I have ordered from this place twice now. First time they delivered it to a completely different house! And now I am dealing with getting ahold of them. I’ve called and called and no one has answered. I’ve even left voicemails. I talked to them yesterday about delivering my second order same day and they said it’d be delivered yesterday. Still nothing delivered!!! It’ll be the last I order from them.

I rate this company 5STARS AND BEYOND!!! I called last min to have my daughter a basket delivered due to her Father letting her down for father walk!!! She was soooo happy and it made her day which made mine thank you so much staff and the manager I spoke with loved your service, and I appreciate you for making my baby happy thank you!

Hi, i ordered all cheese cake topped with strawberries online. I get it i was last minute and my order wasn’t exactly correct i still got a few of what i ordered and a bit extra they added chocolate covered strawberries instead which was even better! I got my money worth so I’m satisfied.

Jessica and the team at this location are absolutely amazing! I have shopped many places and never had an experience like I did today especially the day before a holiday. They went above and beyond this will never be forgotten thank you so much!

Chocolate covered Strawberries one word DELICIOUS

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries had them delivered and majority of them were moldy. They asked for pictures I immediately provided multiple to the number that was provided then I spoke with general manager, she automatically assumed I wanted a refund which I never said she honestly couldve just had fresh ones delivered. Instead I got theres nothing we can do Im sorry our fruit is cut daily but the pictures clearly state they dont. This was my first and last time ever ordering from them especially because they were a surprise for my spouse who loves them ...Thats terrible customer service

Hello everyone try not to order that this location because they lie and unprofessional. I placed an order at 10am I called at 1pm to see if they had the right address and I was told the order was out and she be to me soon. I called back at 245 and then was told my order was still there lied to a faithful customer looks bad. Then the fact that the woman who answered the phone wasnt not polite toward me and slam the phone down mid conversation while I was talking not yelling or being rude. I didnt appreciate that as a customer and as a person I wish the manager would reach out to me but this is very sadd..I just wanted to order for a friend that was having a rough day

Ordered a strawberry bouquet . When the packaged was opened a fruit fly flew out . Strawberries were sticky and wet . Product looked old. I contacted them to complain and never received a response.

Its a little pricey but everything Ive had tasted great. I especially liked the chocolate covered bananas. It is covered in white and milk chocolate and much better than I expected since Im not usually a fan of banana.

Im giving 3 stars because the order that I placed for my boyfriend was chocolate dipped bananas, and while the presentation on the outside was great; all of the bananas used were browned in the middle and very soft and gooey... not a lot of flavor, and some even had a bad taste. I will say though, ordering was easy, and delivery was right on time, everything was correct except the fruit they used should have been thrown out.

I ordered from here early in morning and was never delivered. Called 3 times to see where they were and was told they will be on its way. The 3rd phone call I was told it’s invalid address which that is lie. Don’t ever order from the Lakewood location! Don’t know how people can’t do their job!

Just received my Mothers Day Arrangement. Shame on you Detroit Ave store in Lakewood, OH. This is the second time I was gifted a arrangement from your store and you definitely do not make fresh to order. First one was gifted in September of 1999 and now this one for Mothers day 2020. Both were thrown in the garbage. So sad you are getting away with selling expensive garbage.

Great design. Fresh fruit. Love the option to add numbers to commemorate my husbands 50th birthday. He was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed it.

I have now placed two separate orders each totaling over $149 each. The first time was a birthday bundle including a happy birthday balloon. While the gentleman who prepared my order called me to inform me they were temporary out of helium due to covid-19. He instead offered a few extra pieces of fruit which I was fine with. Friday 5/8/2020 I placed another order for Mother’s Day. Again, I order the Mother’s Day bundle including the foil ballon. I also called to make sure the ballon would be delivered or I would have ordered another arrangement. The lady informed me they did have helium. My mother just received her arrangement and again NO BALLOON. For someone to spend in excess of $140 per gift I would except all my items to be delivered I also ordered the item well in advance for this location to be prepared to send out everything I ordered. Especially charging $5 per balloon. I live out of town so I would love to be able to send my family special gifts but not when a location cannot notify me or replace it with something else.

Rude customer service. Called to order a box of strawberries, the lady who answered put me on a long hold then said they close at 5 pm. When I told the lady that it says they close at 7 she hanged up on me. I will never order from this place again.

If I can give them a zero I would. Ordered an expensive sympathy arrangement. Was supposed to be delivered Monday with a call to me once delivery happened and it never did. I called them and rude woman said they will delivery it next day. Here we are 3 days later they switched my order to another store without telling me. They have my email, phone number and money yet customer service is horrible!! Now I have to cal another store and everyone is clueless including the people who work there. Don’t waste your money! Rude, unprofessional and zero to none customer service for the grieving.

Last minute my husband had to stay longer on a business trip so I wanted to send him something for Valentines Day. He loves anything salted caramel so i wanted to order a bouquet with the salted caramel apples. I called the closest location to him however they said they couldnt do that because all they were doing were chocolate covered strawberries due to Valentines Day. So I called this location. The gal on the phone said the same thing at first but when I explained my situation she said hold on. Came back on the phone and said sure we can do those for you. Created a bouquet for him and delivered it the same day. Amazing customer service!

This was the first time going there and the service was great, the employee knew what I needed and I will go there again in the future.

I had order 2 items for pick up Thurs at 11am. So I got there today at 11am and was told they had no idea what I was talking about. Then finally, after waiting I was told they found my order. It was made yesterday (which defeats the purpose of the time frame because it is supposed to be made fresh) and was accidently given to someone else??!!! So then I was told they could make me new ones in about 20 mins and they would call me when it was ready. That was 1 1/2 hours ago. I called the store and no answer. Finally someone answers and was exceptionally helpful (the guy). The blonde girl from earlier just seemed liked she wanted to go home. So he fixed/made my order and added a bit extra for the hassle. That was nice and all, but what a cluster just to get some choco straeberries I could have bought from Giant Eagle for 1/3 of the price. First and last time buying from Edible arrangements .What a sh** birthday! >:(

Ordered dozen of “swizzle berries” with I love you valentines sleeve and a teddy bear at around 1230pm. Said I’ll be in around 5:45pm. Arrived on time waited for 10-15 mins at counter while the younger girl w glasses was helping everyone and preparing things, 2-3 people ahead of me. Manager staring at computer almost the entire time hoping customers just dissapear? Not sure ...anyways handed my box of strawberries w no sleeve, no bear, no gift bag, 58$ later... the young lady rushed into the back before I realized she was done giving me anything and the order was wrong. Stood another 10 minutes .... told her this is wrong .... she was very apologetic.... but i was hoping to get home before the GF to give the gift and the error and customer service messed that up big time. I blame management - won’t deal with again - first time customer too and new to Lakewood. Bummer
