My favorite since 2014.Always tidy!Fruit always fresh and nicely stocked!Always welcoming if all employees arent busy!Always acknowledging my son when we go to Self checkout hes provided with stickers!Self checkout is my favorite minus my groceries.Magnificent Customer Service!Floor Sets throughout the store is always on point.My favorite floor set location is next to the flowers/ smoothies/ protein powders and vitamins.

I live in Long Beach and prefer to go to Albertsons in Carson instead of this one that is closer to me... The reason is that I love their Fried Chicken, mashed potato and other meals but Albertsons of Carson has the best Fried Chicken and Habanero Chicken since its really juicy and tastes fresh. This Albertsons Chicken is not too juicy and sometimes hard to eat, also cinnamon rolls are hard not soft. They should try to pay attention to this facts and make stuff better. Thanks for your time. ✌😷👍

I usually go for the ambrosia. Its so good. Lol. Today I got some of the fried and grilled chicken. It was really good and cheap.

Amazing bakery i bit my daughters cakes here every year. This year I wanted to surprise my friends son and I went and placed an order for a cake even though they dont actually make this cake I asked them to use the colors for this game the boy liked its called Among Us and they drew the character just the way the character actually looks like they went above and beyond thanks to the bakery this thing looks amazing my boy loved it!!!

This grocery store is hands down my favorite. I drive here almost daily from O.C to get their freshly made sushi. Mr. Sushi comes in every day in the morning just to make their delicious sushi. He is awesome and if you like sushi, you wont be disappointed by the quality and taste. I also love the employees. Samantha and Mark are the best. They are always helpful and genuine and handled the craziness of Covid. professionally and with a smile.

Great customer service. I asked for help and they immediately stop stocking and took me to the correct aisle. I was very impressed with how they bagged my groceries.

Disappointed that they are doing absolutely nothing to enforce the mask ordinance, even amongst their own employees. The butcher was not wearing his mask and breathing over everything in the cases. Buyer beware, you might be buying Covid… at any rate, I look for Covid compliance and common sense when picking stores now and Albertsons is at the bottom of the list. See ya!

Friendliest staff especially morning crew. I work nights so Im their many mornings because they open early. Almost no lines between 7 and 8. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. They also have a Starbucks.

Picked up some chicken tenders at the service deli for my grandsons. The employee there was very helpful. Older gentlemen.

As usual, I enjoyed my shopping experience. Went there specifically for Baby Gala Apples, shown in photos. My 82yo mother prefers these, because they are sweet, easy to chew, when cut into small wedges, as the small sized wedges fit into her mouth comfortably. I also was able to purchase some Porterhouse Steaks, and Pork Chops that Moms prefers for the tenderness and flavor.

Was on a mission for items I’ve only found at this location. Mission was successful

Albertsons has become my go to grocery store. Fresh produce is always on the shelves and a knowledgeable butcher on staff. Friendly atmosphere, clean store, and helpful staff.

Everything was clean and well organized through the whole store. The seafood case didnt smell like fish. If it smells fishy it is not fresh.

I used to go to the Albertsons on Spring Street before they closed a few years ago. Now, THAT Albertsons had the nicest employees of any supermarket in the area. They were friendly, courteous, helpful, and enjoyed chatting with you as if you were a member of their family.Albertsons must choose the best candidates to work at their stores because the Albertsons in Lakewood has the same level of incredibly friendly and helpful employees as their other store. As a matter of fact, I drive the extra distance just to shop at THAT store now. (And, no, those employees are not the same ones from the Spring Street store.)I know that Albertsons is under the Safeway umbrella, but their sister stores (Vons and Pavillions) just dont stack up when it comes to customer service and friendliness.

We ordered a cake to be made for my sisters birthday well in advance. When we showed up to pick it up they had made us a tiny cake with none of the things we ordered and told us that the cake we had ordered isnt something they make even thoe they had charged us for it and said it was possible before. They did end up giving us another cake for free, and that was fine but the comments made by the manager to my wife including asking her why would she had that cake made in Albertsons in the first place and not gotten it made in northgate or superior. He was also telling the girl that was in the bakery to be quiet when she said that she could make us a different cake, very unprofessional and with racial undertones. We didnt ask for nothing but what we had payed for, and they didnt deliver. Sad because we would always get our cakes made here, but not any more.

Albertsons has gotten worse. People must stop coming to Albertsons. Their customer service went from bad from worse. They been requiring masks since 2020. Bring that place down!!! Maybe a better version of Albertsons will replace Albertsons. It can happen. I gave one star just to post a comment.

FYI The first picture of this store of the front is not this store. It does not have a sav on inside of it....Love this store. Not just bcuz its the closest to my house. Its actually a really solid store. Its got a good starbucks and maria who works at the starbucks is always on point and a lot of times by herself and she holds it down for sure. And the regular chicken strips and the spicy chicken strips and potato wedges at the deli are some of my favorite of all time. Especially fresh. Overall the other products in the store are always fresh store is always very clean and they have a good selection of everything amd the staff is always very friendly awesome. After a couple times there you feel like youve known them forever. Mark and sid are some of my faves. Absolutely recommend this store

This location is doing an amazing job with social distancing, routing customers in one entrance and in one direction to the checkout registers, then out the other doors. I felt very safe shopping here.

Very organized and friendly staff. I was able to purchase all the sale items easily when all prices and sales are marked properly. Wide aisles and cleanliness are a major criteria and this Albertsons met that.Shopping after 10pm on a weeknight is best during the pandemic since there were only about five customers shopping, no lines, and social distancing is easily achieved!My only concern is that the parking lot can be better lit. While there were lights, the wattage can be increased.

Wow!!! Did I see a happy unicorn in here today?? He staff was really, really, spectacular!!! Cudos, to the store manager who stayed with me until I found a mixer I was looking for. Nice t have Costco in the area for bulk purchases. However, I am single. So for smaller quantities I will shop at Albertsons. My usual go to market is Ralphs. But they cant beat the service and convienance.🤩

This place needs t take care of its staff better. They have little to no protective gear and theyre constantly dealing with the public during the virus. There are so many people in the store its hard to stay 6 feet from each other. Please monitor your store a little better!!! Theres not even a line to get in!!!!! Think of public health over profits!!!

They said they had Rockstars on sale, 99 per can, I wanted to buy about 3 cases, but they only had 6 white cans, really...They hold me, their getting more on Tuesday or Wednesday, not on sale then, back up to $1. 49 can... Thanks
