This is a great store to have nearby. They have a little bit of everything. When I think of something I need, I can usually find it at Drug Mart. Their brand of medicine and supplies save me a lot of money. Clean, friendly, and reasonable are words that describe Discount Drug Mart #41.

Simply my favorite store to go to. I hate shopping so having to go to only one place to do it all is great.

I just left the drug mart in Lakewood on Detroit. There’s an issue with the detectors, or they were sensitive to my zipper on my boots or key card, they beeped as I entered the store. I was questioned and responded that I just came in, as the officer saw, so I don’t know what the beep is from, then told that if they beeped again upon my exit, that the officer would check my bag. I understand taking precautions, but I work in customer service, there is a better way to do it. They beeped, of course after I paid for all two of my items but I was forced to empty all my contents. She barely checked my bag and made me lift up both shirts because she thought I had something hidden in my clothing... There was an issue from the beginning and not with me considering I proved to not be stealing, my bag was handed to me all twisted up, yet I was not offered any kind of apology, explanation or even a “good night”. I come in here often but probably not going in here again since they assume the customer is stealing before they’re all the way in the store. I didn’t even have a bag with me, I was very much embarrassed.

The older gray haired lady who works in the courtesy dept has ZERO courtesy. Shes more than rude, shes nasty to customers. I just walked out because she was talking to me like a dog. I watched her do the same to another customer. Excuse me for inconveniencing you by trying to spend money that provides you a paycheck. I also heard her talking negatively about me to a co-worker. Literally right in front of me, loud enough for me to hear. Absolutely disgraceful.

Pat at the customer service center needs some serious customer service training. I’ve been a loyal customer since you were at your other location in Lakewood down the street towards W117th St. I REFUSE to be treated as if I don’t matter

My favorite store. Im a day shopper, best employees. The Deli is always real clean and the deli employees are great! Pharmacy and customer service are also great! I have my favorite cashiers ( mostly because Ive been shopping there since they opened) know some from old store before this store was built. Even the management is great ----that could be why all the employees are aslo 😊

So ive paid my bills a day late or two before, was no issue until Deanna decided that she wanted to follow rules now after three experiences with late bills that werent just the illumination company bill. Such bs. And should not switch their rules based on who they do and dont want to let these rules apply. Done.

If you need socks, candy, milk, a new shower head and the hardware to hang a door, this place has it all. Most of the employees are friendly although some move at the pace of a special Olympic hurdler. Im in here almost daily. Great place for damn near anything youd need last minute.

I have had great service from all of the staff(customer service, cashier, Deli, and management) every time that I shop(very frequently) at this Drug Matt location.I have had harsh reaction with their cosmetics this past year to date. When I had never had reactions in the past and do not have skin sensitivities.A few of the brands include: Pysicians Formula, Maybelline, and ALOT of L’Oréal facial moisturizers and mascara.Causing skin irritation and eyelashes shrinking and even coming out.Other than that, this is a convenient store to shop with excellent staff.

Benn calling for the last 3 days to see if they have any sanitizer they kepp telling me they get a truck in on Friday call today no sanitizer on the truck

They dont even follow their own rules about bill payment smh...definitely last resort

Pharmacy staff talk to each other about what doctors they believe over-prescribe meds based on patients- custoners! When you hire trashy people, you get trashy (and illegal) behavior. Pass.
