Everyone was so helpful and the work was beautiful. I had a glass hurricane sandblasted with my grandsons wedding date and names on it. The bride and groom were so happy and loved their gift. They even did a one day turn around!!!! Thank you Tacoma Trophy.

They do excellent work and understand the emotional value of the keepsakes they engrave. The twins were over the moon excited about the Swiss Army knives that they were given for their Golden Birthday. Tacoma Trophy really came through!

First of all the customer service is refreshing and top notch. They were extremely patient w/ me because when you walk in their business there so many options of great plaques and gifts i immediately changed my plan. I’ve been working with Tacoma Trophy for approximately 2 years now. They’re the absolute best. All of their staff are very friendly, customer service oriented, & they get your order(s) finished in a timely manner. Additionally, once they complete your order(s), they immediately call you to let you know it’s complete. Last, DJ (the owner) went out of his way to help us out and we recommend this place for anyone looking for trophies/plaques/ awards etc.

Our organization needed a parade banner made and only had a week to get it. Judi & DJ were great to work with and were very knowledgeable . They were able to create a beautiful banner using our logo and website and had it ready just in time for us to participate in the JR Daffodil Parade. The price was comparable and the customer service was impeccable!

I came in to get a quick job done getting a new plate added to a fantasy football trophy. Prices were excellent, service was quick, and the work was quality. I will be using them at the end of next football season to get another new plate added. Their location is a bit hard to exit at times, but is easy enough to get to.

The people in here are AMAZING! They are kind and funny. They are very patient when you have no clue what you want or what you are doing!

Great customer service! I was told I can pick it up 3 days from order date. I got a call the next day saying it was ready for pick up. That wouldve been an extra $50+ or something to have it next day but it was free of charge. What a premium service. Definitely earned my business, will start using this for future gifts.

This company is the best kept secret in WA. Seriously stop in their store and you wont leave. So many gift ideas, great for the holidays. Ive used them for my business over 10 years. Business cards, name plaques, awards, rubber stamps, etc, etc, etc! Great company and family owned!

DJ and his staff are ALWAYS amazing and so helpful. Weve been getting custom gavel bands done by them for almost 2 years and they are not only professional but we enjoy working with them.

Above and BeyondThe people of Tacoma Trophy are amazing.I had some knives taken in for engraving.The machine damaged one of my knives during the process. TT called me and let me know right away. They offered to replace the knife and finish the engravings for no charge. Even when I tried to pay for something, they insisted.Throughout the whole process they kept me posted with calls and updates. They were friendly and courteous.A small business with big ethics. Highly recommended.

Excellent local Trophy shop, that is friendly, fast and consistently produces high quality items at reasonable rates.

Owner substituted less expensive trophies than the ones we ordered.He stated that his supplier was out of the ones we ordered. Since I had the order in writing, he agreed to replace them with trophies that were of equal value at the price stated on the contract. Though he agreed to replace them, he was rude and resentful. I gave him 2 stars because his workmanship was good but his customer service was very unprofessional.

I came in with an odd, specific request, and DJ and his staff went above and beyond. They were wonderfully accommodating (on short notice too!) and pleasure to do business with. I cant imagine going anywhere else in the future, and Im glad theyre in the community.

The work was impeccable! Unfortunately, first impressions are everything and the women I dealt with initially were not only rude but surprisingly unprofessional. They represented the company poorly on first contact, and customer service is imperative for a business.

Great place. Get our club cards and nametags made here. The owner is really nice and does great work. Little hard to find though. One more thing... its in Lakewood on 100th, not Tacoma.
