Really cool place. Lots of stuff to look at. Their figures range from cute to sci-fi, drangons, and fairies. They have everything. Smoking accessories, knives and more. Go check em out.

Do not buy figs here. Majority out of box and lots are counterfeit. Use your brain, if a figure is selling for half the price it went for in japan AND its out of box, thats a massive red flag.

I would give negative stars, but that’s besides the point. The receipt very clearly states “no returns, no store credit, EXCHANGES ONLY” so I went in to just exchange my shirts, because since “covid” you can’t try anything on. Either don’t put “exchange only” on your receipt or have a different policy for clearance items. I’m not coming back to this store, horrible customer service and “Im sorry honey” doesn’t cut it. You’re not sorry. Also I’ll definitely make sure people know how horrible your customer service is when I only wanted to EXCHANGE.

Loved my visit here. Was on the hunt for specific items. The girls were super knowledgeable and friendly. Cannot thank you enough.

Normally got the best anime stuff there

All the items are overpriced and some of them are cheap replicas. I bought a gift for my sister for her birthday. She immediately knew it was fake. The box had cheap printing and the actual item looked nothing like those images from the box. Looked online the actual item runs for 35$, I paid 70$. Stay away from this scam place and save your money.

Really cool stuff in here but customer service is non existent. Cant you guys be nice to your customers? They spend their HARD EARNED CASH here so treat them with dignity and respect PLEASE FFS.

We originally went here to look at their large selection of glass pipes. Then i got distracted by their super large selections of figurines. Just about every animal imaginable, in glass and resin. Ended up finding a crazy looking penguin that my coworker absolutely loved. Very reasonable prices. Employees were friendly but stayed behind the counter and didnt offer any assistance.

It’s sad that people complain about prices. If you’re gonna come here to buy a badass sword or something like that, you better expect it to be expensive. Also, customer service, 👌, really good. Selection of items they have, also good. People need to stop complaining about the little things and play attention to the stuff that matters... If you’re looking to buy something for someone like a sword, shirt, hat, etc. this is the place to go. I highly recommend it and I have a goodtime going here. Just give it a try, trust me.

Alright so before reading this review keep in mind I completely understand what I did was stupid and wrong but this entire thing was sketchy so I thought Id post it here for anyone to see before they shop.I went in and saw a sword that I really thought was cool and impulse bought it on the spot without regard of my bank account. Upon looking at my balance AFTER buying it I realized wow I shouldnt have bought the sword and explained to the guy that I didnt have the money and was as sincere as I couldve been when explaining what was up. He kept trying to push the sword on me world of Warcraft is the shit. Youll look so bad ass etc. I kept telling him over and over again no I need to return the sword. I tried compromising and went around to look for something else.When I came back is where it got weird:Upon returning to the counter I again said I need my money back and he slapped a piece of paper on the table that said no refunds, no trades, no exceptions. This was not stated, shown, or printed on the receipt anywhere and I have 5 other people to vouch for me. My solution to the problem was this,Heres whats gonna happen. Im gonna leave the sword here with you and contact my bank and then everything will be as it should. Instantly he responded with alright let me see your card.Moral of the story, everything in this store is sold for more than it is on Amazon so just go there, dont impulse buy, and dont take bullshit from a sketchy gift shop. Also yes, I know im stupid.

If I could I’d give them a zero star review. Very poorly made clothes. Very poor customer service. They say they do exchanges but they won’t. Very poor language barrier and over priced goods. Lost a customer for good.

Its a novelty store everything can be found online but its not the same shopping experience. Theyve got some cool stuff and interesting snacks. The Thai Tea is worth a try.

Has interesting east Asian products, including knives, swords and other weapons, and food and drinks. They also have a section for pipes and vape pens. They also have tea pots, decorations, and many figurines. Fun to look around and fun stuff to buy.

This place was cool bought a couple things from here have a lot of weapons lot of a lot of other versatile a really versatile so you know going there and you never know what you going to buy its very nice store

Theyve got some interesting items, but their service is the WORST! I was waiting at the counter for help while two employees were standing right there and they didnt even acknowledge me. One was on his phone, the other was going through inventory behind the counter. Their prices are also way too high, find the product for far less online. Again, WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I used to buy all kinds of real weapons at 14-15 yrs old here, the people are rude. Don’t go.

I bought a Kingdom Hearts sword here for my sons birthday and they gave me one that was boxed up from the back. When I got home and opened the box the sword was broken and some kind of gross goop on it. I went back to the store to get a refund and the employee was very rude and at first told me I was 1 day over there 2 week return date and then changed his story to no refunds EVER! He then went in to tell me that he could not get ahold of his boss who would be the one that could give me a refund but if he called him he would get fired. I would not buy from this store very cheap and dirty products.

Well I went in for vape stuff not a huge selection but they had some stuff and it was really expensive. But the store is really really cool

The owners kind of suck... but its a place I always have to go in when Im at the Mills... despite never actually buying anything, its a cool gift shop.

Anything here can be found online for a quarter of the price and of much greater quality. The staff who work here are rude and arrogant. Made it seem like it was a big deal to show me items and answer questions.

Low quality pipes and bongs, I bought a $200 Lookah Glass piece here. I just found it online in china for $40, silly me. I looked because it broke within a few months of owning. Dont buy here when you can buy glass directly from china for a fifth of the price.. If you want a true handblown piece then work with the artist.
