Zach and Amanda were awesome! If not for them, I would not have come back to Kay, and would not have completed my recent transaction. Kay as a company has dropped the ball several times for me and my wife recently. If judging my experience with them as a company, and my experience with their customer service hotline, I would be giving them a one-star review. But because of the associates at the store, they get a four stars. The associates get five stars, but I still am not sure I trust Kay, so I deducted one.

Went in this evening to pick up my Movado watch and the young gentleman that helped us was awesome. We proceeded to look at mens wedding bands and because we have spent thousands of dollars at this store we had a $100 reward certificate. Well we found a mens band we liked but they didnt have my size so it would have to be ordered. Because the reward expires tomorrow ordering was out of the question. The manager was not willing to even check inventory at another store instead told us we were sol. Never shopping here again.

I decided to get a simple gold band to go with my diamond ring (after many years of marriage!) and stopped in. Mackenzie Ross was no only helpful in suggesting just the right width and size, but also in showing me how to get my diamond ring restored so that it would match the ring and secure my diamond. I only gave 1 star to write this review. So I went to Kays and saw the exact same 10k solid gold curb link chain with matching bracelet the price at Kays was $1,900.00 dollars and my fiancee purchased mine from Walmart for the exact same set and only paid $700.00 then we went to the cherry creek mall and saw a necklace she wanted and Kays was wandering $450.00 as to walmart only asked $169.00 . Kays is a huge RIP off I highly recommend do not buy jewelry from them

I brought my ring here after it was messed up at signature diamond. The staff was amazingly sweet and understanding and did everything they could to get the price as affordable as possible to reshape, resize, and tighten the stones in my ring. They went above and beyond to help me and even had the order rushed. One of the staff members even bought me one of the teddy bears they sell (I was an upset mess lol) I cant wrap my head around this amazing service. Bonus, my ring was set out to come back on a Monday but it came even earlier than the rush on the Thursday before and I was elated. It looks beautiful now and fits perfect. I will recommend this place to everyone!

Ive been in Kay a few times. I havent had great customer service in person and just experienced it over the phone. I purchased a ring online which was delivered Friday, I have been calling all day to let them know I wouldnt be in until tomorrow to pick it up. Which I thought thats the nice thing to do but I guess not. Maria answered with a snotty attitude right off the bat. When I told her why I was calling she answered me with a snooty voice like I was 10 and she needed to go down to my level. Before I could even say thank you she hung up on me. So over the horrible customer service at this location!

UPDATE: it may have taken some time but at the end I am very happy with the result. I officially have a rung on my finger. The customer service we received In store and with our specialist was immeasurable. Thank you.want to start this by saying that Amanda and McKenzie are wonderful. They have gone above and beyond to help my husband and I. As far as my experience with Kays I am super disappointed and heart broken. We chose to spend our hard earned money in the store for an engagment ring and then followed up after we got married with our wedding bands. From the very start we had issues with Diamonds falling out of the ring randomly. The day after I brought my ring home I noticed diamonds missing. Now a couple years later, my ring has been in for service countless times. It has been in the shop more than its been on my finger it feels like. I dont have my ring to wear. We NEVER anticipated having to invest in a new ring. We thought this was my forever ring until it started falling a part. There was nothing equivalent in store that would qualify for an even swap out(we resisted at first never wanting to give up our sentimental ring but decided for the long run it was better choice) but the only other choices were less carats which makes sense for NOONE. We decided last week to just replace the same ring, and got a call back Tuesday ( the day we were supposed to pick up) that ANOTHER DIAMOND FELL OUT) We have received apologies, but unfortunately it doesnt replace the important moments like birthdays, family photos, and the birth of my son that I should be able to wear my wedding ring with pride. Now I have been waiting for 2 days for a specialist to call me and try and resolve this issue. STILL NO RING ON MY FINGER. Very upset. 👎

Excellent customer service...I live in A town in Oregon that does not have a Kays Jeweler so when I visit my son in Colorado I bring my rings here and theyre always so good about checking them over

Horrible, horrible service, I got a Fathers Day present and it was a bracelet that was broken, I sat there for some time while the manager ignored me literally ignored me and had some kid that had no idea what he was doing deal with the matter and then after a whole bunch of wasted time I was told they couldnt do anything for me because the person that bought it had to come in with their ID and then she copped an attitude with me when I asked her what to do. I will never go back I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.

This place is too much.... Long story short, Ive gotten my watches re linked here prior. I buy my buddy a Nixon watch from zumiez in the mall and they couldnt re size it their since they didnt have the tool but they would give me my money if I brought a receipt from a jewler that did it. Ive done this a few times with the same zumiez and the same Kay jewlers. I go in a ask if they can do that for me. The lovey lady says yeah that its $10 or so and Im fine with that, zumiez will give me that money back with the receipt. But she goes on a rant how its already really small and its supposed to have more links which it did in the bag. Then she ask what type of watch and I tell her a Nixon and she ask how much it cost and it still had the tag on it ($200) Then she goes and tells me that they cant do it cause the watch has a matte finish coat and they didnt want to scratch it, since they couldnt warranty the watch but this watch was simply pushing out the pins and taking the links out. I went in 15mins before closing so I understand if she doesnt want to deal with customers but she tells me to go down the mall to another jeweler that they can do it and shouldnt be a problem or whatever. OK whatever. I change the subject and ask about their Movados since I was looking at buying one, all of a sudden Im her favorite person in the store. She grabs another rep and I tell them Im just looking I did buy a Movado actually Two of them but not from this place. Thanks Kay for the great customer service you provided
