We were gifted a lemon cheesecake from someone and let me start with a statement, we are NOT lemon people. That being said, this cheesecake was OUTSTANDING! The perfect kiss of lemon, not a drop overpowering. The texture was the perfect combination of silky and density . The crust was not overly sweet but had a great butter flavor. If we loved a cake this much that we usually wouldnt I can only imagine trying one we would choose.

I normally don’t write reviews, but had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. They are rude, dishonest and lack any sort of customer service. We were deliberately lied to on several occasions when calling to check on our order. The cakes came late and damaged. Very very disappointing because we had high hopes and had heard good things.

Cheesecake was delicious but when it was shipped it must have thawed and been tipped because all the caramel topping slid to one side. I contacted Lilac & Creme but unfortunately didnt get a response. Disappointed because it was a gift and it arrived all messed up.
