Sold me a Flum vape. Told me to try it in store, I did. It was burnt with no flavor. Refused to take it back while I was in store. Won’t be back

Will not do buisness unless customers have their own mask, regardless of vaccination and lack of mandates. I indicated I was there to buy a high end smoke piece.

(I had to put a rating in order to leave a question.) What are your hours? I have been calling since around 4 PM to ask if you carry a specific product, so I stopped by, but the door is always locked. I was there Saturday around 11 AM, but you were also closed.Thank you for your help!

Been going here for years! Friendly and always has what I need, and then some.

I had a good experience when I visited. Needed hookah coals last minute for a party and the staff was helpful. Seems to be family owned so thats nice. Happy to support family owned businesses. Had a small selection of shisha so that was a bit of a let down but still the staff helped where they could.

The owner is very nice and store has quite a large selection of smoking and vaping supplies. My go to smoke shop ever since I moved to Lakewood 7 years ago.

I stop by at least once a week. The people that run this place are extremely polite and helpful. Never a bad experience.

Awful experience, I walked in the shop and the man behind the counter seemed to be more concerned with Netflix on his cellphone than greeting and helping his only customer in the store. When I asked simple questions regarding products he was short with me and incredibly rude as well. Very poor communication skills and very poor customer service. Id honestly drive the extra 10 minutes down the road for more professional services. 0 stars for this shop! Dont go here.

I have to back up the claims that the staff is rude. I had just called to ask about the starting price for cigarette rollers and he said, I cannot tell you, youll have to come in. Theyre lucky Ill be in the area but probably wont shop there again.

Uninformative, very curt and the Kratom is overpriced, especially since it’s the same gas station Green Coast or Pain Out. $11 after tax for an oz of sawdust lol. Won’t go again.

The couple that owns the shop are incredibly sweet. They always have what I want and at good prices!

I entered the store to make a purchase and was told to come back 30 minutes later because it was to messy! I told him/cashier that I knew exactly what I wanted. He did allow me to get my coke and lighter but then denied my service because I was paying with my debit card because my (attempted) purchase was not a minimal of $5.00

I guess their idea of good customer service is insulting the people who dont understand their questions? Really rude folks work here, I would avoid this place.

The couple of times Ive been there, I wasnt too happy. One of the times I showed up after the alleged opening time and it was closed. I had to hang around for 1/2 hour (I walk everywhere, so this wasnt fun). I agree about the rude attitude; the lady there was surly and curt. Sadly, its the closest smoke shop I can walk to, or Id take my business over to Nisqually.

I was a costomer for years but last 3 glass pieces i bought had flaws that made em crack even worse they happened when i wasnt using em just go somewhere else & even worse still is they lady said its pirex its strong, not sure she knows the definition

I dont know what you guys are crying about. They were friendly as they needed to be, and their Vape products are the cheapest Ive found.
