up heroin in their jeep.

You get what you pay for however the products are much better than the customer service! Theres not a single time I went into this particular store and been welcomed warmly and genuinely. The manager is not friendly and I didnt even catch her name tonight however theres a new brunette up there since the last time I was in about a month ago and she is extremely rude an abrasive. My thought is if you dont like your job get a different one but dont treat your bread-and-butter in a manner that makes them not want to come back.

Why say you close at 10pm but in reality apparently close at 830pm? As soon as I pulled in to go shopping, 4 employees walked out and locked up and decided to close the store an 1.5hr early. Went to a different location and they followed their hrs. Wont waste me gas going to this location anymore. God only knows if they will really be open or not.

Horrible manager!! Went in on a Thursday because the last 2 times I went in was on a Sunday and they close at 8 on Sundays. The manager acts like shes working a dirty bar at closing time-pretty much yelling were closed get to the front for checkout or come back tomorrow. Then everybody goes to be checked out and have to stand in line for 25 minutes because they have one cashier-while the manager stands at the door. I dont need to be treated like that to understand they are closing and want to go home-perhaps the manager should stay at home and Dollar Tree could hire a manager to clean up the dirty store,treat customers and team members with some respect and do a much better business! ! For the record this review is only for this location- every other ddollartreeI have been to has been awesome!

Though I can never consider a Dollar tree a 5 star shop, the employees do the best they can. I always grab some reading glasses, and today Citronella candles. I feel like I am doing my best to give back to China. Not sure Id iduldge in their steaks but when you need a can of potatoes for 50 cent, its a good stop.

Store was well stocked. I quickly found what I needed. The girls working the registers were friendly and rang up my items fast and I was on my way

Not following covid 19 guidelines the cashier new she wasnt and complain to manager that pic was taken and she couldnt have her picture taking because of a crime her child had did in the area in front of multiple customers( I wasnt the one that took pic) be careful all the way around at this store

Walked in, walked right out. It had a toxic smell, it was dark, messy, and one line with about a dozen people. Didnt make it in more than 20 ft

I’ve been to better stocked dollar trees. This one was kind of messy and smelled weird. Maybe it’s the area where it’s located who knows but won’t be coming back here.

Everyone is very new, so customer service was very poor . My own mother had to help out these ladies. Not sure whats going on with management. However we found what we needed and more.

This place has a lot of cheap items that change often! Some good value and some I wouldnt pay a $1 for. But, worth a good find!

Dollar store was a little dirty, did not have bags for the customers .They said the truck is three days late and they had no cash to break anything. So i have seen it better but they are in good spirits.

This Dollar Tree location had the doors locked 4 minutes before closing and would not let us in even when we said we knew exactly what we wanted were just grabbing two items.When I pointed out the fact that they technically were not closed yet, I asked (through the door) for the manager. She turned and looked at the girl cashiering and then turned to me and said; I am the manager.So I asked her name and took a photo of the 1-800 customer service number posted on the door to let them know that I was going to complain about this situation. At this point she got a little cocky with me you know, to demonstrate that she was going to stick to her guns, with a go ahead and give it your best shot attitude.Furthermore, the girl at the door who said she was the manager was wearing a name tag different than the name she gave me.Its one thing to try to close early, but in my experience of the customer service job, once a customer walks up and wants in, you should let them in! And lastly, If youre manager you should not be hiding behind your employees and make them do the dirty work for you, of such things as telling a customer no or turning them away. As the manager thats YOUR job!

On behalf of a friend of mine that is 87yrs old Im appalled at how she was treated by the store manager. She has shopped at this Dollar Tree for many years. Last week she went in and asked if she could have some help picking out a few cleaning supplies for her house, she has a hard time reading the fine print and wanted to make sure she got the right supplies.The managers responsewas they dont help people shop, they were short staffed, mined you there was only one other person in the store checking out and the manager was taking stuff off a shelf. This 87 year old lady wasnt asking for anyone to shop for her, just to help read a couple labels. She was told she needs to bring someone in with her if she needed help shopping. She is 87 with a minor handicap. Very disappointed that a manger would treat a elderly woman or any person that needed a little help. Very rude....

Good variety of products here, they are usually well stocked and keep short lines at the register. I like their variety of frozen foods, and the seasonal decor is always cute and extensive.

This has to be one of the worst Dollar trees I have been in half the shelves are empty and the store is dirty also a big thing is there are no baskets I had to carry my 5 month old in her car seat while trying to shop.. I counted 4 baskets in the store full if flat cardboard boxes why not empty them and use them for the customers... When I asked about the baskets the cashier said our manager had to go to another store to get baskets I will not return to this location

Today was the first time I visited this store. It looked like a bomb off in it. Stuff was all over the place. Very slow cashiers. Three stars only because we did find what we went for after wading through the mess.

The manager is hella rude. They wont let you use the bathroom even when you are shopping. This was the second time at the dollar tree on 84th. Disrespectful and rude.

Everyone has a dollar tree. Well this is the store that I go almost every week, at least once a week. They are improving the store and always trying to organize the things, but people are always doing a great messy too. I like here, the staff are friendly.
