I appreciate the help of the employees. Without them, customer service wouldnt be customer service. Veronica was super helpful and going above and beyond finding the correct size boots for me. She showed care and was really polite. Thank you Veronica for your help.
The greeter that works on the westernmost door before the garden she is always such a caring loving kind person the next time I get her name Ill post it so everybody knows who Im talking about. Shes always polite and she never hesitates to ask if a mask is needed and she made sure that she gives a salutation upon leaving and upon exiting...HER NAME IS DEBBIE
This is one of the few stores that doesnt have self check out. Wouldnt be so bad, but there is always at least a 30 minute wait to check out. Do not come to this store if you have anywhere to be afterwards or value your spare time. Im normally pretty patient, but I leave agitated every time because its that long every single time. I will drive miles out of my way to avoid this store.
Not to busy, workers a super friendly and helpful, were from out of town so it was nice to have helpful people around.
This store is such a complete joke. I ordered tires online and went to pick them up… So first I went to the auto center because that is explicitly what the email said to do to pick up my tires. I’m then told by the gentleman working the counter there that my tires would be up front at the online pick up area and that I’ll have to pick them up there. Like ok, don’t page them for me or anything and let them know I’m coming but also, the email said to pick them up in the auto center. Of course the online pick up area is at the completely opposite side of the store…so now I’m going to be pushing two tires through the store instead of just tossing them from the auto center into my vehicle. Literally had to ask someone for assistance twice, and to make it better I had a guy in a yellow vest lie to my face and tell me that “she” was back. So I walked from the customer service desk back to the online pick up area to which “she” was definitely not back. I don’t know who has all day to stand around waiting on some incompetent employee to show up and unlock a closet but its not me. You had probably 15-18 incompetent employees running around, socializing in that area and not one of them can open/unlock a closet? Anyway I had to accept the fact that I can’t have my tires and returned them. Absolutely Mind boggling that your employees are all that oblivious.

This Wal-Mart is always super busy. Its also a large location but often times they are completely out of certain items. The lines tend to be long for checkout too. But its location is great.
This location is horrible... they typically only have 2 or 3 check out lanes open when they should have 9 or 10 lanes open and their excuse is because all of their cashiers are under age and cant close so they send them all home and only keep two lanes open. Their pick up crew is lazy and they also have a bad habit of exchanging things that are out of stock with other things you dont want. They have a bad habit of saying things are out of stock when really the associates are just too lazy to find the things on your order. And lastly the pick up associates have a bad habit of giving you food that is on your order but that is either past its expiration,/sell by date or that is extremely close to its expiration/ sale by date.
Its Walmart. This one is a good one.

Not very good experience this time around try to tell one of the workers that Walmarts website is saying that a power bank for a cell phone is listed as $5 on rollback price which is a Belkin 3,000 MHz portable charger the clerk got upset and walked away and did not come back for 20 minutes so I stood there for 20 minutes in electronics
Clean and easy to find products, but there was like nobody on the floor to help and at least half of the registers were closed.

Convenient and like most wal marts the store has almost anything you are looking for all under one roof and people are fairly helpful,this Walmart has too few of registers open which makes check out a little longer than expected and the store wasnt even overly busy so I cant imagine how it would be if it was a holiday or any type of day that would fill the parking lot and give a reason for the lines to be long at the registers,that is why I give it 3 stars only for poor customer service and poor service at the check out lines
This is my go to WalMart. I love the selection and variety of products that they offer. The only negative is they have no self-checkout and the lines tend to be super long, I plan most trips to have an extended wait in line.
Crowded and there is rarely people to help you out. Mostly everything is locked up .

Clean and well organized. Went with my bestie and she couldnt find much in her size, so they could use a larger selection of petite clothes, but all in all a good store.
My wife tried to go pick up several things today, used an electric cart since she is disabled, but was told she could not use the cart to transport her purchase to the car. she asked if an employee could just bring the cart right back in, and was told NO. They told her if she wanted her purchase, she would have to transfer the items to a regular buggy, and no one would be available to help her do that. Amazingly enough there is not a manager at the store, we tried to call but after 38 minutes no one is answering the phone. We called sporting goods department and the guy could not tell us how he would get ahold of a manager, then asked us to hold the call, but hung up instead.Is this why so many customers are ordering things online? Short staffed stores that dont have time to deal with those pesky customers.

I usually hate having to go to Wally World but this time surprisingly I had a wonderful experience at this particular WalMart. The employees were pleasant and the Auto Center was AMAZING! This Wally World has restored my faith and interest in the store
A lot of new employees are getting smart mouthed and alot of us old cranky visitors are ready to start letting them young puppies how to show us the respect that we deserve
As far as Walmarts go, this is a pretty standard location. The selection is pretty good, theres a deli and bakery, garden center, and an auto shop. For positives, there really isnt much worth mentioning. Cons are another story. The location of this Walmart unfortunately means there are a lot of homeless and addicts both inside and outside of the store. I oftentimes find myself in the parking lot being asked by strangers if I have spare money. Literally every time I have shopped here, there are massive lines at the front of the store, and you will repeatedly hear folks asking for all register-trained associates to go up front.. which rarely happens. You can spend nearly as much time waiting in line to pay as you did actually completing your shopping.

I walked into the Walmart, and there was so few registers open that the lines were into the clothing department. All I was thinking, is that when I was done shopping I didnt want to wait in a 30 minute line. So I called the 1-800 Walmart # and reported the store for not having enough cashiers. At least they care about the customer experience, even though the store managers dont. Anyway by the time I was done shopping I didnt even have to wait in line. It does pay to think ahead.
They have everything a person will need except cashiers and friendly customer service. There computer system is out date which makes for an even longer waiting time in line because registers are very slow. And add that to not having enough people to work them makes for a very long and miserable waiting just to get out of the store. Put more money onto your store and associates and Im sure thing could run a lot smoother.
Decent selection, but not the greatest area. The store itself is usually in decent shape as well (as far as cleanliness is concerned). The employees have a tendency to come off slightly rude when dealing with the customers but in my experience it has almost always been provoked.
The older man at the service desk is extremely rude and his slick comments and entitled attitude. Telling people Walmart doesnt give back cash for debit card returns, when they do. Touching peoples phones without hesitation or asking them. Outright rudeness and the way he speaks to females. No one was telling you how to do your job Mr and for you to snap at me for pointing out your rudeness and touching my phone. This is one female that is going to say something and will shop elsewhere.
Refused to give bags for 6 half gallons.... Thanks for the extra trip up 3 flights of stairs. Lazy order online employees. SMH.P.S OCD isnt a catch phrase! Teach your employees to not be ignorant.
The tale of two Wal-Marts. Its a nice enough store and the employees arent bad, but you never know when youll run across a crack pipe in the main aisle along the registers that multiple employees ignore.
People their were nice and helpful. Everything was well organized and clean.
A lot if the Employees dont even care to organize the store display. Try going at the outdoor/camping stuff. Items are everywhere. We tried to ask for help.. the employees start asking whose on break and not on break. Noone tried to do anything. Ended up just waiting for 10 to 15 minutes till somebody came to ask and help.
I never actually go to this Walmart due to the lack of self checkout and the amount of homeless people hanging around.I do order my groceries from here about twice a month, however, and it has become such an unpleasant experience. When I first started ordering my groceries from this Walmart, everything was going great!I have no idea what happened but one day, my order arrived to my door and literally ALL of my fresh produce items were missing which was half of my order. I had to call their customer service and spend 10 minutes going over each item that was missing so I could get a refund. Never offered to give me a credit or anything even though I paid $8 plus driver tip to have all that stuff delivered and then had to turn around and pay another $8 plus driver tip the next day to get the missing items from my previous order delivered. On the next order, it was a whole hour late and no one bothered to reach out and say anything as they had in the past when it was late. The orders are arriving packaged extremely weird. Some bags will literally have one tiny thing in them and others will be so full they are ripping. I have also received “fresh” produce items that are molding. The other day I received a thing of strawberries and the strawberries on top were molded, I don’t know if whoever packaged my order just didn’t see it or didn’t care. After all these experiences Im inclined to believe they simply don’t care. I have received expired salads and fruit parfaits on multiple occasions. I have learned that I should not order any ready to eat items from Walmart as they will likely be expired. This includes items from the bakery too (thanks for the stale donuts!)Also, don’t try to call this store no one answers and if they do, they will either leave you on hold until you hang up or they will transfer you to some random department, not the one you asked for.The one good thing I can say about the store is that the cashiers I have dealt with are very nice.
I went to pick up an online purchase. I was misdirected to the pickup point by 4 different staff members. No one accepted responsibility or appeared to be in charge. It took over 45minutes of frustration to complete this simple transaction. This was the Colfax and Wadsworth store. I had a somewhat better experience at the S Federal store, but I will have to be desperate before I shop at the Colfax UN-super center again.
Lines are terrible!!!! employees are slow and always terribly annoyed. Produce goes bad quick. I LOATHE everytime I have to come here. Ive almost been robbed in the parkinglot too!

This door on West Colfax has the worst customer service associates Ever! When I called I talked to an associate probably at the front desk but I needed to talk to Someone in automotive. I was put on hold twice twice each time lasting 7 minutes.. When I finally did reach somebody in automotive, She put me on hold as well probably to fight with her boyfriend or her children.. I will never visit this store ever again worst customer service ever!!!!
As we finished paying and were walking away from the cash registers, a rude old midget Walmart employee was coming into the store and stopped us with watcha just dump everything in here? Pointing at out cart. Insinuating that we STOLE what we have paid for!! So I said excuse me!? Just check everything to which she said shes not gonna check it all! I paid almost 300 bucks at the register and she said this to us? She accused me of stealing for no reason!! Never have I ever been this poorly treated. I understand youre a Walmart employee and its hard for you to look into a cart properly due to your height, but that doesnt excuse your nasty behavior! Horrible

The sizes arent factual on some plus size mertiondise.The summer dresses were terrible.They should have coded two sizes smaller.I have seven I cant do anything with now.
Stay away from this one. Was picking up an order for a delivery service. Employee told me to park in the fire lane up front instead of pickup area. Security guard came out and I told her what he told me. She basically called me a liar and was super smug and arrogant. She should be fired. Until then, keep away from this Walmart.

For the 3rd time. Horrendous shopping experience. Unhelpful employees. The lie about not having products that they do have. Management at the top bate customers to wait on an aisle for employees that ignore them. To make it worse they repeatedly dont unmagnetized the security tags so if you keep your proof of purchases with you the security alarms go off at all the stores and bathrooms. U steal our security google post. Your people have been attacking us and wont let us be accurate in honest business. Google is corrupt and that is a huge fact because you google are obstructing justice and true information and putting the public at risk everywhere. You waste peoples time by withholding the truth repeatedly. Many say they deserve no stars!
I went late at night so it wasnt nearly as crowded as it usually is. I got my mobile 1 V twin full synthetic cheaper than any auto parts store. Saved almost 4$ a quart.

The checkout lines were so long! Apparently theres not enough service help to meet the customer volume. I would estimate the checkout time to be at least 25 minutes. I didnt think to look at my watch when I first got in line, but when I did start timing it was 17 minutes to checkout.
This store who can’t find just about everything at Walmart? It’s the lines and only 4 registers open and not young energetic cashiers working, thinking let’s get the customers out!! oooh no it’s older people running them and I understand they slower but come on Walmart sometimes I just question why?!

I don’t know who reviews a Walmart or who would read their reviews, but this Walmart blows. You will 100% of the time be stuck in a long line in one of their maybe two open lines. No self checkout. Even if you’re grabbing one item in a quick stop, add on ten minutes because of the line. They can’t spend the extra $10-15 an hour to pay another cashier?Had this exact experience every time I’ve been here and I think I’ve had it. I’ll pay the extra couple bucks to avoid this place.
Never try and get paint mixed at Walmart. I haven’t found a time when someone is available and/or the paint mixer isn’t broken. They always ask if I am looking for spray paint so apparently mixed paint isn’t a high seller. Wonder why..

This store has the worst customer service. I needed help in the jewelry department. No one would assist me. When asked for a manager, they decided to call security instead. They harassed me rather then help me buy something. Worst store ever!!

They NEVER have what Im looking for or my size. All kinds of items and groceries need to be stocked!!! Their shelves are empty! Why? You are no longer opened 24 hours. You state that it due to Covid and that they need to close to sanitize the store. Cant you restock then? Im going to try a different WalMart. I hope its a better store. 👎

I dont know if its because of how my husband and I were looking after working on a job site. Or maybe its the best up van we are in. It wasnt a pleasant feeling thats for sure. Briefly, I was extremely impressed with my last visit with Walmart supercenter on 8/20/2021.A very conscientious, knowledgeable and friendly cashier name Jennifer went out of her way to make my shopping experience a complete pleasure. I was completely blown away with how kind, alert and completely devoted to service that she was. I dont know perhaps she was a head cashier however I thank you if she is not already a supervisor you should strongly think of making her one. Thank you Walmart for hiring such a kind, dedicated service oriented individual. They are rare.Secondly, I also met a young man named Danny, who also went totally out of his way to help make my experience a pleasant one.. I came in specifically to find some distilled water. A friend had told me there was a Parents Choice brand that was quite inexpensive but very good. When I arrived at the spot it was completely bare. When I asked a man (Danny) that was working diligently feeling the shelves. He stopped and said oh let me check over in another area for you. He did and found there was none on the shelf there either. He said let me go check in the back and he asked me how many I would like to have. I responded 4 gallons would be great. He arrived back a few minutes later with a box of four gallons. He said they were the last four in the store.Sometimes I think divine intervention occurs it was just a nice surprise and helpful for that evening. He too was very friendly, helpful and service-oriented. I was very impressed with his complete service attitude and action. Danny was a treat! Thank you Walmart!..

I know people give Walmart a bad reputation, but the people are what make any business shine. When I was helping my aunt shop, the register during checkout went down and restarted mid transaction. The front end coaches (I hope that is the right title), Jackie and Jenna were amazing in helping us move to another register. Technology can and will go down at the busiest of times, but because of these two, it was quick and painless. I truly believe this is what great and exceptional customer service looks like.

Whats to say about Walmart...its fun to go here and see all the strange people who shop here (including me.) You might, however, comparison shop using your QR code reader for other stores. Walmart uses loss leaders to get you in and then it has prices that differ from other big box stores, to make their money.
Always short on cashiers in the evening. Store is in the heart of Methville, lots of hobos and tweakers. A lot of things you need are kept locked in a display case due to shoplifters, and you have to wait a long time for anyone to come open it for you.Also too many Karens complaining about masks.
The store was very busy and they didnt have enough checkouts/checkers. They also didnt have any self checkout which I would have done as I only had 2 items. Even though I was in the Speedy Checkout 20 items or less, the lack of lanes open meant shoppers with more items were in the same line. They also were not using every other lane to observe the 6 so when I was actually at the register I was closer than 6 to the other shopper. It should be noted that the employees were doing the best they could given they were so busy and there werent enough registers open.
Fully stocked except for window air conditioners otherwise Id give 5 stars.
Its kind of hard to purchase things from a store when nobody comes to the electronics counter after waiting for over 15 minutes, asking 3 different associates for help, and none of them can find the individual who is supposed to be working in the department. Not to mention no self checkout.That goes to show you the type of neighborhiod this Walmart is located in and the types of people that shop here.AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

The worst. Tried to pawn off a double queen room as a suite. Got a king pull out room with AC not working.Bath tub had a ring.Took 2 days to get an adequate room. Have gotten better service at flea bag hotels. Nothing went well. Worst experience ever.
